I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. The hotel is located in a remote area away from the center of Florence, specifically in the suburb of Prato. By car, it’s a 30–40 minute drive via a toll road. Alternatively, you can take a bus first and then a train to Florence. The rooms are cozy and clean, though I did encounter an insect—though it didn’t bother me much. Unfortunately, there was no free kettle or water, only a paid minibar in the fridge. The staff, however, were friendly and welcoming.

La habitación del hotel es grande pero un poco vieja. Hay estacionamiento disponible y debes firmar algo al momento de registrarte. Es un poco extraño cuando se trata de privacidad o algo así. El desayuno era bueno, pero los camareros del restaurante eran realmente mediocres.

There was a huge blunder by trip.com. Our reservation was not found. Nonetheless the gentleman at the front reception helped us out. It was stressful especially after driving up for so long into siena. Hotel location is abt 10-12 min walk into the main square. Parking within hotel is limited. There is a public parking just outside before entering the ZTL zone.

La habitación estaba limpia y la cama era cómoda. La decoración era sencilla pero elegante, con toallas dobladas en forma de cisne que aportaban un toque de calidez. La habitación estaba completamente equipada y, aunque el ascensor era pequeño, era práctico y aprovechaba bien el espacio, lo que la hacía ideal para estancias cortas. Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, ofrece un cómodo transporte, con numerosas atracciones y restaurantes a poca distancia. Las habitaciones y las zonas comunes mantenían un alto nivel de limpieza, lo que proporcionaba tranquilidad. El personal fue amable, el proceso de registro fue sencillo y la presencia de varios timbres e intercomunicadores en la entrada demostró una gestión meticulosa. El edificio presume de un rico estilo arquitectónico histórico, con aldabas con forma de cabeza de león y escaleras de hierro forjado que le dan un toque clásico, creando un ambiente cálido y elegante.

The location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.
