We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

It's very clean,rooms very good,tidy. close to airport, transportation was convenient, would stay again. Overall excellent

시내에 위치하여 교통이 편했습니다. 침대시트에 얼룩이 묻어 있었는데 다음날도 똑같았습니다. 로비 직원들이 여러명이 계시는데 친절도는 상이했습니다. 방은 좁은데 화장실이 넓고 깨끗해서 좋았습니다.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, pero no hay ningún jabón, y estoy seguro que es sólo una vigilancia de la tripulación de limpieza. En segundo lugar, y este era el problema mucho más grande: el duche fue construido incorrectamente. Sólo tenía una temperatura (el más caliente posible!) y una válvula de apagado. No podía tomar un duche sin que el agua se quemara. La habitación no tiene nada que ver con el dorso en la habitación 121, para ver cómo poner el tipo de control adecuado.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.

La ubicación es buena, porque está situada en el centro de la ciudad, hay supermercados y restaurantes cerca. Las habitaciones, camas y dormitorios son grandes y cómodos. Puede pasar un tiempo muy tranquilo sin preocuparse por la voz de los alrededores o de las personas que caminan por el pasillo. El equipo está completo, personalmente estoy agradecido por haber instalado la lavandería de autobús. Además, esta lavandería no es una ”moneta”, puedes usar la aplicación para pagar en Apple Pay, por lo que estoy feliz de no tener que preocuparse por preparar la moneda. El anillo de lavandería también es muy limpio. El servicio de la recepción está equipado con café y té, y puede beber libremente. El personal de la recepción es educado y agradable. También hay una mujer japonesa, pero son muy educados, amables y responden fácilmente. Viví en cuatro ciudades, y este hotel era el mejor. No pensé que fuera tan cómodo en Estados Unidos a este precio, así que tuve suerte de vivir en este hotel y pasar un tiempo tan cómodo. Voy a visitar Portland en unos meses, pero si es posible, quiero quedarme otra vez.

Are staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

Nos quedamos por nuestro aniversario, pero no volveremos a alojarnos. El personal era muy agradable y la habitación estaba bien en sí, pero la cama era terrible y la habitación era increíblemente ruidosa. Mi esposo es un hombre muy paciente, casi demasiado paciente a veces, creo, y esta constante caminata por las escaleras durante horas y horas lo enojó tanto que en realidad me hizo reír. No podíamos creer lo ruidoso que era con la gente de arriba caminando de un lado a otro hasta al menos las 2 am ”ni siquiera bromeo” cuando finalmente logramos desmayarnos de puro agotamiento. Nos despertamos a las 4 con dolor lumbar debido a la cama dura y ambos decidimos irnos porque no valía la pena intentar volver a dormirnos en ese colchón y luego tener que escuchar a la gente de arriba que caminaba de un lado a otro. calculado pronto. Lo que nos estaba volviendo locos era ¿qué demonios podrían haber estado haciendo durante horas y horas caminando en esa pequeña habitación? Era tan ruidoso con cada paso y podíamos escucharlos hablar y caminar y el agua luego caminar ... ahhhh pudimos encontrar el humor en el camino a casa con los calentadores de asiento puestos para nuestro dolor de espalda y cafés fuertes por la falta de sueño, pero no haremos un viaje de regreso. Personal encantador y buena ubicación. ;)
