¡El personal hizo que nuestro viaje fuera maravilloso! (Excelente servicio, habitación limpia, buena ubicación) No duden en reservar este hotel si buscan un lugar acogedor. Es una experiencia que va más allá de una simple estancia. Hablan inglés y atienden a los clientes de maravilla. El primer día sufrí mal de altura y me dieron oxígeno, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Siempre nos proporcionaron servicio de transporte o nos llamaron un taxi para llevarnos a los lugares turísticos y restaurantes que queríamos visitar. Nos recomendaron restaurantes increíbles y lugares interesantes cerca. El último día, reservé el autobús a Chengdu, pero no pude contactar con los conductores; ellos nos ayudaron con todo (nos llevaron a la estación de autobuses, llamaron al conductor y esperaron con nosotros para asegurarse de que subiéramos al autobús sin problemas). ¡Muchísimas gracias por la cálida bienvenida! 🤗

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS. We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

We had an amazing time staying at this homestay. The wife and husband who run it are so pure and lovely, we had such a laugh with them while trying to communicate in different languages, they are full of joy! The hotel itself is really lovely, very traditional design of the area and with fantastic views from the 3 terraces! The food was unbelievable, all grown by the family, pesticide free, and cooked freshly to perfection. Dinner was very well priced as well and super handy as we didn’t have a car. The lovely hostess even made us a packed lunch when we said we were going on a hike, and accommodated us with a very early breakfast when we had an early morning bus to catch. They also booked us a taxi which was super helpful. We loved staying here, it had a very homely vibe, would 100% recommend.

La habitación presenta un distintivo estilo tibetano. Los anfitriones gestionan el lugar con mucha dedicación y el servicio es sumamente atento. As a newly established boutique homestay-style hotel, it is clear that the management is making a sincere effort to provide good service. The hotel’s renovation and room interiors are modern, clean, and well-maintained. However, there are several significant issues that would make me hesitant to recommend this property to other travelers. 1. Severe Smoke Issue from Adjacent Residential Property There is a local residential house located immediately next to the hotel. Throughout the day, the residents appear to be cooking or boiling large pots of water and soup using wood-fired stoves (柴火). Unfortunately, this activity takes place directly below our room window. As a result, not only is there effectively no view from the room, but we were also forced to keep the windows completely closed at all times to prevent heavy smoke from entering. The situation was further aggravated by the fact that the hotel did not operate the central air-conditioning system, presumably because the outdoor temperature was relatively cool. Consequently, fresh air circulation in the room was limited. Jiuzhaigou is renowned for its clean mountain air, yet whenever we were in the room, we could smell and breathe in wood smoke, which significantly affected our comfort and overall experience. 2. Smoking Permitted in Public Areas Guests were allowed to smoke in the Level 1 public areas, including parts of the dining area. While I understand that this may still be relatively common in some parts of China, it created an uncomfortable environment, especially for families traveling with young children. A smoke-free dining and common area would greatly improve the guest experience. 3. Room Cleanliness Concerns Compared with the issues above, this may seem relatively minor. However, when we checked into the room at approximately 10:00 p.m., the trash bin had not been emptied, and there were flies and small insects present in the room. 作为一家新开业的精品民宿酒店，可以看出酒店团队确实在努力提供良好的服务。酒店整体装修设计新颖，房间也较为整洁干净，硬件条件令人满意。然而，在入住期间遇到的几个较为严重的问题，让我难以向其他旅客推荐这家酒店。 1. 隔壁居民长期烧柴导致严重烟雾问题 酒店紧邻当地居民住宅，而该住户似乎全天都在使用柴火（木材）烧水、煮汤或做饭。更不巧的是，他们的柴火灶位置正好位于我们房间窗户下方。 因此，房间不仅几乎没有景观可言，我们还必须全天候紧闭窗户，以避免大量烟雾进入房间。更令人遗憾的是，由于当地天气较凉爽，酒店并未开启中央空调系统，导致房间缺乏有效的空气循环。九寨沟以优质空气和自然环境闻名，但在房间内却经常闻到浓重的柴火烟味，严重影响入住体验和舒适度。 2. 公共区域允许吸烟 酒店一楼公共区域，包括部分用餐区域，允许客人吸烟。虽然我理解这在部分地区仍较为常见，但对于携带儿童出行的家庭而言，这样的环境并不友好。 3. 客房清洁细节有待加强 相较于前两项问题，这一点或许显得较为次要。但当我们晚上约10点办理入住时，房间内的垃圾桶并未清理干净，同时还有苍蝇及小虫出现。虽然并非严重的问题，但仍反映出客房清洁管理方面存在提升空间。

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

Location: a bit far from the scenic area but the hotel provided free ride so there was no big problem. Room: spacy and clean room with heating and air condition. Toilet with smart bidet; however I would prefer one with manual button to flush 😅 Since there was no way flush the toilet without electricity. Breakfast: Decent breakfast with wide range of choice. Service: SUPERB! Super friendly staff who would not hesitate to help you. They have translation device so feel free to talk to them in any language. - Free self service laundry service! - The hot spring looked kinda nice eventhough I haven't tried it since it was raining the day I stayed there. - There were some restaurants around the hotel but the food served by the hotel own restaurant was good as well.

Es muy difícil encontrar el hotel. La recepción está en un 3er piso, subiendo por unas escaleras eléctricas muy escondidas o no fácil de identificar. Nos ayudó muy amablemente una persona de otro edificio cercano (que es a dónde nos llevaba el GPS), para lo cual tuvo que llamar al hotel y hablar un largo rato tratando de entender las indicaciones. En definitiva el hotel estaba a la vuelta! Un dato para que lo encuentres: si te paras mirando de frente al hotel Ritz, las escaleras están a unos 40 mts a la izquierda. El departamento muy lindo y súper amplio. Pero otro dato importante: tiene cocina pero nada nada de vajilla (solo vasos), otra cosa que no tiene mucho sentido, ya que se supone que uno elige un departamento para tener un mínimo de esas cosas. La gente de recepción muy amable y colaborativa, pero no hablan ingles, salvó un solo chico que nos ayudó en lo que pudo con algunas cuestiones. La piscina está en otro edificio del complejo y es todo un laberinto para llegar. Está adentro de un gimnasio y es más para ir a practicar natación que para esparcimiento, por lo que no resulta para nada para nada práctico su uso. La ubicación es buena, pero si querés usar el metro como principal medio de transporte, no te lo recomiendo salvó que estés dispuesto a caminar unos 15 min hasta la estación
