Excelente servicio. Estacionamiento era muy lejos. La piscina era agradable y la playa era agradable. La comida era cara y no muy grande. Hay un pequeño restaurante en la playa. The hotel is decent with a pool and resto. They have wifi and 24 hr security. Its a good hotel for budget travelers who just needs to stay for a night or 2. Access to public transportation is very near. Staff were very helpful.

The location is excellent. Less than 1km to Plaza Mayor de Balanga. Close to cafes, food park, night market, and other fast food chains. You can ride a tricycle as soon as you get out of the vicinity. They're quick to respond with calls and online inquiries. The facilities and essentials supplied are almost like those you'd expect in a hotel. The shared bathroom is not a downside as I expected initially. They are actually well-maintained and comfortable to use. The front desk almost has everything you might need in any situation: medicine, alcoholic drinks, games, trash bags, paper cups, etc. There's a water dispenser, too, to fill up water containers. The free breakfast is very much appreciated. It was already prepared as early as 6:30 AM, and you can choose to take them out. The food is nice, too. Well recommended for solo travelers or friends who are staying for a few days in Bataan.

Our stay at the resort was truly enjoyable and memorable. The staff were warm, attentive, and very accommodating throughout our visit. The food was delicious and offered great value for the price. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beach was particularly impressive, with fine white sand and no rocky areas, making it perfect for relaxing and swimming. Although we didn’t get to use the pool, we were completely absorbed in the beach and the variety of water activities available. Overall, the resort offers exceptional value for money, combining excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and a truly satisfying experience. We left feeling refreshed and happy, and we would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway

The hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel.  They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members. The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures.  They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel. I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced. The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants. What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home. However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement: 1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control.  Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature. 2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator.  Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us.  Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff.  So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired. 3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms.  Tried sending a message but no quick reply.  So just called the number and got an apology and feedback.  Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests. 4.  We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout.  No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes.  Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light.  We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted.  Thank you. Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful short stay.

Message to Facilities and Maintenance Team, Please pay attention to foul odor we observed from Ground floor to 3rd floor where we stay. Based on our observations, the foul odor / smell is coming from the drain pipe in the restroom. We proved this when we filled the drain with water up to P-Trap level and the smell in the toilet which we also observed in hallways up to ground floor is no longer observed in our room. Most likely the smell is the fumes coming from restroom drain pipeline backflow. Just an observation we might be wrong. Thanks!

The room is clean and spacious for its price. Food is great in the restaurant. Though the room we got is not soundproof, we hear vehicle engines at closed doors. The only issue our group had was the blankets are not like blankets at all. They are thin and doesn't provide warmth at all when the AC is set to a low temp. We had to set the AC at high temp when we sleep so we could sleep a bit bitter. Friendly staff, you have privacy on this resort, my wife and i really enjoyed our stay here.

Todo el personal es super amable. Piscina y restaurante en la azotea. Muy buen servicio por parte de todo el personal de servicio. Buena ubicación. Hay un 7-11 cerca del hotel. El wifi dentro de la habitación no es tan bueno, lo cual es el inconveniente del hotel. Pero el wifi en la azotea era genial. Como podrían mejorar el wifi dentro de la habitación. Excelente comida servida. Debes probar su desayuno americano. Ja ja.
