«Probably the best hotel in Wudalianchi, but still it leaves much to be desired. Service is not very friendly (we were given a room of lower standing upon arrival and were first told that we were wrong when we complained about it) and bedsheets were dirty. Also the breakfast is only served during one hour in the early morning, but I guess this is standard in the Chinese Far North. The spa is the highlight, we had a very nice experience there!»

htyha¡Un agradecimiento especial a Ranran del Harbin Ocean Ritz Hotel por su atento servicio! La ubicación del hotel es excelente, justo al lado de atracciones como la Calle Central y la Catedral de Santa Sofía. Se puede ir andando a explorar las bellezas de la ciudad de hielo, lo que hace que moverse sea súper conveniente. La limpieza es impecable; la habitación estaba impecable, la ropa de cama limpia y suave, y el baño tenía una separación de ducha y bañera sin olores, lo que demuestra la atención al detalle. El servicio de Ranran fue entusiasta y profesional, siempre dispuesta a responder preguntas, lo que hizo que toda la estancia fuera muy cómoda. Crowne Plaza es un gran hotel situado a pocos pasos de muchos restaurantes y Sunac Mall (tiene el Guinness World Record para el mayor esquí interior, con lecciones de esquí asequibles para niños si prefieren permanecer en la zona de Harbin).
El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 20 minutos en coche del mundo de Harbin Ice & Snow y a 30 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Situado en una zona tranquila, por lo que no había ruido ni tráfico cercano a la noche.
La habitación es espaciosa (acomoda a nuestra familia de 4 con niños de 6 y 8 años) y limpia, el mantenimiento de la casa es muy rápido. (Nota: Se requiere una tapa de baño, pero puedes comprarla antes de nadar).
Experiencia agradable en general.

SH.JINOur stay at the AOLUGUYA Hotel was truly fantastic. Every aspect of the hotel was designed with guests in mind and maintained to an exceptional standard. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and they handled communication in English with ease, answering questions clearly and confidently. The view from around the 40th floor was very satisfying, and the bathtub was more than adequate for enjoying a private, relaxing soak. Due to our travel schedule, we did not have the chance to use additional facilities such as the swimming pool. The breakfast buffet stood out for its high quality and wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally attentive—almost to the point of going out of their way to bring us items we were looking for. The long breakfast service hours also added to the overall comfort of the stay.
At this price point, the hotel offers a truly top-tier, high-end experience. If I visit Harbin again, there would be no reason not to choose this hotel.

Las instalaciones del hotel son satisfactorias. Las señoras de la recepción son muy educadas. El gerente del restaurante y los camareros son muy receptivos. Los camareros en cada mesa son buenos. Sin embargo, alrededor de las nueve de la mañana, había dos. Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

Nuestra primera vez en este hotel con aguas termales, superó con creces nuestras expectativas. La habitación familiar es enorme e incluye entradas para 2 adultos y 1 niño para las termas, con acceso ilimitado a la zona de aguas termales. Las piscinas exteriores son muy estimulantes; aunque parezca que hace frío, una vez dentro el agua está muy calentita. Después de las termas, puedes ir a la zona de restaurantes o a la sala de masajes. ¡Prácticamente no necesitas salir del hotel para comer, beber y divertirte! Nuestro tren salía por la noche, y pudimos seguir usando la sala de las termas y descansar después de hacer el check-out, ¡una maravilla! ¡¡¡Altamente recomendado!!!!

Me and my husband with three kids from Canada came to China to travel. Our kids have never been to China before and this is their first time traveling to China. We stayed at this beautiful Hua Xia Qu She B&B, the butler and owner were very friendly, we really like the decoration style of this place, and the accommodation supplies were also very complete. The shower and hot water were very comfortable, and the room was very clean. My kids likes small animals. there are cats and dogs in the B&B they are very friendly and suitable for playing with children. Here, we went to Sun mountain Ski Resort, Tiger Park, Train Museum etc. my kids first time watched fireworks here and left them unforgettable memories.The owner also gave us a lot of travel advice and guidance, which made our journey very smooth and enjoyable! We would definitely come again in the future.
