The Fellows House comes out of nowhere as there is a ton of construction going on in front of it. However, don't let that fool you as the entrance is around a few left hand turns and then you hit reception. Stephanie immediately took care of us. Our room was being readied and we had a small bite at the cafe near the main door. Ali, from Uzbekistan took care of us. Great attitude, service and spoke really well. The room was very comfortable and the bed was huge. The bathroom was super clean and everything worked with a press of a button and turn of dial. Great sanitation facilities. The pool, steam room and sauna were also excellent, plus the gym was very decent. For breakfast the next day, Pam, Dolly, Dada, etc. treated us really well and the assortment of food was ample. When we checked out, Ashutosh made the experience smooth and trouble free. He called us a car to pick us up and take us back to the train station as we headed back to London, after having dinner the night before at The Ivy (very good too). If you're headed to Cambridge, please stay at this hotel. Highly recommended, Debs and Dave

Service was basic but expected of a budget hotel. Hotel was small but cosy. I liked that they had a proper desk that I could use since I am studying at Cambridge but didn’t manage to get a college room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable despite being basic. There are only 2 lifts which may be slow if there are large groups of people using it. Location is near train station so that’s a plus point.

No hay cama para tercera persona, llamada recepcionista, me dijeron que alguien vendría y lo haría, esto fue a las 19:00, nadie nunca vino, incluso después de seguir por el teléfono. No hay suficientes toallas, sólo para una persona y otra vez después de llamar a la recepción- me dijeron que salieron de toallas!!! La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no es muy buena. On the plus site, the room was quiet and had a good comfortable bed. It was cleaned (prior to arrive, but no room servicing unless you stay for 4 days it appears), and while I didn't use it there was an air conditioning control. On the negative side, glass doors for bathrooms (even with slightly obscure glass so I can't see peoples faces) is at best a poor decision, putting a full length mirror on the wall equidistant between the tollet and bed is just such poor taste. No breakfast, the restaurant was closed. Useful bus over the road, and not being able to get a place near the centre had chosen that option, but they were a bit hit and miss with the timings (about 10 minutes late going into town and it was about 20 minutes late in the evening coming back - so two buses went the other way before one came back). There is a nice garden area, and near the hotel is a Sainsbury's with a bakery nearby. I don't really get why they have decided to not paint in the lift area (and left it fairly badly plastered), I'm sure it is a style thing. There is a carpark on site (I think that was £15 a day), two cars tailgated behind me which the hotel didn't seem to bothered about, but were still keen to charge me...

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making my stay very pleasant. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options suitable for all dietary needs, including halal choices. This was particularly important for me as a Muslim traveler. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and key attractions in Cambridge. Despite being a bit outside the city center, the peaceful surroundings provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express Cambridge for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities.

We stayed at Holiday Inn for 2 nights between May 30 - June 1 2023. Overall the hotel was great and we had a pleasant stay, we had planned to visit the town center and look at the history of Cambridge thus the location was important to us. It was only a short drive (5 mins) to the centre where we could go punting, shopping and to the universities, museums and gardens. We included breakfast in our stay, which I would highly recommend there was a great selection of foods and the pancake machine was a huge win for us. The only thing we were disappointed with was the fact that dressing robes and waters which are usually complimentary in other hotels we have visited, were not included in the room for free and when we asked we were told we could drink the water from the bathroom, which was not pleasant but other factors such as the fact our room was cleaned regularly and the amazing breakfast did make up for this.

La entrada es pequeña, lo que hace un increíble aprovechamiento del espacio. El aparcamiento es grande. La habitación está limpia, es difícil tender la ropa para que se seque. Lo más destacado es el desayuno, que es muy rico y delicioso. En definitiva, está muy cerca de Cambridge y puedes correr por el río todos los días, fueron tres días maravillosos.

La habitación era muy costosa. La habitación era como se esperaba, pero el duvet podría haber sido un poco más pesado y más caliente. El desayuno estaba bien cocido y tenía variedad para elegir. En general, excelente y excelente servicio. Recomendaré a mis amigos y familia y visitaré de nuevo en breve.

Stayed here for a wedding and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
