Closed when I arrived, mum not happy to see me, opened up, showed me to my room that was not made up. Very poor quality room, I helped make the bed. Only one sheet for the bed. 15 minutes later, dad showed up ( whilst I was online looking for alternate accommodation), and showed me a different room up stairs, out the back, that was better. I waited while the bedding was moved from the first room to the second room. Again helped make the bed, I had to negotiate to get a top sheet. No soap for the shower, only one towel, no remote control for the Aircon. Good breakfast. Great location for bus services. Poor customer service for tourist amenities. Bad advice and booking Service for departure bus, do your own research and book online or with a local office, you have a better chance of knowing what you are getting. I left before staying my second night. I could not recommend this accommodation and would not stay again. I wish them good luck for the future. Pete

Great location in Phong Nha, minutes walk to where the bus drops you off. The only good thing other than the location and price was the help the staff provided with logistics. Diep was very helpful arranging transportation for us, even on her day off. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 3 star hotel, not sure if that is accurate. The hostels in the town looked much nicer, listed as 2 stars, but we are a little bit older and not sure we would fit in with the younger patrons shown in the hostel pictures. Though we wouldn’t have used their large pool due to the rainy weather, it was only half full of water and not usable. The breakfast included in the room price was limited; might want to inquire ahead of time.

Pro- El par que corre el lugar son muy bonitos. La esposa habla muy bien inglés y es muy hospitalaria. El marido no habla nada, pero me invita a café y me ayudó con taxis. El precio es grande. El hotel está cerca de una calle ocupada, pero está tranquilo en el interior de la habitación 😊 Una buena presión de agua y muy caliente agua también es un plus. Con - Está en una ubicación que es principalmente tiendas de muebles o mecánica automática. También todo se cierra alrededor de las 9:00, así que si usted es un ovo nocturno como yo tienes que ir muy lejos para encontrar comida o bebida. En general, para el precio, no es fantástico, pero tienes una habitación limpia, buenos propietarios y un espacio tranquilo. 👍

The staff is very generous and helpful. He gave advise for activities, booked our next bus and rented us his motorbike. He even invited us to watch the final soccer match of the national team with him and his friends, which was an really fun experience. The free breakfast was really nice, pancake, fruit, juice and coffee and also other options, while enjoying the beautiful view over the valley from the rooftop. Room had a nice balcony, was clean and beds were comfy. We could leave our bags after checking out ans even use a hot shower after a day of activities before we took our next bus. Would definitely recommend!

The room was ok and clean. The elevator doesn’t work all the time. It was pretty windy when we were there, and cold (also in the room with the windows that let the air through). Location was good and I guess even better when there is a bit of sun (and less wind). People were nice (and wanted really that we did some activities - caves). We finally went to the tour to Hue and weren’t satisfied in the end… (from Dong hoi, we had one stop to Vinh Moc Tunnels and then arrived to Hue for 600K per person) Breakfast is good (50k for a dish and a drink)

Es muy agradable cerca del tren. Así que si me gustas, tienes que quedarte un día o dos, es muy agradable. También tiene un ascensor que lo hace con mucho equipaje cómodo. Прожили в этом отеле трое суток. Нас устроило абсолютно все. Расположение отличное, у реки, в тихом месте, рядом горы и живописные рисовые поля. Туристический центр и причал для лодок в пещеры недалеко. Хозяева отеля очень приветливые и заботливые люди. Организовали нам недорого поездку к пещере Парадайз. В номере чисто, кровати и постель- отличные, кондиционер и вентилятор работают, насекомых нет, санузел чистый, просторный и красиво оформлен. Двери нашего номера выходят прямо к бассейну. Во всем отеле тишина. Всё отлично!
