We visit the Four Points by Sheraton, in Gu'an Langfang often. This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate. Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period. This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well. The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel. I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success. The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel. His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer. Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful. Especially, in the current highly competitive market. As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses. Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service. The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication. True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff. As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor. The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor. Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels. Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay. Lydia is always courteous and professional. As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality. We appreciate your hospitality Marcus, thank you. Thank you to ”Molly” from the Restaurant, whom assisted us with with room service, as well as in the Restaurant. It's also note worthy to mention, that it's not only the ”Management Team”, whom deserve praise. As all team members provided excellent service, during our stay. Thank you to ”Housekeeping”, for friendly and prompt service. The team at the ”Swimming Pool”, also provided friendly and prompt service, during our stay, thank you for that. We also appreciated the friendly and professional service, received from the following Restaurant staff: Sam, Peter and Joe. Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”. As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard. The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard. We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay. The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of. They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable. We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”. This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas. The room is amazing, staff also offered a free room upgrade just because of the cold weather 🤗 Breakfast is good also, must try the handmade noddles! The airport shuttle bus just outside the hotel, restaurants also available opposite the road. Take note some of the restaurants close at 930pm.

My wife and I had an absolutely perfect, unforgettable stay at NOA RESORT & WELLNESS Aranya — a true hidden gem on China’s Gold Coast . We booked the Hall room (40m²) on the fourth floor (the hotel’s top level), and it could not have been more ideal: bright, quiet, with sleek modern minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful touches like full smart controls, blackout sleep mode, and premium bedding that ensured deep, restful sleep. From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Standout highlights include: - DECK (Lobby Lounge): A chic, all-day social hub — by day a specialty coffee shop; by night a craft beer bar with 12 rotating taps, plus light meals and occasional mini talks or live performances. - Outdoor Pool & Poolside Bar: A serene, sunlit pool with comfortable cabanas and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. - Spa & Wellness: A tranquil spa offering professional massages, singing bowl therapy, and meditation sessions — ideal for unwinding and reconnecting. - Fitness Center: A bright, well-equipped gym with modern equipment for keeping up your routine. - Dining: PopChuan Restaurant serves elevated, light Sichuan cuisine by a master chef, plus fresh, balanced breakfasts with local ingredients. Location-wise, NOA is unbeatable: close to Aranya Chapel, Lonely Library, and the beach, yet peacefully secluded. The entire property feels like a calm, artistic sanctuary — stylish but never cold, luxurious but never pretentious . In short, this was one of our best couple getaways ever. NOA RESORT Aranya blends stunning design, exceptional service, top-tier amenities, and a serene vibe that makes you feel relaxed and pampered from start to finish. We highly recommend it to any couple seeking a peaceful, upscale escape in Aranya — we will absolutely be back!

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

The atmosphere was very warm and homely, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help with any requests and made us feel well taken care of. Our room was the smallest one available, but it was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The property itself is quite spacious, with two lovely courtyards where guests can relax. Barbecue facilities are provided, and there are plenty of tables and chairs, making it a great place to spend time with family or friends. The swimming pool was a bit too cold for our liking, but that was not a big issue 😊 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others. 🇷🇺Мы отдыхали здесь три дня и остались очень довольны. Нам особенно понравилась теплая, домашняя атмосфера, благодаря которой отдых получился уютным и комфортным. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и гостеприимные. Они всегда готовы помочь и откликаются на любые просьбы. Наш номер был самым маленьким, но при этом очень уютным, чистым и комфортным. Территория большая и ухоженная, есть два дворика для отдыха. Гостям предоставляют всё необходимое для барбекю, а также много столиков и стульев, где можно приятно провести время с семьей или друзьями. El hotel está a unos siete minutos de Jinshanling Great Wall Motor City. Es una zona turística con propiedades de propiedad de sus propietarios y habitaciones de hotel administradas. El ambiente del complejo es muy bueno, con un parque infantil al aire libre para padres e hijos y algunas instalaciones de entretenimiento interiores. El parque infantil al aire libre para padres e hijos tiene los trampolines y toboganes grandes favoritos de los niños, y la casa enana es súper fresca en verano. El entretenimiento interior incluye arena aérea, Lego y libros ilustrados, lo cual es muy amigable para padres e hijos. El bebé nunca se aburrirá. También hay dos rutas de senderismo cerca del hotel, menos concurridas y un poco salvajes. Si se quiere ir se recomienda preparar equipo un poco más profesional. Los bastones de trekking y el calzado outdoor son imprescindibles. Puedes subir a la cima de la montaña en la Línea B (en dirección a Zen Terrace) y contemplar la Gran Muralla Jinshanling, que es muy espectacular. El restaurante es básico y adecuado. A mi hijo le gustan mucho los fideos estofados con tomate. La habitación está muy limpia y no hay mosquitos (una casa en la montaña puede hacer esto, lo cual es muy bueno). La habitación con vista a la montaña que reservamos es una habitación de tres pies cuatro con una pequeña sala de estar debajo y dos habitaciones arriba. Es muy adecuada para una familia con dos niños.

Instalaciones: Muy bien con un castillo, Privilegios del Horizon Club (disfruta de happy hour de refrescos y vino durante todo el día): puedes disfrutar de la vista al mar y tomar una comida ligera Higiene: sensación de hotel de cinco estrellas Entorno: Hay un jardín exterior con acceso directo a la playa. Servicio: El equipaje se entregó con entusiasmo y los niños quedaron muy felices y recibieron recuerdos cuando se fueron.

The hotel facilities were exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, and evenings spent with a beer in the balcony jacuzzi were absolutely perfect! The special experience of interacting with deer and alpacas every morning was incredibly healing. The resort’s free access to an amusement park, water park, and hot springs made it ideal for family trips. The private beach was pristine and peaceful, offering a truly relaxing retreat. Reception and housekeeping staff were all very friendly. A special shout-out to 《Joy》, the only English-speaking staff member, who provided immense help throughout our stay—making our family trip even more enjoyable! It was a flawless resort experience. Highly recommended!

蔚藍海岸來過很多次了，幾乎每年夏天都來，沙灘乾淨，淺灘比較長，適合帶孩子來。 這次是跟朋友們一起來，因為想一起燒烤，管家特別申請給我們升級了三層疊墅，管家小哥一直圍着我們忙到夜裡十二點多，跑前跑後，有求必應，服務非常好。 就是屋子有點潮，衞生一般，但床品還算乾淨，浴巾是一次性的，這點也不錯。 還會再來的～

Excellent one night stay after a long day. Was able to check in early, so that my luggage could be left at the hotel before I left for my meeting. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, food is great, the room has a comfortable workspace and the bed was extremely comfortable. Will definitely book again when I'm in town.
