Throughout my month-long stay, all the daily services, including the efficient laundry service, were seamless. Everyone I encountered was genuinely welcoming. Even during my early morning checkout, Zhang Yan (张燕) took great care of me and personally helped carry my luggage to the taxi.
A major highlight of my daily stay was the morning breakfast service. I first met Zihan (紫涵) at the reception desk, where she was incredibly professional and welcoming. When she transitioned to the restaurant, she brought that same bright energy to my mornings. She always greeted me with a wonderful smile and was exceptionally attentive to my needs as an international guest. I also want to thank her colleague who worked alongside her in the restaurant previously for her kind hospitality, as well as the two main chefs in the kitchen. The two chefs prepared outstanding meals with immense care every single day, making a long stay feel like home.

В стоимость отеля, если вы бронируете здесь, не входит посещение горячих источников - нужно доплачивать отдельно. Входит только завтрак. Горячие источники находятся в том же здании, где ресепшн.
Просто подходите на ресепшн где заселялись, оплачиваете и вас сразу запускают, сканируют лицо и выдают браслет. Источники находятся в том же здании, где ресепшн. Часть источников на улице - из помещения с источниками есть выход на улицу, собственно они там. Большое полотенце и тапочки выдают в раздевалке бесплатно, с собой иметь плавки и шапочку для бассейна. Можно взять свой круг для бассейна с искуственной волной (или придется арендовать там за 20 юаней).
Есть суточный тариф (с 9 утра до 9 вечера), есть вечерний (с 15 до 21 часов) - почти в два раза дешевле. Вменяемых кафешек рядом нет, поэтому есть смысл брать горячие источники сразу со шведским столом - ужином (если возьмете без ужина - ужин отдельно будет сильно дороже). Оптимальный вариант до 15 часов гулять по территории, с 15 пойти на источники с ужином по вечернему тарифу. Бассейн с волнами включают по расписанию на полчаса несколько раз в день - рекомендую в него сходить - ощущения классные.
Что касается заезда / выезда: туда такси Didi едет без проблем, обратно, особенно ночью, не едет, потому что там глушь - кроме курорта рядом ничего нет. Если выезжаете ночью, лучше выходить заранее и вызывать такси на ресепшне - выйдет раза в 2 дороже чем Didi, но вариантов у вас нет. Если выезжаете днем - говорят, там ходит какой-то автобус за 2 юаня, по идее можно до центра доехать на нем.»

Usuario invitadoCame to Harbin with grand parents and kids. I must say that I’m very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The primary reason for picking this spot is for its location. Didn’t really want to stay too far away from the central street where all the actions are at, yet still need to be quite enough to have a good night sleep.
This hotel takes pride in the brand and in every details in the hotel. From the exterior, the lobby, the breakfast, comfortable bed and pillows, think and decorative curtains to block out the early summer sun. Yes sun raise is at 3:40am in June! There is a laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. I’ve got upgraded to a larger room with bigger bathroom area.
Service is also top notch. Very friendly staff, they great you, help with luggage. The lady who worked the night shift even helped me took the laundry out of the dryer and delivered to my room, folded!
I must say this place is a great choice for foreign travelers, with awesome location, solid hardware, great food, (oh also offer afternoon tea and wine!), most friendly staff and best service. Highly recommended!

El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 20 minutos en coche del mundo de Harbin Ice & Snow y a 30 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Situado en una zona tranquila, por lo que no había ruido ni tráfico cercano a la noche.
La habitación es espaciosa (acomoda a nuestra familia de 4 con niños de 6 y 8 años) y limpia, el mantenimiento de la casa es muy rápido. (Nota: Se requiere una tapa de baño, pero puedes comprarla antes de nadar).

I took a little Galentine's day trip with my friend to Harbin Ice and Snow World and this hotel was the best part of our stay. It was a expensive and the pictures of the views (particularly from the ”cloud” room) were not accurate. The picture shows clouds like you would see from a airplane, but all we saw was very low, fine, gray fog. I'd like to imagine that the pictures they show on the website are possible, but I think it's more likely photoshopped. That said, the hotel was still awesome. Our room was huge, with a great view from the 41st floor, and the heated marble floors felt great on your feet. The staff were super nice. I felt bad for the deer in the lobby because they were very itchy and one cut his own face open trying to scratch his collar with his hind hoof. But again, the hotel was so nice. If we had traveled all the way from Harbin to Beijing just for Ice and Snow World, I don't think our trip would have been worth it. But this hotel was so good it felt like a true relaxing weekend. The sound of the forest that they played throughout the hotel made it seem like you were at a giant spa. The breakfast buffet was open until 1 pm! Free sauna and hot tub. If you can afford it, I recommend it!

Personal del restaurante con traje y uniforme fuera de la mesa del buffet charlando, ignorando por completo el bloqueo del paso de los clientes que van y vienen, poco profesionales y chismosos.
Eran alrededor de las dos de la tarde cuando nos fuimos. El camarero del vestíbulo del primer piso actuó como si no pudiera vernos. No nos saludó ni se despidió. Estaba ocupado charlando con el conductor del coche de alquiler. quien entró. Lo mismo ocurre con los uniformados que encontré en el pasillo, sin ningún signo de interrogación. Al contrario, la tía que limpia las habitaciones está muy entusiasmada.
El Ritz siempre ha sido conocido por su servicio caballeroso y femenino. Algunos de sus camareros necesitan mejorar la profesionalidad de su servicio.

El hotel es muy espacioso en general. Había reservado una habitación deluxe con cama king, pero la recepción me la cambió a una habitación deluxe con dos camas individuales sin ningún problema. La habitación era muy grande y estaba bastante limpia en general. Me alojé con mi familia y pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera muy relajante. Es un lugar ideal para viajes familiares. ¡Ojalá hubiéramos tenido más tiempo libre para quedarnos una noche más!

Their hall deco is very classy and artistic as the boss is an interior designer. Complimentary local fruits and tea sessions. There are 3 pets, 2 cats and 1 dog, clean and people friendly. I love the USB plugs in the room, not an issue if you don't have a converter. They even have loccitaine shower gel for some rooms. Super Super recommended.

¡Mi estancia en Harbin fue muy buena, la recomiendo!
📍 La ubicación es un poco apartada, pero es muy fácil tomar un taxi a todas las atracciones turísticas, y todas están a unos quince minutos de distancia.
💁 Servicio atento: ¡El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento, y el check-in fue rápido!
💰 La relación calidad-precio es bastante buena, ¡probablemente elegiré este hotel la próxima vez que venga!

El hotel nos dio una entrada a Harbin Ice and Snow World por cada habitación, además de un servicio de recogida en furgoneta de negocios en el aeropuerto y transporte a Ice and Snow World. ¡Estos detalles son muy considerados y merecen un aplauso! La temperatura del agua de la piscina, 28 grados, era muy agradable y no había mucha gente. En general, quedamos bastante satisfechos.

Excellent service without any delays, free upgrade to a room with bigger beds to suit personal needs (without request).
It has indoor swimming pool (not heated) and hot tubs.
Great location next to Wanda shopping center.
The bathroom is big with a blind to open and close.
The room is very spacious with a great view of street and lake (a bit).
The tub is big too.
Highly recommend to stay!
