We had no issues with the property itself. It is a historic house in beautiful Hallstatt. We already knew about the staircases and need to bring luggages up those staircases. What we were surprised about was the extremely low level of service for such a beautiful property. Apparently the manager was on leave and left two inexperienced girls in charge. Understandably Hallstatt limits vehicular traffic and our car could only stop at a designated spot about 15 min spot from the property. Our driver had called ahead to tell the property we were arriving and asked if shuttle could be arranged. The answer was the only option was to walk. Imagine lugging luggages through the snow. On arriving at the property, we told the girl receiving us to arrange a taxi at checkout to bring us to the dropoff point to meet our driver the next day. She promised to do so. Half an journey before the appointed time she told us no taxis were available and the only option was to walk. You can imagine our frustration with this level of service. A wonderful property let down by extremely poor service.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena. En el centro de la ciudad, hay un mercado en la mañana. Una caminata de paseos para sentir el humor local. La habitación es grande, todavía es un suite interior y exterior, muy limpio. Hay un aire acondicionado y un calentador en el cuarto. A finales de septiembre no es frío, pero la noche todavía está caliente por un tiempo y la vida en general es muy cómoda. El tipo de desayuno es relativamente único, pero el ventilador local es bueno, la gente es educada y entusiasta.

靠着馬路，夜裡聲音不小。沒有人工前台，自助辦理入住，所以不到下午2點系統不受理，去早了衹能乾等。房間的毛巾沒有換過，沒有洗漱用具，都需要自帶，也沒熱水壺。床很小，像一個高級的青年旅舍。
