酒店裝修風格很黑案… 不推薦帶着孩子來這家酒店， 嘿嘿的 very calm and down. 酒店設施： 小電梯，樓道沒有空調是開窗，房間裏洗髮水洗手液都不好，沒有肥皂。 洗澡水很小。床很舒服。 衞生：還行， 挺好。 房間門口有點沙子… 可能上一次住的人去了海邊。 早餐： 食物質量好，種類不多。 服務：基本的五星酒店服務是有了， 不高不低。 這個酒店1400多一晚， 5歲孩子要單獨算費用。 附近有很多其他5星酒店在1000RMB以內. 我感覺這裏性價比不是很高， 服務也不是很成熟的感覺。 飯不難吃也不是特別好吃。 整體來説我反正沒有想再來的感覺的一個酒店。 不差也不是很好， 好奇怪的一次體驗。

One of the highlights was the three fantastic swimming pools, all of which were kid-friendly. One pool had a special area for children to play and warm water like a hot tub—ideal for little ones. It’s worth noting that pool access is not included in the hotel stay and costs 150,000 VND per day for the whole family, which we found reasonable. The location is perfect if you’re planning to visit the nearby White Sand Dunes, as it’s conveniently situated for that excursion. However, it is a bit farther from the city center, where most attractions are located. That said, transportation is easy and affordable—a taxi will cost around 160,000-200,000 VND, or you can rent a scooter directly from the hotel for just 200,000 VND. The hotel amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive and friendly, with the person assisting us going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They also spoke English well, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Although we didn’t try the food at the hotel, there were plenty of shops and restaurants within the building offering fresh, affordable, and delicious meals. Additionally, the supermarkets on-site stocked everything we needed, from swimming gear to everyday essentials. APEC Mandala is a fantastic choice for families or anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient stay in Mũi Né, especially if visiting the White Sand Dunes is on your agenda. Tôi vấp và chới với, chân đau điếng nhưng không hiểu chuyện gì xảy ra cho đến khi nhìn thấy hai ống nước đưa lên n*** cửa nhà tắm. Điều không thể hiểu nổi ở 1 khách sạn, lại còn là khách sạn 4 sao. Tôi chuyển từ 1 khách sạn 4 sao sang khách sạn 4 sao này, cốt để trải nghiệm và nhận thấy thao tác khu lễ tân, tính chuyên nghiệp cách nhau một trời một vực. Khách sạn này khách đoàn nhiều nên cũng khá lộn xộn. Nhưng chính vì lẽ đó tính tổ chức nên tốt hơn. Tư duy quản lý rủi ro cho khách rất có vấn đề: 1. Phòng tắm làm rất nhỏ, n*** giữa trước cửa phòng tắm để hai ống nước cao lên. Nếu không thể làm nhà tắm rộng đến chỗ ống nước để che nó, sao không cắt nó đi? 2. Nhà vệ sinh không có cửa, thông luôn không gian giường ngủ. Phòng nếu 2 người đồng nghiệp hay bất kỳ ai mà không phải gia đình hay quá thân thuộc thì sự riêng tư khi dùng nhà vệ sinh nên thế nào? Trong hình phần vòi nước nhô lên, tôi phải lấy thùng rác úp lại để tạo chú ý bì phòng có người chân có vấn đề, nếu vấp phải không biết làm sao. Tôi cũng nghĩ đến trường hợp nếu khách lưu trú người cao tuổi hoặc đi lại khó khăn thì việc để hai ống nước như vậy trong khi khách sạn không phải là nhà, khách chưa quen thuộc bố trí không gian thì làm sao kiểm soát rủi ro? Lễ tân check in chậm. Ở gia đình chia 2 phòng nhưng xếp phòng cách nhau lẽ ra nên nói khách 1 tiếng nếu như không có phòng gần. Tính chuyên nghiệp không được thể hiện rõ với chuẩn khách sạn. Giá phòng tốt so với thời điểm. Nhưng nếu so chất lượng với giá thì cũng không thể gọi là tốt. Khách sạn lâu năm có thể cũ hơn là bình thường, nhưng việc khử mùi, trang bị tiện ích nên được chú trọng. Phòng rộng nhưng ngoài gương nhà tắm thì phòng không có gương, rèm thì sứt móc, cửa phòng tắm thì bong ron, tivi nên kết nối internet để có nhiều kênh, thiếu shower cap… Nhà hàng về khẩu vị thì ổn, nhưng ăn sáng chén đũa không được sạch. Tách cafe còn dính cafe cũ… Điểm cộng là không gian phòng rộng, nước khá mạnh. Tuy nhiên, vòi nước thiết kế hai vòi nóng lạnh riêng nên nếu chỉnh nhiệt độ phù hợp rồi thì khi đang thoa dầu tắm ngại tắt vì sau đó sẽ phải chỉnh lại… Việc này bất tiện và gây lãng phí tài nguyên, thêm chi phí nước cho khách sạn không cần thiết… Với vị trí gần biển và không gian rộng rãi mà khách sạn đang sở hữu, nếu cải thiện thêm các điểm đã nêu, tôi nghĩ khách sạn là một nơi đáng trải nghiệm. Nhìn cách bố trí, tôi thấy tiếc. Phòng ốc nếu thiếu an toàn cho khách thì hoặc cải tạo hoặc không nên đưa vào sử dụng.

Отличный и самый чисты номер за все мое путешествие по Азии, отличный пляж, отличный сервис, вот бы меню разнообразить. Не большой но очень удобный и уютный номер. В отеле мне встретились два местных сотрудника отлично говорящих на русском языке. Приезжайте и не пожалеете!!!!

這裡的地理位置算是不錯，每間都可以看到海邊，隔音效果我覺得很好了，而且房間裡都是香香的味道，讓人會想再過來居住

Resort khá nhỏ , bãi biển không tắm dươc. Buffet sáng nghèo nàn , co thể tăng giá 1 chút và cho ăn đồ ăn ngon hon thì tốt hơn.

Khu nghỉ dưỡng nằm n*** ven biển, rất yên tĩnh, phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng. Resort k đc mới nhưng sạch sẽ và nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện. Nếu có dịp sau mình sẽ ghé lại nghỉ dưỡng tại đây.

Basado en el precio este resort es de muy baja calidad, muy viejo. Reservé una suite de 2 dormitorios piscina vista para quedarse 2 noches. La habitación es muy vieja, baño ruso, no limpio, la taza de té vieja y ruso también 😰! La única cosa buena es la personal es muy útil especialmente la que sirve en el restaurante para el desayuno. La comida no es realmente buena pero OK. La playa es tranquila. El camino a la playa no es agradable necesita un TLC y limpiar para una vista más agradable.
