We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. We look forward to our next stay, see you soon.

The room is amazing, staff also offered a free room upgrade just because of the cold weather 🤗 Breakfast is good also, must try the handmade noddles! The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

I think the design is pretty amazing. I came here during winter, it ok, pretty cold. The location to other aranya attractions are not within walkable distance, however you can always arrange free unlimited rides direct to the location with the hotel staff. The entire concept of Aranya is very special. Ok, the hall is cool and nice. I booked the Party Room which can easily fit 8 people. Scenery I believe is none, but its comfortable, if you got more than 4 people staying, remember to request more towels for shower, only got 1 toilet available. Beware of your head, everyone knocked on their heads when heading to bed as shown in the pic. The warmer is super efficient.. we sweat during the winter im the room.

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Es muy bueno, mucho mejor de lo esperado. El servicio de Feng Xiaoyuan en la recepción también es muy bueno. El personal de servicio es muy agradable y atento. Al ver que trajimos a los ancianos y a los niños con nosotros, brindaron mucha ayuda. Hay una terma cuando salimos, y esta muy cerca de la playa, muy comodo.Indice recomendado cinco estrellas! Baja de nuevo a la parte superior azul, muy adecuado para padres e hijos.

Salimos con nuestra familia 🐶 y reservamos un B&B que admite mascotas. El propietario y su familia fueron súper amables y nos ayudaron a llevar nuestro equipaje y cuidar a los niños. La habitación estaba muy limpia y las almohadas y edredones estaban ligeramente perfumados. El baño está separado de las zonas húmedas y secas y está cuidadosamente equipado con suaves toallas de algodón. Hay una piscina infinita en el tercer piso del B&B con una gran vista. Hay un gran césped en la puerta, donde puedes correr felizmente sobre el césped y acampar. El desayuno es limpio y rico en variedad, y también está equipado con vajilla infantil. A los niños les encantan las salchichas y los filetes de pollo.

¡Absolutamente me encanta este lugar! El ambiente es totalmente increíble y es un lugar agradable para relajarse con muchas actividades para hacer, aunque desafortunadamente solo pasamos una noche aquí ya que solo planeamos caminar por Jin Shan Ling, ¡pero definitivamente regresaremos para más en la próxima ronda! El servicio y la hospitalidad son de primera categoría y estamos absolutamente agradecidos de tener un personal tan agradable que fue súper amable y cálido. El hotel estaba cerca de Jin Shan Ling (a unos 5 minutos en coche) e incluso se ofrecieron a conducir y recogernos de un lado a otro del hotel y de Jin Shan Ling. Dentro del hotel, les preocupaba que sintiéramos frío, así que nos transportaron a nuestra habitación, ya que nuestra habitación estaba a unos minutos a pie, y nos llevaron de nuestra habitación al vestíbulo cuando queríamos pasar el rato en sus áreas de descanso, lo que resultó en resulta realmente relajante. Sirvieron comidas súper suntuosas, incluido un juego de olla caliente que era excelente para el invierno e incluso nos ofrecieron platos de cortesía como parte del solsticio de invierno. ¡Un miembro del personal llamado Henry Zhang nos dio un recorrido por su centro de exposiciones mostrando las diversas áreas escénicas en 四季山, 金山岭 y 北京城! La habitación era absolutamente genial y espaciosa, extremadamente limpia y cómoda con calentadores dentro de los baños, lo cual fue súper agradable. Fue un buen descanso nocturno para nosotros. El desayuno consistía en platos locales, que también eran geniales y muy abundantes (bollos, huevos, gachas, palitos de masa, platos fríos especiales). En general, no tuvimos quejas desde el momento en que nos registramos, nos encantó la experiencia y definitivamente nos hace querer reservar otro viaje aquí pronto. 特别喜欢这里的服务,在这里住的很舒服也非常开心。好美的地方和人,令我都马上想在订下一趟旅程来这里了！好可惜我们只住了一晚因为我们本来只是想爬金山岭，如果能待多几天那该多好。。简直完美! ❤️

The hotel facilities were exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and evenings spent with a beer in the balcony jacuzzi were absolutely perfect! The special experience of interacting with deer and alpacas every morning was incredibly healing. The resort’s free access to an amusement park, water park, and hot springs made it ideal for family trips. The private beach was pristine and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing retreat. Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to 《Joy》, the only English-speaking staff member, who provided immense help throughout our stay—making our family trip even more enjoyable! It was a flawless resort experience. Highly recommended!

El hotel tiene una cuenta de chat disponible para extranjeros para una traducción fácil. Ella se fue de su camino para ayudarnos a reservar un coche, ordenar comida y comprar productos. El hotel y los terrenos son hermosos. Las habitaciones son increíbles y se sienten muy altos, lujosos. El edificio es nuevo y bien mantenido. El champú, la jabón y el condicionador es un hermoso lavender y menta, producto natural. A la llegada se le darán entradas para la alimentación alpaca y la dibujación de DIY. El desayuno buffet fue bien hecho y más que suficiente comida para sólo 24 habitaciones, principalmente comida china, pero algunas comidas occidentales. La ubicación fue la única caída. Pensé que estar a sólo 15 minutos del centro y la playa no sería problema para un taxi. Sin embargo, era casi imposible conseguir un taxi o Didi. No hay nada más en la zona, así que no hay coches en la zona. La noche que queríamos ir a cenar, esperamos una hora tratando de conseguir un coche, antes de que finalmente se renuncien. El personal nos ayudó a ordenar en la comida en lugar. Si usted puede conseguir un coche, sólo alrededor de 20mmb a DT, cuando podíamos conseguir un coche. En general, me gustaría visitar de nuevo y recomendar, Idealmente con un coche.
