Beautiful hotel to visit in the city and staffs are very kind and nice. Very short distance to Barangaroo reserve, perfect place to stroll after dinner.

We booked W sydney months in advance with breakfast included and is worth it . El hotel está limpio y está cerca de la ciudad china, el mercado de paddys y el puerto fácilmente accesible a la sala de estar a una distancia de caminar de 7-10 minutos. Hay muchos restaurantes alrededor de la zona y tiendas de helado también . Hay incluso un parque en la parte de atrás del hotel y un parque infantil. Recomiendo muy a este hotel. Hay 2 piscinas en el hotel en el piso 22 y 29 . El hotel está junto al cine Imax .

Un buen hostal en pleno centro de Sídney. La ubicación es inmejorable: justo enfrente de la Estación Central. El tranvía y Haymarket están a la vuelta de la esquina. Algunos empleados fueron muy amables, mientras que otros fueron simplemente correctos. La habitación y el baño estaban limpios y cumplían con los estándares habituales. Tuve la suerte de tener compañeros de habitación muy simpáticos. La próxima vez que visite Sídney, sin duda me alojaré en YHA.

Stayed for 3days room was clean went to make fold out lounge for son bed broken moved to new room but when it was time to sleep laying on bed was like laying on a hill laying head first pool was not heated got up to have coffee on veranda in the morning a the guy upstairs was smoking *** the smell was so strong told staff to be told that sum appartments are private

My experience at this hotel was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the quality of service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay

My first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3. The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”. Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review. 1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels. 2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative. 3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious. 4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable. Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

Just completed my first stay at Vibe Hotel Sydney and it was a solid win! It The room was comfy, modern, and hit all the right notes. Great location and 5 minutes walk to Chinatown. But honestly, the highlight of my trip was the top-notch service I received at the Storehouse bar and restaurant. Harvey, you're a legend! His attentiveness, recommendations, and friendly vibes made my dinner experience truly unforgettable. I was there all 3 nights of my stay at this property. Would definitely stay again and shout out to Harvey for making it a memorable one!

En resumen, el Pullman Hyde Park Sydney es un hotel estupendo con gimnasio y piscina con buenas vistas. Las habitaciones están limpias y la ubicación es perfecta para acceder a todos los lugares turísticos más famosos. Nos alojamos 5 noches en el Pullman Hyde Park Sydney a mediados de mayo. Llegamos al hotel sobre las 10:00, antes de la hora de entrada prevista. Solicitamos un check-in anticipado en recepción; sin embargo, nos informaron de que no había habitaciones disponibles hasta la 1:00. Esto era comprensible, dada nuestra llegada temprana. Durante la espera, agradecimos el dispensador de agua y los refrigerios disponibles para los huéspedes. Una desventaja fue que el hotel solo tenía tres ascensores, insuficientes para la cantidad de huéspedes. Uno incluso se averió y los otros dos eran bastante lentos. Reservamos una habitación Superior King con vistas a Hyde Park, que era preciosa. La habitación estaba limpia, sin olores ni manchas. Sin embargo, en nuestra primera habitación faltaban zapatillas desechables y el teléfono estaba roto. La piscina estaba bien y también había jacuzzi. Sin embargo, este estaba situado justo al lado del gimnasio, frente a la entrada acristalada, así que cualquiera que saliera del ascensor podía verte disfrutando, lo que puede ser un problema para algunos huéspedes. There has been bed bug infestations in the apartment I stayed in. My wrists got badly bitten as I ensured I slept in long sleeves and long pants. The not so bad part is they have washer and dryer, which I actually did the cleaning and drying of the sheets, duvets etc myself to ensure the bugs only limited to the mattress.

Very nice view from our room widows. There are full of different types restaurants on the ground floor. But If you close the window, the sound proof is excellent which I typically want to recommend. Stuffs are friendly and helpful, willing to give you recommendations if you are first-time visitors. They even wrote a welcome card. They have a ballroom here just opposite the reception, holding different personal events every night. I like the vibe which means it's popular place and safe. The hotel is friendly to those who travel with dogs. They have special bed and food for dogs. But we didn't need it and the dog net door barked very early in the morning. We were OK with it. At the other aspect, the hotel goes too much. The breakfast is allllll for vegetarians. Yes, all. As a guest, you are left with no choice. This is the only point that I particularly hate. Be whatever you like, just don't push others to do the something, especially when you are running a business.
