«The hotel had a great location and was very clean and well kept. View was really nice. The room quality was also really good. The only downside was the amenities — even just providing bottled water in the room would make a big difference, since not everyone wants to drink tap water. I had to go out and buy water, which was a bit inconvenient. At breakfast, the eggs were served next to the bacon, so they seemed contaminated and weren’t really suitable for vegetarians or anyone avoiding bacon.»

«¡Este hotel es realmente inesperadamente bueno! La primera ubicación está muy cerca de la Torre de Londres y el Tower Bridge, y hay muchas estaciones de metro cercanas. También hay un supermercado Tesco debajo, ¡lo cual es realmente conveniente! El hotel está muy limpio, las habitaciones son lo suficientemente espaciosas para hoteles similares en Europa, el servicio es excelente y el desayuno es rico. Notifiqué al hotel con anticipación que el día del check-in era el cumpleaños de mi esposo y prepararon cuidadosamente vino tinto, pequeños postres, chocolates y tarjetas escritas a mano, lo cual fue muy cálido.»

«Hotel was nice, clean and convenient. Situated very close to terminal 3 it is ideal. We missed breakfast unfortunately as had to be at the airport before 6, and breakfast doesn’t start until 6am. So if your an early flyer, don’t buy the breakfast package. Parking £24 / 24 hours which seems standard round there. The only annoyance is that service charges are added to the bill on every drink / food ordered and they don’t tell you about it until after the bill is paid and they provide the receipt. This is very cheeky. Don’t midland paying but not for every drink, definitely should be an option asked in advance not just taking liberties. Taxi service cost two passengers £19.50 for a shared cab. This was very convenient and was on time. Bookable in advance via a computer terminal at the main doors . If you are flying later, there are tfl busses go to terminal three from across the road which would only cost you £1.75 per trip, and I think one bus is 24 hours. But requires reliance on public transport. Room was clean, comfortable and tea / coffee and water in room. Shower was good. Food was nice. 2x pizza £20 each small basket of chips around £5. Double vodka and coke cost nearly £20 and a beer moretti £8. Plus the added cheeky service charge that wasn’t mentions of £8. McDonald’s is a two minute walk for a cheaper option and Tesco express / kebabs around a 10-15 minute walk away.»

«Este alojamiento es ideal para personas sencillas que buscan una opción más económica en una buena ubicación. En general, quedé satisfecho con el alojamiento, ya que estaba muy cerca de Hyde Park y las instalaciones cubrieron mis necesidades básicas. Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas, pero es lo que se espera de una estancia tan económica, ya que el ”hotel” es en realidad un alojamiento para estudiantes que se utiliza cuando no hay estudiantes. Estos son los cuatro problemas principales que tuve durante mi estancia: REGISTRO DE ENTRADA: Llegué sobre las 16:30 para registrarme y había mucha gente, con una cola enorme. Recomiendo llegar más temprano o más tarde para evitar la hora punta. Hubo un problema con mi habitación, así que después de estar en la cola unos 20 minutos, tuve que esperar 15 minutos para solucionarlo. Sin embargo, el personal fue amable y se esforzó al máximo. Un miembro del personal vino a comprobar que la situación se había resuelto y a disculparse conmigo más tarde. LIMPIEZA: Al llegar, encontré migas de comida en el escritorio y el suelo del baño. La persona de la limpieza había dejado un jabón abierto de la estancia anterior y no me había dado uno nuevo. También había mucho pelo largo suelto en el lavabo y el suelo del baño. INTERNET: El internet no funcionaba bien y tuve que usar 4G durante todo el trayecto. Si necesitas wifi durante tu estancia, puede que no sea una buena opción. UBICACIÓN: La ubicación era excelente para llegar a los lugares turísticos y tiene un metro cerca. Sin embargo, la zona es un poco desértica en cuanto a opciones más económicas. Si tienes un presupuesto ajustado, puede que no encuentres fácilmente buenos restaurantes económicos cerca.»

«Good hotel, in a great location. Good room except shower sprayed water all over the floor and made it slippy. The main problem for the room was that there was a step into the bathroom and with the room being dark if you forgot it was there you tripped which could have caused injury to someone. It needs some serious signage to warn you. The room was too warm and we couldn’t work out how to alter it if we could. Also although the decor was lovely it was way too dark!»

«Excelente ubicacion! Puedes recorrer caminndo las principales atracciones. A 10 minutos caminando del metro vauxhall. El ultimo dia pudimos sentarnos a desayunar cerca de la ventana y disfrutar mirando el Tamesis, Westminster abbey, parlamento y Big Ben»

«10 mins walk to London Waterloo train station, but since it is so close it will be quite hard to hire a taxi that wants to go there (do take note if you have a lot of luggages and prefer not walking). And also since it is close to the station you can see and hear the trains but it wasn't that bad at night as most of the trains are not operating anymore or operating at a lower speed. There's a concierge as well which we used to hire a taxi to Gatwick airport for the following day early in the morning (though the prices would be much more expensive I suppose it was £150 and charges apply if you use card instead of cash). It was 4 of us staying in a king studio so there was a king bed and a sofa bed, hence it was quite a tight space. Didn't have much time to check out the amenities. Other than that, quite an alright experience.»

«Lovely hotel, situated close to the underground which is great for commuting around. The hotel was clean and staff were helpful, we had an evening meal which was well priced and lovely would highly recommend»
