1. Free Pick-Up from Railway Station The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay. 2. Room The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather. 3. Hospitality The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!

We are 4 people from Cambodia. My family were lucky to choose to stay in this beautiful hotel resort. 1. The Room : very clean and many room style to choose like Chinese or Japanese or normal. 2. The location : is very near town just only 5mins Near Changbaishan railway station just only 5mins Close to Scenic deer park and riding floating river 3. Sevice: excellent. The boss is very caring us. He took us from station to the hotel and back to station for FREE. He help us a lot to buy Mountain ticket, booking car, and bus to Xuexiang. 4. Hotel also Free Breakfast with delicious food. The kitchen service is great. They are kind and outgoing. 😍 Thank you hotel boss for everything. We will recommend your hotel to our relatives and friends. And we will come back to see again in Changbaishan. 🙏

Very convenient location if you would like to go to Changbaisan mountain. There is a bus stop very close by that will take you to the mountain. You have to purchase access/transportation to the mountain on WeChat so make sure to ask for help from locals if you are unsure of how to do that. The owner is a very kind and hospitable woman. As someone who cannot speak Chinese she graciously helped me with many things. She cooks delicious food as well, just make sure to talk with her about what you would like to eat. The room was clean but be aware that there is no air conditioning. I went in early summer and felt fine. There are options to warm the bed in case it gets cold. Overall, I was happy to stay here and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The hotel is well located, there is a large shopping center nearby, as well as many small shops and restaurants. The room is clean, no tobacco smels. The staff is very polite and friendly, always ready to help and answer questions. Breakfast is not provided at the hotel, but this is not a problem at all. Across the street from the hotel is a large department store, on the B1 floor there is a grocery supermarket, it opens at 8.30, you can buy food there. Overall, I really liked it. It was good to sleep - the mattress was comfortable, 2 pillows to choose from, it was quiet outside the window, and there were no neighbors to hear.

Very reasonably priced hotel with a good location, within walking distance of the main parts of town (approx 10mins). The owners and staff were very helpful. I recommend booking the forest trip directly with them at the lobby. The owners also have a farmhouse in the forest, and the trip is truly worth it. They guide you through the forest, teaching survival skills like starting a fire. Afterward, they serve a delicious lunch cooked on a hot stove. We also tried ice fishing, where we made our own hole in the ice. There are plenty of other activities to enjoy as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Changbaishan!

Por primera vez, trajo a los niños del sur al norte durante el año, y no lo vio. El jefe está muy entusiasta. Por razones de vacaciones, muchas comidas en la montaña no abren las puertas, y el jefe nos ha llevado a la montaña muchas veces. El paisaje y la habitación no tienen nada que decir, 5 estrellas con elogios!!! ¡No seas duro y te pidas que te ayudes! Si no hay belleza, si quieres que tu hijo se quede más de tres personas. Se sugiere que se desmonte el baño, o puede que no haya suficiente agua caliente!

We’re foreigners and stayed at the hostel for 2 nights in January 2025, it was a wonderful experiences. Our room was spacious and clean,which was a great way to wake up every morning. Overall, I had a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Changbai Mountain North Scenic area.I’ll surely return next time we visit. Tips: Tickets for scenic spots must online purchased in advance 1 week only used Wechat app. Lucky the boss helped to us grab the tickets before 1 day ago.Should be paid processing fees but worthy !

It was a true delight to stay here. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The food was really good, so we had all our meals in the hotel restaurant, also because the nearest town was too far. We went skiing. The shuttle driver was very nice and patient with us. The rooms were beautifully rustic and there was paper-cutting activity at night when we were staying there. We truly enjoyed our time there, because of the comfortable stay and friendly, hospitable staff.
