Rating it 2 star just because of the helpful and polite staff and working aircon otherwise this hotel has to improve on a lot of things. Foremost is cleanliness which was lacking. Linens, pillow covers, comforters were not clean at all and seemed that they didn't change it after the previous customers left and seemed used and not fresh. There were stains on everything. Even pillows were torn and stuffing was coming out of those. I saw an ant on my bed and was very hard after that for me to sleep in the bed. Towels were damp and when I asked for a new ones, they were dirty too. Washrooms were relatively better and clean. No kettle in the room for tea/coffee and no free bottled water as falsely advertised on their site. Also, it is not 1.6 km from Golden Temple as falsely advertised but 3 km away. Had to ask for toilet roll. I didn't have a comfortable stay and could not wait for the next day to checkout. If you want to have a budget stay, then probably go for it otherwise there are a lot of better options available near by so do not waste your money on this hotel.

Stayed at Welcomheritage Ranjit Vilas for 2 nights with family, and both elders and children enjoying the stay. It is located close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood and is easier to find with GPS. The property is excellent with a traditional setup equipped with modern room facilities. Breakfast buffet spread was great with Indian vegetarian options (poori, paratha, etc.), bread, corn flakes, milk, etc. and eggs were available on request. The hotel also has recreational activities such as turban tying and tractor ride but we didn't have enough time to explore it. There is a swimming pool too though we didn't have time to use it. Hotel is located around 30-45 mins by car from the Golden Temple and Jalianwala Baug.

It was a great experience to stay at the hotel, nice clean rooms, healthy environment and the staff was really cooperative. They guided well and were very generous. Nice location near isbt and good-parking space was there. Must recommended for family stay at hotel holiday comfort

I stayed here with my friend last week. It was wonderful stay. I would like to thanks Team Narender to make my stay very comfortable. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends. Rooms are net & clean. Food is also very good. Rates are also ok not very high. Thanks for once again Entire Team of Paras. Keep it up .
