This is BY FAR the nicest Motel 6 that my bf and I have been to. We are, of course, travelling with our two dogs, one is a service dog and the other I just inherited. Anyway, we have been to several of the motel 6s recently and all have had really bad everything, but THIS one, this location was and IS outstanding! There are just the basics, but they all work. So the internet is great, fridge and microwave both present and newer, clean and nice. Clean towels, though not many, but they're clean. The beds are AMAZING, especially compared to all the terrible ones we encountered in the Jacksonville, Ft Lauderdale and Palm Beach areas (those were hit or miss but mostly pretty awful). This appears to be a family run establishment and they actually seem to care about their hotel. The older couple are pretty much just there doing their job, are pleasant, not much English or maybe they just don't talk a lot (no biggie though), but the younger guys are friendly and nice to chat with. The only drawbacks here are no onsite laundry, no late check out even for a fee, and the phone doesn't work so if you don't have a cell you're s.o.o.l. At this point, we will keep using this hotel until we are ready to get into our house.

This hotel was a great stay. Staff was helpful and friendly upon arrival and departure. There are some issues with the door key cards. We had to get them reprogrammed several times to get in the room, but it was just a technical difficulty of the key -- if it touches any magnet, such as phone or credit cards, it would lose he ability to unlock the door. The rooms were fairly clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this stay for solo or couple travelers with it's ambiance. There is a Mexican bar at entrance and taco restaurant next door (Abuela's) that as a guest you get 15% off. Also free happy hour cocktails 5-6pm. Great vibes, would definitely stay again if I travel to Miami Beach!

I took my daughter on a mother daughter trip. We stayed only 1 night. The hotel staff went above and beyond. They were so incredibly helpful! They allowed us to check in early the day we arrived and even allowed a late checkout the following day! They were so helpful getting the free bike rental, even brought a toothbrush to my room when I realized I had forgotten mine. Amazing staff. This hotel was cute, very close to the beach and not to far to get to shops. We didn't have a carso we walked or rode bikes everywhere. It's an older hotel, the floors have not been updat, but the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Me alegro de quedarme allí. La cama es muy cómoda. El hotel dispone de un excelente parque en frente del hotel y le ofrece un buen servicio a su familia. Regresaré y recomendaré este hotel.

El servicio es muy generalmente una buena instalaciones y la actitud del servicio de la recepción es muy mala. Muy incómoda. Pregunte al hotel de recepción qué contenido tiene, vamos a verlo. El concepto de protección medioambiental del hotel es bueno, pero espero que el servicio también pueda seguir.

Desde la decepción del primer día hasta la sorpresa del día siguiente, el viaje sigue siendo muy satisfactorio. Debido a que la habitación dada por primera noche tiene un gran ruido, una noche no duerme bien, el día siguiente quiero cambiar de habitación, porque no es bueno comunicar en inglés, tratar de contactar con el servicio de clientes de Trip.com para consultar con el hotel para cambiar de habitación, y el hotel solucionó rápidamente el problema de cambiar de habitación, También nos satisfacemos con el resto de habitaciones. Gracias por Trip.com, gracias por el Hotel Kinpton de Palomana Bay, que nos ha dado una experiencia muy agradable de estadía.
