We had a very pleasant 4 night stay at the Banshan Siji Hotel in Luoyang. The resort is beautiful and secluded, away from all of the hustle and bustle of downtown Luoyang while remaining accessible. The location is very convenient to the high speed rail station, Longmen Grottoes, Guang Lin Temple and Peony Museum. It’s a bit further away to get to White Horse Temple, Lintang Gate and Luoyi Ancient City. However, the hotel offers a very convenient and comfortable private shuttle for train/airport transfer and a daily trips to or from town. Above all, I have to commend the team at this hotel for their excellent service and extremely friendly attitude. Everyone went out of their way to offer assistance for any of our needs and always with a smile. A huge bonus - they offered a complementary same-day laundry service which we used several times during our stay taking care of a major hassle on extended travels. From the reception, front desk, porters, drivers and housekeepers, we received top notch service rivalling hotels we’ve stayed at worldwide. The breakfast also deserves special mention. The selection was not as extensive as buffets at some major hotels but the quality was excellent and we found it to be more than enough to start each day before sightseeing. In addition to a small self serve area, you can order large bowls soup or noodles and they also provide a beautiful tray of delicacies. We very much enjoyed each day’s breakfast. Finally, the room we stayed in, with a private hot spring tub and private patio was spacious, clean, modern and beautiful. We enjoyed use the tub after full days of sightseeing to ease aching muscles and the bed was very comfortable. On our final night, we did experience a problem with a light switch not turn lights but the staff were quick to provide us another room so we could get to sleep. Another great example of their dedication to quality service. Overall, I was very pleased to have discovered this beautiful gem in Luoyang and it made our visit to this wonderful city that much more special and memorable.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and well-spoken in English. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delightful, and the serving hours were convenient, extending until 10 a.m. The only aspect that presented a minor inconvenience was the Wi-Fi connectivity. It kept failing to send me an SMS code for login. But I'm sure the hotel staff would have helped, had I asked. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Originalmente quería quedarme en el centro de la ciudad, pero me di cuenta de que todos los hoteles eran demasiado viejos, así que al final reservé el Marriott. 哈哈😄機緣巧合退了另外一處酒店，換到迎賓館，來的路上打車🚗聽司機師傅説，以前這裡是首長才能進的地方，體驗感確實不錯，穿過梧桐大道彷彿回到了童年，房間裏的歡迎水果，小朋友們吃得超開心，小童用品（青蛙王子套裝）齊全，還有貼心細緻的為我們男孩女孩準備的藍色和粉色的小拖鞋。感謝（雯雯、文霞、羅蘭、劉欣、小馮）所有可愛又美麗的小姐姐！！！

An exceptionally well run Resort/hotel. Check in was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, including a lot of variety, very well staffed and sufficient space (some private rooms) even during morning peak demand. The room, except for some lighting/switch issues was exceptional. Bathroom amenities good. Swimming pool (25M) was very good (a little on the warm side) and very well staffed. In general, Yishui's staff is honed to almost military precision, inconspicuous but very attentive. Although not advertised as a tourist hotel the resort is very close to the Luoyang grottos, a brisk walk to the NE entrance or 10 minute taxi ride to the West entrance. Luoyang's high speed train station is a short taxi ride.

El hotel está en el norte de Foo, no está muy lejos de bajar a alta velocidad, la ubicación es buena, hay un parque cerca de un kilómetro, el personal de la recepción nos veía a nuestra distancia, nos ha actualizado el tipo de habitación gratis, el servidor de la habitación también nos ha traído unas pocas botellas de agua para usar, la variedad de desayunos es rica y comer bien, Aunque las instalaciones del hotel son más largas, la mantenimiento es buena y el precio es muy alto!

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Zhongzhou. The hotel may have a slightly older room design, but everything was still comfortable and well-maintained. The room was clean, quiet, and perfect for resting after a long day of traveling around the city. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very good, and I really appreciated how peaceful the environment was at night. It made sleeping easy and relaxing. One small downside is the laundry room it feels a bit dark and there are not many washing machines, so it can be slightly inconvenient when it’s busy. However, this did not affect the overall comfort of my stay too much. I would like to give a special shoutout to the front desk staff for their outstanding service. In the morning, Ella and Eve were very helpful, and in the evening, Windy and James also provided excellent support. They were friendly, professional, and spoke English quite well, which made communication smooth and easy for international guests like me. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money, comfortable rooms, and warm service. I would gladly stay here again when visiting Zhengzhou.

Great homestay with friendly and serviceminded hosts The Dengfeng Youlu Homestay was a very nice experience and can be highly recommended. The rooms were very clean and modern. Spacious and with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also modern with nice amenities. The location is a little outside the city, but closer to the main attractions to Mount Song. So easy to reach with taxi. We found the location very good and convenient since we wanted to go to the scenic areas. We had breakfast included and found it very tasty and nice. It was plain and fresh and a nice selection of nutritious food before starting the day. The service was very good. The hosts didn’t speak much English, but we used translator apps so absolutely no problem for foreigners. The Dengfeng Youlu honestly has a nice compound with a Chinese garden. They also have a pool. It looks very comfy and cosy to sit and enjoy the garden, but we were there in beginning January so it was wintertime. The room we got had nice view of the garden and the mountains. We can for sure recommend this homestay and we think the reviews written so fare are very correct.
