The hotel is very conveniently located, super close to the subway station and easy to reach from the train station. There are lots of facilities available at the hotel at different prices: kids playground and sauna’s, swimming pool, spa, massages etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families that want to have a relaxing trip.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in China. It is world class. The staff are some welcoming and helpful. Although I don’t speak any Chinese they made every effort to communicate with me. We used translate Apps. Everyone was super nice. The room was very large, new and I loved the Tea Station. I have never seen one like this. The location is superb. Right in the middle of the historic village but it is very quiet at night. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. I recommend staying here and would love to come back.

It's a hotel with really high cost value action. 5 start hotel with this price is unbeatable, the service by front desk is really grea. Couldn't find such a great value in anywhere else. However, the hotel needs to have some renovation, the carpet is a bit old, it's understandable though, coz it requires high cost for renovation.

I really liked everything. The hotel room has an incredible view of the sea, it is clean, it smells nice, the food is very tasty, the staff is friendly, there are various cosmetics in the bathroom. The bathroom is very nice, the bed is incredibly comfortable. This hotel is worth coming to more than once.

El hotel está muy bien situado. Hay acceso incluido a los baños turcos pero no los probamos. La jefa de la recepción nos ayudó mucho en todo. Es una persona muy amable y servicial. La habitación con vista al parque era bastante amplia con dos camas grandes y cómodas aunque todo lo demás era muy usado y viejo. El aire condicionado funcionó bien y las ventanas se pueden abrir para refrescar la habitación. Estuvimos cinco dias y Chengde nos gustó mucho.

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay. We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area.
