«The staffs offered us welcome drinks upon our arrival while the receptionist processing our check in. They also took additional efforts to understand our itinerary and gave us advices. Thus, we booked the Ba Den mountain tickets from the hotel reception (same price) after listening to them. Afterwards , the staff sent us the ticket via WhatsApp and one good thing is he is always contactable if you needed further assistance during your trip in Tau Ninh. The hotel room is cozy and have European design. We love it so much. The hotel breakfast also have variety of choices including Vietnamese and western cuisines. Can’t wait to revisit them in near future.»

We even had an issue outside the hotel, and they didn’t hesitate to handle everything for us. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special. A true little paradise in Vietnam, incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and wonderfully refreshing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. «Phong mới nâng cấp nên sạch sẽ lắm. Duy có cái hút mùi phòng vệ sinh hơi tệ, nên mùi rất lâu thoát hơi. Đậu xe thì bảo vệ ko hướng dẫn, cũng ko thấy ai hướng dẫn nên đậu đại. Chung qui mọi thứ rất ổn chỉ trừ 2 cái còn lại.»
