Hoteles con piscina en mar Rojo, Egipto

Tuvimos que esperar porque la habitación no estaba lista ni siquiera 40 minutos después de la hora de entrada prevista. Como hay que cambiarse en la habitación para usar la piscina, finalmente nos asignaron una habitación cerca de las 4 de la tarde. Nos pusimos los trajes de baño y fuimos a la piscina, pero cerró justo después de las 5 de la tarde, así que ni siquiera pudimos disfrutarla el primer día. Se disculparon y nos ofrecieron extender nuestra hora de salida dos horas, pero al final salimos a las 12:30 del mediodía debido a nuestro horario de vuelo. El personal era generalmente amable, pero el aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba bien y no enfriaba lo suficiente, y el baño tampoco estaba en muy buenas condiciones. La noche del tercer día, todo el hotel sufrió un apagón, por lo que el aire acondicionado no funcionó durante varias horas, lo que hizo imposible dormir bien. La comida era generalmente aceptable, pero si vuelvo a Hurghada, bajaría mis expectativas y elegiría una opción más económica con mejor relación calidad-precio.

Hotel Grand Waterworld Makadi: Todo es de primera categoría. Los jardines son amplios, están impecablemente cuidados y rodeados de vegetación. El parque acuático es una maravilla: toboganes para todos los gustos, con horario reservado para adultos, sin colas y para disfrutar durante todo el día. La habitación era espaciosa, con una gran terraza. La limpiaban a diario, la ropa de cama estaba impecable y todo fue perfecto. La oferta gastronómica incluye restaurantes para todos los paladares. Nos impresionó especialmente el menú a la carta (italiano y turco, ¡para chuparse los dedos!). Los restaurantes principales también ofrecen platos deliciosos y variados, siempre con pescado, carne, marisco y una gran variedad de frutas y postres. Relajarse aquí es un auténtico placer. Libertad total, paz y tranquilidad cuando se desea, y entretenimiento cuando se quiere. Por la noche, hay música en vivo en el bar del vestíbulo, un ambiente agradable, y se puede disfrutar de un cóctel con vistas a la puesta de sol. El personal es amable y discreto. Hay wifi gratuito en todo el establecimiento. ¡Sin duda volveré! El hotel realmente merece una sólida calificación europea de cinco estrellas.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 3013, con acceso directo a la piscina. Nuestra piscina estaba climatizada, la habitación estaba magníficamente equipada y estaba impecablemente limpia. Muchísimas gracias al Sr. Ayman, quien nos traía toallas limpias todos los días, mantenía la habitación impecable y fue increíblemente amable. Sonreía a diario y se dedicaba mucho a su trabajo. Hay muchos programas de entretenimiento, además de espectáculos nocturnos y una discoteca con bar. El hotel también tiene su propio acceso privado a la playa y pequeños arrecifes de coral donde se pueden ver peces. Además, hay un gimnasio muy bien equipado. Hay una gran variedad de comida disponible, desde comida rápida hasta asiática, italiana y más. La comida turca es especialmente destacable. Un 10/10. Muchísimas gracias al Sr. Mesut, el chef; todos sus platos eran excelentes, y al Sr. Erol, quien se encargó de todo lo relacionado con la comida. Queríamos una brocheta de ternera en lugar del pollo de siempre. Se organizó dos días después. Un servicio al cliente de primera. El servicio al cliente fue fantástico. Muchísimas gracias a la Sra. Wasila, quien cumplió todos nuestros deseos y siempre estuvo disponible. Gracias también al Sr. Kareem, el gerente, quien organizó todo a la perfección, desde el check-in hasta el check-out. Se aseguró de que tuviéramos una estancia maravillosa. Todas las fotos que ves en Google son exactamente como aparecen. Todas las reseñas son sin filtro de otros huéspedes. Un ambiente precioso y lujosamente amueblado.

