Hubo un corte de luz repentino por la noche cuando nos registramos. La capacidad del personal del hotel para responder y solucionar el problema fue deficiente. Primero, no nos avisaron a tiempo y, segundo, no había desayuno. Aunque asignaron temporalmente una bolsa con cosas para cada persona, su actitud fue bastante negativa. Solo se disculparon por otras soluciones que propusimos y simplemente se negaron a responder. La experiencia fue mala. Más tarde, corrimos a las atracciones turísticas, así que nos dimos por vencidos.

Excellent and friendly service! Modern and clean hotel! We highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern and with spacious and clean rooms. And the staff is outstanding. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and check in went super smooth. We got lots of information and it’s easy to communicate via the hotels WeChat. The staff didn’t speak so much English, but this was not any problem with translating apps and the translate function in WeChat. The staff felt us feel very welcome and they stood out as very professional and service minded. We have travelled a lot and the staff of Huanghe Xiyu hotel made a solid impression. The room was spacious and modern. It was very clean and nice. Good windows which could be opened. It also has mosquito nets. There were plenty water, a couple of complementary soft drinks and drip coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and several choices of pillows. The gym was also good. The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of diffferent items. Tasty and fresh. We enjoyed freshly made noodles and dumplings. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and service minded too. Overall a very good experience which we do recommended.

Absolutely perfect! The guesthouse gave us a free upgrade because we had two doggies which was a marvelous start. I love a guesthouse who is so hospitable and puts the needs of their visitors above cost. The location is perfectly close to Helan mountain which made for a wonderful morning ride to the mountain. The free wine taste each night was most welcomed and delicious. The free tour of their wine cellar was also a lovely touch. Food was the best of the three Dalezhiye that we visited this trip. Five Star Michelin feeling in the restaurant with gorgeous views is the Helan mountain and greenery. Also close to many top vineyards in the area. Absolutely quiet and perfect for those wishing to leave the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend for a relaxing and peaceful stay in Yinchuan.

A friendly lady host who fetched us from Zhongwei South railway station to the entrance of the campsite for a fee, 60 yuan. The next day we paid her another 60 yuan transportation fee to our hotel in Zhongwei city. At the entrance, another 4WD vehicle fetched us to and from the campsite which is less than two minutes away from the main entrance. This campsite has about 107 camps, 20 or so wooden chalets and also 20+ VIPs private individual chalets. We booked a two-beds camp to experience the night stay in the desert. The camp was clean and met our expectations. The shared bathrooms & toilets were also clean. The only setback was the unstable flow of the hot water, and we have informed the host about it. Breakfast served was adequate.

De todos los campamentos de la zona, recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en este. El gerente, Wang Shiquan, y su equipo son unos anfitriones increíbles y se aseguraron de que tuviera todo lo necesario. Como extranjero, me sentí increíblemente bienvenido e incluido. Las tiendas de campaña son de muy buena calidad y muy espaciosas. Las camas también son muy cómodas. Hay muchas actividades, como paseos en quad, paseos en camello y sandboarding. Shapotou también está muy cerca y ofrece mucho que hacer. Ningxia es, sin duda, una provincia infravalorada y recomiendo encarecidamente a todos que vengan a visitarla y experimenten la amable hospitalidad de la gente de este campamento. El personal del hotel brindó un buen servicio, nos dieron una habitación de categoría superior gratuita, la habitación era amplia, las instalaciones eran buenas, el transporte era práctico, reservamos tres habitaciones, el desayuno estuvo bien y el servicio de recogida fue gratuito. El niño casi se rompe la rodilla jugando, y le proporcionaron desinfección con yodo, lo cual fue muy grato. Me alojo en hoteles todo el año, y este sin duda lo recomiendo.

參加馬拉松活動，順道全家出行沙坡頭遊玩，提前一個月就定好了，在網上看了好久網評不錯選擇了這家，出乎意料，智能酒店，前台很貼心，有孩子的話會提供小孩拖鞋和牙刷，房間很大，兩個娃剛進門看到房間設施就直呼不錯，三樓有健身房，一樓後院有孩子玩的滑梯，早餐是自主的很豐富，停車場也大，附近也有吃飯的地方就是稍貴，畢竟屬於景區可以理解。很遺憾沒有拍那莫多圖片

This hotel didn’t accept foreigners. They made a call and moved me to “Zhongwei Banye Stars Desert Camping Hotel”. The new hotel was very good. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the restaurant made good food. The bed was clean and comfortable. The best part was the small pond. It was shallow, but everyone had fun playing and swimming in it. It was a great way to escape the heat. The views are great and the activities good and nighttime activities are full of energy. A great place for solo travelers and families alike. I’d definitely choose here again.

Nice room. We had a room with a window but no view to the backyard which did not bother us because we were there only for sleeping. To use the shower you basically have to stand between the sink and toilet or on top of the toilet, which was not ideal but we had worse. The hotel is quite thin-walled. You can here other guests from their rooms and whats going on in the lobby, too. The personal was more than willing to help and friendly. There is also a tap water supply in the entrance room and we could take our bicycles to the room.

Las tiendas eran amplias y cómodas, totalmente equipadas, con ropa de cama suave, y por la noche se podía contemplar el inmenso cielo estrellado desde la terraza. El servicio de mayordomo fue atento y meticuloso, desde la asistencia en el registro de entrada hasta la organización de las actividades en el desierto. El té al atardecer y la cena alrededor de la hoguera tuvieron un ambiente fantástico, y el personal fue cálido, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Incluso nos obsequiaron con una pintura de arena hecha a mano como recuerdo al marcharnos: ¡una atención al detalle impecable! Sin duda, lograron una combinación perfecta de lujo y servicio; ¡muy recomendable!
