The hotel was okay, it met standards but there were many small things that made our stay feel less perfect. Upon check in the room was very spacious for a double queen bed room, and bathroom spacious as well. The amenities are lacking a bit, in the bathroom it was just minimal 1 makeup remover wipe and a shower cap and hand soap. It comes with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash but our conditioner was out and stayed empty for 2 days (as I thought the cleaners might notice and refill), until I requested front desk to refill it. In terms of cleanliness some of the towels had some minor stains and the bathroom had rust and brown stains in the bathtub so it didn’t feel super clean. The worst part was that when I entered the hotel the sheets were soooooo pilly and rough, they didn’t feel soft and welcoming as a hotel should have. Those sheets should’ve been thrown out years ago, I wouldn’t even keep sheets like that at my own house they were so worn down, bumpy, and uncomfortable, I asked front desk the next morning if I could please have them changed and got a very sassy and rude response that “usually requests like this should come in before 9AM and it’s not guaranteed that they can be changed” (I requested this around 10AM before the cleaners had even appeared on my floor). I found this response extremely off putting and inhospitable, since it’s not like I caused the sheets to be rough and uncomfortable and was simply making a request to make my stay better and more comfortable, and I also requested it very kindly and didn’t rush them to do anything- just by end of day or the next day so I wouldn’t have to sleep on rough uncomfortable sheets the entire 5 days I was there. They ended up changing them but I didn’t appreciate that kind of reply. 2 days after, the cleaners left their dirty rags, some random extra pillowcases on random surfaces by my personal items on the desk and night side table, It was very careless and unprofessional and who knows where the dirty rags have been, and where those random pillowcases came from if they were clean or not, next to my personal items. They also didn’t finish cleaning the bathroom and there were missing towels and didn’t finish taking the dirty towels out. Moving on, the location was okay but one of the farther hotels from the Zion National Park entrance in the town, I did like the pool and the restaurants nearby. Lastly, for the complimentary breakfast it was basic but good and I appreciated having that every morning before we left for our adventures.

Somos un viaje familiar, este hotel es muy bueno, el personal de recepción es muy cálido, el desayuno es muy rico, la habitación está muy limpia, el estacionamiento es muy conveniente, adecuado para viajar con niños.

El despacho frontal no nos permitiría comprobar en menos de 30 minutos temprano. Claramente una empresa familiar. Se parecía que la persona de la mesa delantera quería exactamente asegurarse de cómo funciona el sistema de reservas. Había que cubrir después de ingresar para descubrir el pago. También inconveniente. La matrícula era bonita, pero sólo había una hoja de arriba sin confort. La habitación era básica, pero lo suficientemente limpia. El baño era la zona. La bañera era débil, la ducha era desagradable y no hay agua caliente. Tal vez 90-95° en la musta. La comprobación fue eficaz. No volverá a quedarse.

En este viaje, quería escapar del ruido de la ciudad y encontrar un lugar tranquilo en algún lugar cerca de la naturaleza pero todavía cómodo. ¡Esto no es tu camping medio! ✨ Todo está hermosamente diseñado y increíblemente acogedor, desde la cama más y el baño privado hasta el decoro suave y elegante que te hace sentir como si estuviera en un resorte boutique rodeado de rocas rojas. Me quedé en una de sus firmas Airstream Suites, los remolques de aluminio brillantes que se han convertido en la marca de AutoCamp. La gran ventana abre a una vista impresionante de las montañas rojas de Utah una vista que te hace despacio y respirar inmediatamente. El alza? Noche. 🌌 Cada suite viene con su propio pozo de fuego. Mi amigo y yo sentamos fuera de las mariscos rosados, el vino se ahoga, y mirando las estrellas llenando lentamente el cielo. Fue tranquilo, mágico, y tan tranquilo el tipo de noche que deseas podría durar para siempre. En la mañana, caminamos al acogedor café de la sala de estar, donde ofrecen café, granola y yogur simple pero perfecto. Si has soñado con volver a conectarse con la naturaleza sin sacrificar el confort, AutoCamp Zion es el lugar perfecto. 🌿 Es tranquilo, hermoso y pensado para que se sienta bien fundado, inspirado y completamente fácil.

Condujimos desde Lake Tahoe hasta Salt Lake City, así que fue un día largo… Por suerte, en recepción fueron muy amables y nos dijeron que guardarían nuestra reserva hasta las 4:00 a. m., aunque llegamos un poco después de la 1:00 a. m. La habitación era aceptable, aunque olía un poco raro (¿el aire acondicionado?). El desayuno continental estaba bien, pero se les acabó la mezcla para waffles antes de que mi hijo y yo pudiéramos comernos un waffle cada uno. Íbamos a estar en la piscina y el jacuzzi hasta la hora de salida, pero la piscina estaba cerrada por limpieza o algo así… En resumen, un poco decepcionante, pero difícil quejarse del precio de $109 para una familia de cuatro…

Está muy cerca del aeropuerto. La llamé cuando llegué. El autobús gratuito del hotel llegó en unos 15 minutos y paró en el punto de recogida de la B3. La recepcionista fue muy amable y le dijo que había estado en un vuelo largo. durante más de 20 horas y arreglaron una habitación muy tranquila sin dormir. Me dieron una habitación y aceptaron retrasar mi salida una hora al día siguiente porque tenía que esperar a que mi amigo me recogiera. La clave es que el paisaje fuera del hotel es súper hermoso. No obtuve las deliciosas galletas mencionadas en las reseñas. Vi agua embotellada en su idioma nativo, que parecían ser 2 botellas por habitación. No sé si hay miembros o no. Me dieron uno cuando me registré. Fui allí más tarde. Cuando pregunté, me dijeron que podían enviarme una botella. La sensación general es muy buena. Es un hotel muy adecuado para alojarse cuando se realizan transferencias de vuelos o se reúnen con amigos en coche. El hotel tiene su propio aparcamiento amplio.

Am Memorial-Wochenende war das Hotel wie zu erwarten brechend voll. Dennoch verlief der Check-In recht zügig, wenngleich auch sehr unpersönlich und nahezu wortlos. Viel freundlicher erschien mir das Personal auch in den folgenden Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze war ausreichend fest, das Sofa an einigen Stellen leider etwas durchgelegen und zu nah an der Klimaanlage. Alles für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt Notwendige war vorhanden. Extrem störend waren die hellhörigen Wände, man hörte aus den Nachbarzimmern praktisch jedes Wort. Beim Frühstück ging es hektisch zu. Der Raum fürs Buffet ist vom restlichen Frühstücksraum abgetrennt und in ihm wird es schnell eng. Das Übliche wurde serviert: Rührei, Bratkartoffeln und Burger Patties (wenig schmackhaft), außerdem Toast, Waffeln, Cerealien und Obst.

The Location was perfect, and the breakfast food is amazing. almost complete what you needed for breakfast before heading to hiking and other activities, Staff is excellent friendly and accommodating.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.