Amazing experience at Amarina Jannah Resort & Aqua Park! The rooms were clean, the food was great, and the aqua park and pools were so much fun. A special thank you to the animation team for their incredible energy, fun activities, and amazing evening shows. They made our vacation unforgettable and always kept everyone smiling. Highly recommended, and we can’t wait to visit again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Amazing Stay at The Grand Hotel Hurghada (24/7 – 30/7) I had an absolutely wonderful stay at **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** from **July 24th to July 30th**, and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team for making our vacation truly memorable. The **food** was simply outstanding. The quality, taste, and unbelievable variety exceeded all expectations. Every meal offered something new and delicious, making dining one of the highlights of our stay. The **staff** deserve special recognition. Every single member of the team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They were always smiling and genuinely happy to help, serving guests with dedication and pleasure. Their positive attitude made us feel at home from the very first day. A special thank you goes to **Mr. Nader** at the Reception. He is, without a doubt, one of the best hotel reception managers I have ever met. He is highly professional, courteous, and an excellent problem-solver. Any issue was handled quickly and efficiently, always with a smile. I would also like to thank **Mr. Mohamed Moawad** from the Food & Beverage Department. He is one of the finest professionals at the hotel—extremely humble, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring about the guests' comfort. Another person who deserves special praise is **Chef Mahmoud**. He is simply one of the best. His passion and dedication are reflected in the outstanding quality of the food served throughout the resort. The team at the **Eastern Restaurant** was exceptional. They were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. **Mostafa** and **Ashraf** and **Mohamed**deserve special recognition for their excellent service and kindness. Dining there was always a wonderful experience. The **Room Service** was also excellent. **Majed** is a kind-hearted gentleman who serves guests with genuine dedication, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude. His hard work did not go unnoticed. The **beach** is beautiful, sandy, clean, and perfect for families. There were always plenty of available sunbeds and enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The hotel offers a great selection of restaurants: * The International Restaurant next to the Reception. * The Pasta Restaurant on the second floor. * The Eastern Restaurant with its outdoor grill near the Reception. * The large white beach restaurant serving Shawarma, Burgers, Hot Dogs, and Pizza. * Another beach restaurant serving snacks and French fries. Every one of these restaurants offered excellent food and service. The only point I would suggest improving is the **swimming pool area**. The hotel has only one main pool, which is not enough considering the large number of guests staying at the resort. Overall, my family and I had an outstanding holiday. The excellent hospitality, delicious food, beautiful beach, and the genuine kindness of the staff made this one of our best vacations. I highly recommend **The Grand Hotel Hurghada** and look forward to returning again.

泄湖景完全是來搞笑的，所謂泄湖就是個小水泡，陽臺中間還隔着一段距離和樹擋着，跟其他評論一樣，存在一定的歧視，但是大部份工作人員還是挺友善的，雖然這本來就是他們應該做的。中間想加錢升級海景，帶我們去看的也還是一個稍微大一點的水泡而已，工作人員告訴我這已經是最好的海景房了，最後並沒有升級，泳池開放時間特別晚關閉時間卻很早，如果要出海這家酒店完全沒必要，吃的甚至不如國內100塊錢人民幣的自助餐，基本都靠吃麪包吃飽的，我們拿行李小費給了一美金態度還可以，同行的另一對沒有零錢了給了10埃磅態度就很差，對於一家五星級酒店這種事不應該發生，還是建議加錢選擇更好的全包酒店，或者普通的全包，想省錢或者出海沒有時間在酒店那就市區選擇一家便宜的就好了，這邊出行也並不方便，最後，我們check out的時候工作人員態度非常好，忘記問他的名字了，當看到我們自己拿行李過來了一直在向我道歉，告訴我他們應該安排擺渡車過來接我們的，海邊和泳池邊工作人員也很好，太陽下山後我們想去游泳，海邊的工作人員告訴我太陽下山後海里很危險，並且開玩笑説會有鯊魚，泳池邊的工作人員很耐心的告訴我泳池關閉了，要消毒，會傷眼睛，總的來説，真的不值這個價

Hotel estilo resort con varias piscinas, cerca de la playa, a unos pasos de la playa, puedes unirte a un grupo de buceo en el hotel, el tamaño de la habitación está bien, cada una con balcón privado, los camareros son muy entusiastas y receptivos, el buffet no está del todo en línea con los gustos chinos, todos son gustos árabes y europeos y americanos, un poco desacostumbrados

Hisham was incredibly helpful and really made our stay feel like a 5-star experience. The rooms, pools, and beaches are lovely, but the people are what truly make this hotel special. Everything was clean and well maintained. The only small downside for me was that some of the food, especially the desserts, tasted a bit bland, but there are plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

First of all I have to make a special review about a guy in reception his name akram he is real employee representative for his hotel and even his country professional knows how to do his job.... hotel room has some problems like ac controller it's was freezing you can't control any thing .... beach is amazing needs 3 minutes walking but sand is perfect and clean water so clean and amazing .... but no food on beach for our hotel it's disappointing.... breakfast typically the same every day but good dinner 50 % but it's ok overall we enjoyed a lot
