Mi habitación olía a cigarrillo, lo cual es relativamente normal en China, ¡PERO! Pedí una habitación para no fumadores, pero hay un cenicero. Cuando quise lavar mi ropa, me dijeron que la harían y la enviarían a mi habitación. Más de 12 horas después, seguían sin enviarme la ropa. Tarda una hora en un ciclo normal y casi dos horas en secarse a baja temperatura. ¿Por qué tardó el triple? Y el baño estaba sucio, con esas motas marrones.

A Comfortable, Pet-Friendly Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement The hotel can be difficult to identify when you first arrive because there is no sign directly on the building. Instead, the sign is attached to a gate that usually remains open, so it becomes partially folded and easy to miss. The hotel also does not have on-site parking. Guests park across the street at the restaurant where breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast was traditional Chinese and included steamed buns, sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, watermelon, tea, and milk. Everything was very tasty. Coffee was also available, but it cost extra. The people looking after the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived, they were filling the swimming pool after cleaning it and told us it would be ready later that day. Although the pool was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel, it did not quite meet our cleanliness standards because the deeper areas still appeared slightly cloudy. However, many other guests were comfortable using it, and we saw people enjoying the pool every day. The library area was absolutely gorgeous, but unfortunately, there was a strong smell of mildew that made it difficult to spend much time there. These were the main drawbacks of our stay. Our room, however, was lovely. It smelled fresh, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The staff emptied the rubbish and replenished our drinking water every day. The bathroom products were high quality, and toothbrushes were provided upon arrival. The room would have been even better if there had been enough towels for everyone staying in it and if the water had been slightly hotter. The hotel is located directly beside the river, with access to a peaceful riverside walk through beautiful gardens. There is also an elevated walkway farther down the road that looked interesting, although we did not have the opportunity to explore it. The river area was especially relaxing, and if I return, I would bring folding chairs and a small folding table so we could sit in the shallow water, relax, and play games. Most attractions and restaurants are approximately a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The receptionist tried to help us with maps and itineraries. Unfortunately, even after attempting to find the same hike on three different days, we were unable to locate the trailhead. It seemed that even local residents were not very familiar with the exact route. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is that it is pet-friendly and does not charge an additional pet fee, which was an important reason we chose it. The gentleman at reception also helped us secure a dinner reservation at Naked Ranch, where we had a wonderful evening. Moganshan is a beautiful destination, and overall, this hotel provided a comfortable stay. There is certainly some room for improvement, but I would return because I slept incredibly well and appreciated the warm, helpful service. Thank you again to the staff for all their assistance.

La experiencia de alojarme en el hotel del área panorámica esta vez superó mis expectativas, especialmente tengo que elogiar el servicio de autobús y al hermano Dakang. Como hotel situado en una zona pintoresca, la importancia del servicio de autobús es evidente, y el servicio aquí es absolutamente tranquilizador y reconfortante. El servicio de autobús se envía de manera eficiente y el vehículo siempre llega a tiempo, ya sea que esté viendo el amanecer temprano en la mañana o regresando al hotel tarde en la noche. Lo más inolvidable es el entusiasta servicio brindado por el conductor Dakang. Cada vez que los invitados suben al autobús, los saludará con una sonrisa sincera, les recordará que tengan cuidado en los escalones en los días de lluvia e incluso recordará las paradas que los invitados visitan con frecuencia. Me quedé en el hotel Yunhe Meet B&B. El Minsu está situado en el pueblo no lejos de la oficina de entradas de escena. Los dueños son un hermoso pareja y su hijo, están muy cuidadosos y la comunicación no fue un problema. Usamos la traducción de chat y teléfono para llevar con el hijo y la señora. Me ofrecieron snacks de bienvenida y más snacks después de mi viaje. El desayuno fue muy generoso y fresco preparado para platos locales con ingredientes locales. La habitación con 2 camas individuales que son bastante grandes no se sentía como una cama única, recomendada para un viajero solo si la cama reina no está disponible. El agua estaba caliente y el duche tenía buena presión. Todo es muy limpio. La tía me llevó a la entrada del parque con su mini camión eléctrico para ayudarme a atrapar el autobús de la mañana. También recomendaron algunos pequeños paseos alrededor del pueblo y me ayudaron a encontrar el autobús de vuelta a Lishui. ¡Gracias por el gran estancia!

