One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

Hotel was on the central street! Super convenient to head down to walk the street. It's also accessible via subway, but is a bit of walk. However the walk passes by a beautiful park so I think that's ok! Room size is alright, couldn't not open 2 lugagges fully flat on the floor but we could deal with it. Room is clean, the shower shampoo and soaps smelt great. Receptionist is helpful! Will book here again :)

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay here! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. We communicated easily through WeChat. We dined at her nearby restaurant, and she even treated us to extra dishes and discount, which was such a warm gesture. She also offered to fetch us to and from the train station, as well as to the ski area (we bought our ski tickets directly from her, super convenient!). We even engaged her for our Xue Xiang day trip (we paid), and everything was arranged smoothly. The room itself was large, basic and simple, but very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was done daily, and amenities were replenished. Overall, we had a great experience thanks to her hospitality. My in law were happy staying here too.

La habitación está limpia y las sábanas son higiénicas. Cada persona tiene que cambiarse su propio traje. La habitación es muy cálida y cómoda en otoño e invierno. Me alojé dos noches y me alojaré aquí de nuevo la próxima vez que venga a Harbin. . Está cerca de las estaciones de metro Central Street y Hongzhuan Street Morning Market, a poca distancia a pie, y el transporte es conveniente. La actitud del servicio de recepción también es muy buena. También fuimos al Volga Manor para experimentar el estilo ruso.

Had an exceptional experience! The hostel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everyone here were warm and friendly, especially the lady’s boss always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere at the hostel was fantastic. It had a vibrant and welcoming vibe, perfect for meeting fellow travelers and making new friends. The common areas were cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent trip drivers. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay.

El hotel es un hotel muy pequeño y con un tema muy pequeño, uno de los hoteles más únicos que he estado en. Una cosa que puedo observar es que durante las horas de pico, el ascensor puede tomar un tiempo para subir y bajar, ya que el lugar está en el 30o piso. La habitación es limpia y limpia, tranquila y tiene una sola vez. La chalefacción es muy característica, muy caliente, dorme especialmente. actually i book other room but accidently book wrong date luckly can change to other room. very clean room and so nice . host also easy to deal. can just wechat. the only problem got small stair to go the room. if u bring big lugage its quite hard. but overall ok.
