遠遠看見酒店外觀的時候，感覺非常好，大廳也很氣派，結婚的親友團入住很多。地下停車場比較侷促，可能是五一期間，衞生維護也不好。房間最加分的是湖景，極美！床品也很舒服。房間光線不是很明亮，設施維護還可以，衹是衞生間問題比較多，排氣扇不知道是沒有還是沒有工作，淋浴出水很小，一個防滑墊居然讓我站在上面結結實實滑摔倒了，如果是老年人估計就慘大了。五一期間酒店問題也多，提前註明了對噪音敏感，在入住時也提醒了前台，結果還是挨着一家婚房。第二天早上七點就開始了歡呼聲，房間門看着就透光，隔音效果非常一般，好處是讓我看到了美麗的湖光晨色。我們祝福新人，問題不在於他們，而在於酒店的事不關己，高高掛起，哪怕告知我們一下也可以。公區衞生不好，入住時發現電梯口垃圾桶有個冒頭的飲料杯，一直到第二天十點多離店，都沒有人收走。離店放下房卡，前台簡單一句沒事了，讓我覺得這個酒店雖然景色宜人，可能真的不值得再來一次了。

Una casa de huéspedes preciosa con un diseño único y un ambiente encantador en las zonas comunes. Como era temporada baja, nos cambiaron a una habitación superior, que estaba decorada con mucho gusto, especialmente el baño. La bañera era grande y el techo de cristal dejaba entrar la luz natural. La ubicación es excelente, justo en la calle antigua, tranquila y a la vez práctica. 應該算是九華山景區內最好的賓館了，住的是行政雙床房B區，是為數不多的朝陽房。酒店設施一流，大堂很氣派，佈置的很有特點，小花園也很有情調，房間在景區酒店面積算比較大的，應有盡有，很緊湊也很舒適。早餐也很豐富，中西搭配的也合適，山上的酒店能做到如此實屬不易，晚餐的菜品也很好，地方特色也很突出。酒店的服務更是一流，服務員去換乘站接的我們，小姑娘幫我拿箱子，一路上擔心石板地會對箱子軲轆損壞，都是拎着箱子走。送的時候前廳服務員小鄭更是一路給我們介紹景區的各方面情況，歡迎我們再來，打掃衞生的阿姨也是和藹可親認真細緻。這是一家很不錯的酒店，給它們點贊👍👍

We were a group of 8 people and had an unforgettable stay here. The hotel owner is one of the kindest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. From the moment we arrived, he welcomed us warmly, gave us great local recommendations, and even personally drove us to each destination!
On the day we went hiking in the mountains, he provided us with free walking sticks. He helped us with everything — arranging transfers, buying entrance tickets, and planning the route. He also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which was incredibly convenient.
I shared room 8303 with my friend. The room is designed for two people and had two separate beds, both very comfortable to sleep in. There was also an air conditioner in the room, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Another thing we’re super grateful for — the owner kindly let us do laundry. After hiking in the mountains, our clothes definitely needed it!
The view from the window was absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, full of natural light, and have plenty of power outlets. The showers were great, with clean water and convenient showerheads. There were all the necessary toiletries: body soap, shampoo — we recommend bringing your own conditioner if needed.
The hotel can also prepare food for guests. We really enjoyed the tomato and egg noodles — delicious and homey.
There’s also a local café nearby where we had breakfast a few times.
The hotel is located in the mountains, perfectly positioned for visiting nearby attractions, waterfalls, hiking spots, and even riding quad bikes.
A tip: bring a good quality raincoat if you’re visiting during rainy weather!
The owner speaks basic English, and even though it wasn’t easy for him, he patiently explained everything to us in English with so much kindness and care. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — even helped us search for a lost phone in the mountains!

I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands.
I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of.
During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service.
But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing.
This was not a tourist activity.
It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries.
My conclusion:
This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

1. On the day of arrival, I contacted the hotel to pick us up at the bus terminal, the conditions at that time were indeed congested. The hotel asked us to walk to a point so they could easily pick us up, the distance was about 1.6 km. After we (4 people, one of whom was my mother, 70+ years old) walked about 1 km, I was contacted to stop and wait for them to pick me up. When they came to pick me up, it turned out that there were already 2 other hotel guests in the car that they had picked up from the bus terminal. I was quite surprised that they didn't want to pick us up at the terminal, but it was different with those 2 guests.
2. The next day when we were taken to the south gate, the driver told my mother the pick-up location for the evening when we would return to the hotel, quite far from the south gate exit. He reasoned that due to the traffic conditions, he would have difficulty picking us up. On the evening we got off the Huangshan bus, we got off at the wrong place (the point where we got off and the pick-up point were about 2.5 km apart). We contacted the hotel to see if they could pick us up, as we had already tried ordering Didi and conventional taxis, but they were difficult in that area. The roads were also not congested at that time. When we were picked up, the driver (the same guy from that morning) shouted at my mother that he had already told her the pick-up point that morning, even though she had already explained to him that we had gotten off at the wrong time and that there were no taxis or Didi available.
I am writing this review because I am quite angry with your driver's attitude, which shows a complete lack of courtesy towards elders. I am not giving your hotel a total bad score, as the rest of the service is good, but the only problem is that your driver did not provide the service he should have. Hopefully, you can improve.

Room is clean and functional .
Am an easy traveller and very satisfied with the hotel. Of course you can walk around and look for a hotel (there are many many hotels !!!!!!) but I think if u pre book u will make your life easier especially if u have a luggage.
He planned the itinerary for me. and it was a very fulfilling walking trip in nature visiting temples and paying respects to 地藏菩萨 .
So many restaurants too!!!!!!!!

+ habitaciones luminosas, modernas, limpias y confortables: ventanas grandes, baños limpios y modernos (grande ducha caliente que realmente se necesita después de un día en la montaña), camas muy cómodas, caldera de agua, etc.
+ Área común agradable: sala de juegos, restaurante, mesa de té, piscina pequeña
+ Alimentos sabrosos: desayuno, almuerzo y cena frescos preparados, muchas opciones (también vegetarianas), frutas frescas y té, precios decentes -＞ nos encantaban sus platos de tomate&huevos, bambú, qingcai y tofu
+ Comunicación suave y gran servicio: respuestas rápidas a través de WeChat, recoger el aeropuerto (200¥ de una manera), apoyo con reserva de entradas para Huangshan, transporte de equipaje, frutas extras, etc.

Llegamos alrededor de 10.30pm a la noche. Estaba lloviendo mucho y nuestro taxista no pudo encontrar la entrada. Era lo suficientemente agradable para hacer una segunda ronda de la zona, pero todavía no lo puede encontrar. De mapa, básicamente estabamos casi allí. Al final nos dejó en la carretera con nuestras maletas bajo la lluvia pesada.
El apartamento no es tan esperado como las fotos que se muestran en trip.com.
El propietario pone las hojas de cama y toallas en el balcón. El árbol de palma se secó. La tapa de acero inoxidable como la cubierta de cenizas en el suelo (el tablero de vinilo se quemó).
No hay herramientas de cocina. No hay forro ni cuchillo. Tenemos 2 pares de colchones de desmontable. Aunque tienen cocina, un refrigerador y un bañera de lavado.
El baño es pequeño y espera que todo se moja dentro.
La cama no es cómoda.
Hay incluso un cigarrillo en una de las habitaciones.
