The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Luxurious and grand, One of the best hotels stayed during the trip. Service is great and front reception is very responsive towards any form of request. Conveniently located besides Wanda mall and food and eateries. Scenic besides river views. Will recommend and come back again.

Este debe ser uno de los mejores hoteles que hemos estado en China. La ubicación del hotel está bien situado a sólo 2 minutos a pie del metro de la calle Shangzhi. Aunque la habitación no era muy grande, era muy limpia y cómoda y bien almacenada con amenidades. La cama estaba cómoda y nos ofreció un buen sueño. El personal del escritorio delantero era muy amable y encantador, especialmente la Srta. Freya. Hay una máquina de café en el lobby y en la sala de desayuno. Hay una máquina de café personal también en la habitación. Los turistas se ven como la Catedral de St. Sophia y Zhongyang Street son sólo a 15-minute a pie. Nos quedaremos en este hotel cuando visitemos de nuevo Ha'erbin.

Отдыхала между рейсами в этом отеле. Удивительное сочетание цены и качества. При бронировании указала, что нужен трансфер, написала время прилета и рейс и когда я получила багаж меня уже встречали с табличкой с моим именем. До отеля везли около 10 минут. Трансфер из аэропорта и обратно входит в стоимость. Отель новый, соответственно и ремонт свежий, чистота, качественные матрас и постельное белье, тишина в номере и шторы блэкуат. Питание не брала. Водитель и администратор очень доброжелательные, короче говоря я осталась очень довольна сервисом и комфортом отеля. Единственное небольшое замечание - это китайские розетки, которые не подходят для наших электрических устройств, не смотрела зарядить телефон. На следующий день летела моя мама, которая по моему совету остановилась в этом отеле, ей тоже отель понравился.

La habitación es limpia e higiénica, a pocos cientos de metros de la estación de tren de Harbin Oeste, y muy espaciosa. Hay restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente. Está ubicada en el octavo piso, ideal para viajeros con presupuesto ajustado.

The apartment has a lovely view with great location. It’s right next to a walking street - which is a tourist spot. There’re many restaurants nearby which saves you time wandering around. The staffs are friendly and supportive.

I recently completed a 4-week stay at this hotel, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Upon check-in, the front desk team kindly upgraded me to a beautiful, spacious room that was kept perfectly clean and neat every day. Throughout my month-long stay, all the daily services, including the efficient laundry service, were seamless. Everyone I encountered was genuinely welcoming. Even during my early morning checkout, Zhang Yan (张燕) took great care of me and personally helped carry my luggage to the taxi. A major highlight of my daily stay was the morning breakfast service. I first met Zihan (紫涵) at the reception desk, where she was incredibly professional and welcoming. When she transitioned to the restaurant, she brought that same bright energy to my mornings. She always greeted me with a wonderful smile and was exceptionally attentive to my needs as an international guest. I also want to thank her colleague who worked alongside her in the restaurant previously for her kind hospitality, as well as the two main chefs in the kitchen. The two chefs prepared outstanding meals with immense care every single day, making a long stay feel like home. The teamwork here is fantastic. The service and food truly made my time in Harbin memorable.
