Excellent place for a short and long stay. It's literally a whole apartment with kitchen amenities, cookware, microwave and very comfortable beds. Split air conditioners in living room and bedroom, balcony and amazing views from the high floors. Few shuttle is also available to okada throughout the day.

The room was nice and clean. The staff were very approachable, polite, and friendly, including the security guard. The toiletries were also complete. However, my biggest issue was the cigarette smell. As soon as we entered the room, we could already smell cigarette smoke. The front desk informed us that some rooms may have a cigarette odor because smoking appears to be allowed in certain rooms. The smell became less noticeable after a while, but whenever we turned off the air conditioner, it would come back. I also noticed that many Chinese guests were gathered in the waiting area in front of the front desk, where there are couches. They were quite loud while talking sometimes it sounded like they were arguing. 😅 What disappointed me the most was that even the buffet area smelled like cigarette smoke. The food was not particularly impressive, and the cigarette odor made the dining experience even less enjoyable. I would not recommend this hotel for families with young children or for guests who are sensitive to cigarette smoke. It may be difficult for the hotel to address this issue if a large portion of their clientele are smokers. It's a pity because the hotel itself is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff provide excellent service.

I like our room. The staff are very accommodative and they are all approachable. They gave good assistance if you encounter problems using the hotel amenities. Specialy to the girl name Hairgel she gave us a very good assistance during my partner stays in the said hotel. Nice and clean Hotel. We stay very comfortable during our 6 days accommodation. The place is near Terminal 1 and nearest mall like MOA and Ayala. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cheapest stat in Manila.

Overall good for the price paid. But at 4am we heard loud knocking on our door and shouting “should I just go in?” And we had to shout back “wrong room wrong room”, not a pleasant experience…

eye level down very clean. tables bed floor al very clean. noticed some rooms have aircon facing the bed. but others are not. they have free airport shuttle as long as you book or inform them ahead of time. spacious rooma with small kitchennette. set breakfast is very good.

Staff was good food good but the last night Thier the front desk confirmed I had reserved taxi for pickup at check out however 10 past time of check out and when taxi did not arrive they informed me taxi cancelled without reason these. Prior.. so they let me extend to reserve a ride but I had to pay fee even though they failed to inform me about the booking they offered to book for me and they never offered the tip back. Only communicated to other Victoria courts in Metro Manila NCR false slander and hearsay about me that I learned happened as Tru from the other booking at company properties

The room was generally okay, but it was a little dusty and there were some mosquitoes during our stay.
