I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

El hotel está muy bien y los trabajadores muy atentos y agradables. Lo que no me gustó es que nos dieron una habitación justo al lado del ascensor cuando pedí si podía ser lejos. Te dicen que el desayuno está incluido pero con nada que pidas ya te hacen pagar de más. Y lo peor es que te hacen pagar un depósito que se supone devuelven a las 2 o 4 semanas. Muy peseteros. Un quiero y no puedo donde te intentan sacar el dinero por cualquier cosa cuando ya pagas un elevado coste por alojarte allí.

Terminamos las vacaciones de primavera con una estancia súper relajante de tres días y dos noches en el Four Seasons Resort Whistler, y fue justo lo que nuestra familia de cuatro necesitaba. Las habitaciones eran increíbles: súper cómodas, elegantes e impecablemente limpias. ¿La vista de las montañas? Absolutamente impresionante. Hizo que relajarse fuera mucho más agradable. La piscina climatizada al aire libre y los jacuzzis fueron todo un éxito entre todos nosotros, y a los niños les encantó especialmente la sesión de asado de malvaviscos que se celebraba todos los días de 4 a 6 p. m. ¡Fue una actividad familiar muy divertida y acogedora! Las instalaciones de ping-pong también fueron muy populares, aunque parecían estar muy solicitadas. El desayuno también fue un punto culminante: el bufé tenía una increíble variedad de opciones, y nos sorprendió gratamente encontrar caviar de BC entre las opciones de ese día. ¡Un capricho único y delicioso! La única pega fue la sala de juegos: es un poco pequeña, especialmente en épocas de mucha afluencia como las vacaciones de primavera o el verano. Se sentía un poco limitada para todos los niños que esperaban usarla. Dicho esto, el personal estuvo a la perfección. Fueron súper amables y serviciales, añadiendo pequeños detalles que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Four Seasons Whistler sin duda cumplió con creces. Nos fuimos con energías renovadas y ya estábamos pensando cuándo podríamos volver.

¡La casa caliente es el centro de nuestras visitas a Vancouver! Mi amigo y yo nos quedamos en dos habitaciones separadas en la casa de huéspedes y nos compartimos el baño juntos, por nuestra conveniencia el huéspede incluso nos arregló para compartir el mismo baño juntos y nosotros eramos los únicos dos huéspedes en la casa!!! Gracias por la flexibilidad:) la cocina también es muy acogedora y tienen básicamente todo lo que necesitamos tener un desayuno simple en casa y incluso podemos hacer algo muy guapo bc el diseño es bastante bueno. Además, el huésped nos hizo un gran favor para que almacenáramos nuestra 3 bolsas gigantes en la casa por casi un mes bc tuvimos un viaje a otra ciudad, qué hermosa estadía allí, ya me falta todo. Recomiendo a todos que se queden en la casa caliente! Es cerca de todo y fácil tomar el autobús para visitar la ciudad:) también nos disfrutamos de la privacidad y la tranquilidad en un buen barrio:) No he tomado muchas fotos pero es la de mi habitación en el sótano, cozyyyyy, me encanta mucho:) Definitivamente escoger aquí para mi próxima viaje a Vancouver:)

I had the best experience staying here. They gave me the room with really nice view. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d really highly recommend this place.

The home is really cute, clean and easy to get to town within 5mins walk to the bus stop. It’s quite convenient to stay and the place is very new and provide all amenities mentioned. I would stay here for second time if I will visit Vancouver again. Safe place for women solo traveler. Really recommend. I had a happy time staying here.

It was a second overnight transit stay in the same week. Clovenient location to airport n free shuttle. Though the shuttle from airport to hotel was full n we had to take a cab into the hotel - n the hotel reimbursed about 80% of the fare. Very short walk to a nearby open shopping centres which had lots of eatery selection. We ate Japanese n it was quite good. Only disappointment was with Trip.com n not with hotel. I thought the rate included 2 breakfast n turned out it did not. I could have gotten better deal booking directly with Marriottboncoy n get my free breakfast entitlements

We passed by this hotel hundreds times and we finally spent 2 nights celebrating our 45th anniversary there.the service was excellent,lots of cool characters everywhere inside and you got the real key to your room.The parking garage was well lit and safe.we will go back again this summer 👍❤️❤️❤️👍

I really enjoyed my stay at Blueberry Grove Retreat! The place was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful, and I felt relaxed and at home during my stay. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant, and I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the property. It was a lovely place to come back to and rest after a long day. I’m very happy that I chose to stay here, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vancouver. If I come back to Vancouver in the future, I would absolutely love to stay here again. Fairmont Pacific Rim es un gran hotel con una ubicación privilegiada. Las instalaciones y el servicio es de primera. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Nos asignaron una habitación de buen tamaño y con una vista espectacular del puerto. Los amaneceres son increíbles!
