«Me quedé bien con mi novia en The Tytherington. La única cosa que no nos alegraba fue la comida. Nos encantaría dar la orden en el momento oportuno, pero alguien que se sirvió después de nosotros no podía hacerlo. El personal detrás del conteo parecía inexperiente, con sólo uno o dos que sabían qué hacer, aunque ya tenían demasiado que hacer y no podían ayudar. No entiendo por qué la gente publica comentarios negativos sobre este hotel, tomando fotografías de cualquier marca que pueda encontrar en la habitación. Este es un hotel histórico que cobra tan solo £ 41 por noche para 2 personas. Estas personas que se quejan necesitan una vida, dejen de tomar fotos de una mosca en la pared, controlen que es una cama para dormir al final del día, si quieres el Lowry, ve y paga los precios Lowry. Esta piscina también es mejor que el RADDISON, al lado del aeropuerto, si vas de vacaciones es ideal, o incluso si vas a Manchester, el transporte público, trenes, autobuses, también son fáciles de llegar. «Waited at check in for 15mins before anyone approached the desk, I stayed two nights due to buisness travels left the clean me sign out to go in and the bed had been roughly made yet not changed after having the housekeeping lady walk in on me mid change after one knock and enter without chance to respond which was very degrading. The hotel is in a perfect location and was clean.»

I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. «Put into a disabled room ,  Television not working properly dropping signal every 5 minutes , they did say they would come back but was getting late and we was getting settled  Shower , drain making a horrendous noise AC not working properly wouldn’t drop below 16 took a long time for the room to drop temperature»

«For a normal size breakfast you had to pay extra, the heating was broken in the spa so it was quite cold. The hotel did look a bit tatty in places. Service was lacking, always had to chase the staff members. Lovely building and good location.»

«The hotel was outstanding, service was outstanding from check in to check out. The room was outstanding and the bed comfortable to aid a good nights sleep. All the staff worked really hard and I would like to give special mention to the restaurant/bar staff. I think their names were Liv and Mickey, there was a third but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. They gave exceptional customer service and worked really hard to make sure all guests were taken care of and in a timely matter. I would definitely stay here again.»

«This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and our choice was primarily due to its convenient location and excellent breakfast. It is very close to the airport and very quiet at night, surrounded by farms and grassland. We love the breakfast because it is not a typical buffet. Instead, you can choose from a menu with a great variety of options, all of which taste wonderful. The restaurant's decoration is also lovely, and you will be more than satisfied with the portions. The restaurant staff are passionate, friendly, and helpful. One point to note is that the reception area often has guests around, which is just an observation and neither positive nor negative. The receptionists always do their best and are very nice and professional. However, the room design is a bit outdated.»
