Habitacion normal, justo la que aparecía en la reserva, nos dieron la posibilidad de elevarla de categoría y hacer el check-in antes de tiempo por 40€ aparte del pago de la reserva. Tuvimos dos pequeñas cucarachas muy pequeñas en la habitación. Las instalaciones de la parte superior muy buenas. La piscina y el servicio de comida, y la comida, muy buenas. Un poco alejado de la zona centro en la que se aconseja coger taxi si o si. Tb tienes una zona comercial esa sí, junto al hotel, en la que hay algún chiringuito para disfrutar de la comida típica Filipina. En el hotel tb tienes una especie de beach club para tomar algo por la noche.

Clean, nice and affordable. They have hair dryer, hot shower is working and room service is good. Staffs are friendly and respectful as well. :)

Prince Hotel.....thank u so much .....for giving me a perfect staycation.... for the crew that was very n generous....... for the room that beautiful n clean so comfortable to stay..... for food every morning that was so delicious..... the pool site ..... that the water was clean everyday giving me relaxing time.... to enjoy my vacation.....I'm so happy to stay in prince hotel 9 days .....perfect vacation....else u again prince hotel..

The rooms was clean and affordable about 1,500 PHP per room per night. We booked 3 rooms for 4 days and 3 nights. Enjoyed the king size bed. Close to many restaurants and SM Mall of Asia. No luggage rack, no refrigerator, no microwave, no pool at this Luna hotel. When my companion thought she left her 2,500 PHP Starbucks collectors mug the staff refused to check the lobby CCTV to see if we left it in the lobby at 7:28am or if we left it in the cab. We also had an issue in two of the rooms with tobacco smoke coming in through the air conditioning vents. This was a big issue for me since tobacco smoke sometimes triggers my migraines. It was difficult getting to the hotel even by walking since you had to walk down the Burger King drive through. There is essentially no parking and it is difficult for taxi cabs to pick you up.

Excelente ubicación, hermoso ambiente circundante, excelente personal. La recepcionista y el personal más amables y serviciales de todos los tiempos, encantadora y excelente primera impresión del hotel. Todo en el hotel fue excepcional. Estaba limpio, elegante, espacioso y con un servicio excelente donde cenamos. La comida era buena y con una excelente relación calidad-precio y el servicio atento y eficiente. La habitación en sí estaba bien equipada y era cómoda. Estuve muy satisfecho con mi estancia. Espero volver para una visita más larga en el futuro. Gracias planeta rojo!!!

¡Me encantó, me encantó el personal de Seda! Todo el mundo fue muy amable y estaba más que dispuesto a hacer de su estancia en el hotel una buena experiencia. No teníamos suficientes toallas en la habitación, llamé a recepción y me lo trajeron en 5 minutos. Todos los días después de eso, se entregaban toallas limpias a diario. Mi parte favorita de mi estadía aquí fue definitivamente la vista desde el piso 35, a menudo tienen una banda o un DJ por las noches, lo que brinda un buen entretenimiento para esas noches en las que simplemente no tienes ganas de irte. ¡Definitivamente regresaría!

Disappointment (Main Issue) • Ang pinaka-nakakadismaya lang talaga ay amoy yosi ang room. • Kahit naka-aircon, ramdam pa rin yung amoy, lalo na sa simula. • Nakaka-off siya lalo na kung hindi kayo naninigarilyo. • Sana mas ma-improve ang ventilation o mas thorough ang paglilinis para mawala ang amoy ng sigarilyo. ⭐ Overall Experience • Overall, okay naman ang experience at may potential talaga ang place. • Maganda ang room at maayos ang service, pero nabawasan ang comfort dahil sa amoy yosi. • Babalik pa rin siguro pero sana ma-address nila yung issue na yun para mas sulit at mas pleasant ang stay. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) 👉 Minus 1 star dahil sa amoy yosi sa loob ng room.

Good overnight stay. Bed was fine, room was clean and just the right size, view was of the Manila bay. They stopped giving plastic amenities (shampoo, soap, etc) and have the dispensers already which helps reduce plastic waste. Water pressure in the toilet and shower is good. In room dining service was also fine, they were busy during breakfast which is normal and the food reached us exactly after 45 minutes. Tried the rooftop bar and there was ample selection of drinks, view was relaxing and air was cool last night. Really convenient to have a connecting walkway from the 4th floor of the hotel to Ayala Mall Manila Bay. All staff were friendly and polite and greeted us if we see them along the hall.   Would have been better if they allowed at least up to 1pm late checkout.