We choose this hotel because the walking distance is 5 minit to hengdian studio. So easy. We arrive at 2am, and the hotel greet us and very helpful. The room is so comfortable with breakfast. I am Muslim, and able to eat side dish with egg, sweet potato, bun,yogurt. We check out, and hotel staff help us when they see we not able to get the Didi. He found out we are still standing outside hotel for more than 15minit. He so helpful.so, we able to catch our train for our next trip. My family so great full. Tq

A la ventana, el lago se pone en el fondo. Higiene: ambiente limpio en el interior y el exterior, alojamiento cómodo y acogedor. Servicio: ¡Muchas gracias, ¡director! ¡Muchas gracias, el servicio es muy amable y atento, tanto el día como la noche, y con la urgencia, para resolver el problema en tiempo oportuno, vamos a pasar cinco días en el lago de Milli Island.

El hotel ocupa una zona muy extensa y está integrado en todo el Parque Forestal Dongmingshan. Los huéspedes con tarjeta de habitación pueden entrar y salir directamente del parque forestal. Consta de tres zonas de alojamiento: el hotel, la habitación en el patio y la cabaña. Ocupa una zona muy amplia entre los hoteles con desayuno incluido, casi como un resort completo. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y cómodas, y el servicio también es un punto a favor muy atractivo. Se pueden llevar comidas a la habitación, lo cual es perfecto para unos días de relax. Mi ama de llaves, Niu Niu, es una chica muy sincera, entusiasta y amable. Trata a los huéspedes como buenos amigos, respeta sus necesidades y les ayuda con entusiasmo a resolver cualquier problema. Por la noche, también ofrecen sopa dulce de las buenas noches. Este hotel es muy económico, mucho mejor que los 2000 B&B en los que me he alojado anteriormente. En general, estoy muy satisfecho.

This was such a fun stay and I highly recommend for anyone planning on visiting Hengdian.It's so fun to be in a themed hotel room. I asked for an Eastern style room and it was so gorgeous. I could see the Forbidden City from my room window. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the evening festivities of the Guangzhou/Hong Kong area and then be able to just go straight up to my room to rest right afterwards. You also get the whole place essentially to yourselves for as many daytime photos as you want before the zone is open to the public. You can also get good evening photos after most of the crowd has left. There's even shuttles to help you move about the zone but I didn't need to use it since I was close to the entrance and opted to walk and take in the views when in the zone. There is a WeChat group chat you can join when you arrive where you can ask for help anything related to your stay in the zone. The room was very comfortable and I had a great time. The other scenic zones were just a quick Didi ride away. Highly recommend!

In a nutshell, suitable mostly if you have no other options (or everything that’s affordable is all taken for the night). For me, what struck me the most (or shall I say not surprisingly, but still remarkably true) was the fact that two different staff members of the hotel (aka the two receptionists that did both shifts during my stay) did not speak a word of English! Like, LITERALLY not 1!!! And I know, I know “This is China” and “What do you expect in a 3rd tier city” but still, guys, it’s the 2026 goddammit, not 2006! Like, the city where the hotel is located is virtually the world’s capital of the home appliances trade!!! There are enough foreigners who travel and even reside in the city for every self respecting hotel manager to know better they they must hire an English speaking staff that would (very likely) have some foreign guests too. One more time: no one is expecting a native English speaking level or some PhD academic skills and capabilities, but at least BASIC English skills competency should be a MUST in any developed country, especially China. Brushing it aside, the hotel was OKish (considering the price range). It’s a pain in the ass to check in as a foreigner (it literally too half an hour, being questioned multiple times the most bizarre questions such as “Where are you from?” or “What brings you to YiWu: travel or studying”, “What’s your phone number” (considering the guy had my passport in his hand and I made the reservation online where virtually ALL this information was widely available). Had to take a picture of me twice (mind you, I actually reside in the same city!!!). I just had to move out of my condo for a short while due to construction work taking place there. Anyway, room amenities are ok and had no other hiccups than that. Mind you, you need to deposit/transfer 100 yuan as a “security deposit” which is refundable via WeChat/AliPay transfer upon checking out.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, spacious, and well organized. Everything was properly maintained, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The bathroom was also clean and had everything I needed. I particularly appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the room and the hotel in general. The hotel itself has a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities were well maintained, and the environment was quiet enough to allow for a good night’s rest. The location was also convenient, making it easy to travel around and access nearby places. This was especially useful for someone visiting the city and wanting to explore different areas without too much difficulty. Another thing I appreciated was the service. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff were polite and willing to help. Their attitude made a big difference to my stay. Good customer service can really determine whether a hotel experience is average or memorable, and in this case, the staff made me feel like a valued guest. I also found the hotel to be a good value for the overall quality and service provided. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, location, facilities, and friendly staff made the stay worthwhile. Overall, I had a great experience and would be happy to stay here again in the future. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, whether they are visiting for business, studying, sightseeing, or simply looking for a comfortable place to stay.
