El personal no se esforzó para ayudarnos a llegar al hotel, ni siquiera cuando nevaba mucho. Fue una pérdida de tiempo hacer una llamada telefónica. Al llegar, su actitud fue siempre fría. El hotel está anticuado y se regodea en su gloria pasada. La mayoría del personal es frío, pero un puñado de ellos son muy amables y serviciales (la mayoría son personal de limpieza). Teniendo en cuenta que nos alojamos dos semanas, nos hemos encontrado con muchos miembros del personal. La cocina está equipada de forma muy básica con equipos de mala calidad. La puerta del balcón está mal sellada y hay una corriente de aire constante en la habitación. Una de las razones por las que reservamos este hotel fue su sala de billar, pero está en su bar. Pensé que sería ideal para familias. Situado cerca de la telecabina, ideal para esquiadores. No lo recomiendo para familias y tiene una mala relación calidad-precio.

We had a great stay here! The building itself is older, but it’s very obvious that the hotel has been newly renovated. Everything felt clean and fresh , the room was spacious, the furniture looked brand new, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. One of the highlights for our family was the game room, which was perfect for keeping the kids entertained. The amenities were also excellent, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. A huge bonus was the free EV charging, which made our trip even more convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again!

Muy bonito. Muy ridge en el inicio y el final del check-in y check-out. Check-in es 1:00 y es un extra $50 para comprobar temprano. Check-out es 11:00 y puede ampliarse a la tarde sin una tasa, pero más allá de eso es $50. El desayuno es un poco de luz sin comida caliente. La piscina y el agua se mueven junto con un tubo caliente.

The room is big and spacious . Bed and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is a big plus for us since we stayed for 3 nights. It is in a good location, near the bus stop and within walking distance to all good restaurants. The only downside is it’s near the hospital so ambulance sirens can be bothersome. Otherwise, it was a good and pleasant stay.

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El personal estaba muy bien y me encantó que pudiera inspeccionar en 2AM con personal disponible para ayudarme.

En el lago del centro de la ciudad, el paisaje es bueno y conveniente. Las instalaciones son generales y están más viejas. La cena está en el restaurante del hotel, muy barata. El bar del lago debe reservarte con antelación, no hay ubicación en un poco más tarde. El desayuno debe ser limpio, el precio de la comida de buffet es alto, el café es un precio adicional, un total de cinco o seis cosas (la comida es mala), casi iguales a asesinatos, y el cuchillo no se comerá por segunda vez.

Este hotel Faremont está ubicado dentro del aeropuerto, en la planta de salidas, entre las terminales nacional e internacional. El baño está muy bien diseñado y equipado con bañera, ducha y WC separado. El colchón me brindó un buen soporte para la espalda y pasamos una noche muy agradable. Desde la ventana se ve la pista de aterrizaje. Podemos ver los aviones despegando y aterrizando. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en este hotel.
