Este es uno de los 2 lugares que quedamos para nuestra viaje de compras anuales de Navidad, así que hemos estado varias veces en el pasado debido al valor. El mueble de nuestra habitación fue golpeado y sustituido, la presión del agua en el duche fue mala y el agua no estaba caliente suficiente para mí, pero lo conseguimos. En total, este es un buen lugar para permanecer si no estás atractivo por decorar como era limpio, sólo necesitas alguna actualización.

We were caught up in ice and snow storm in Kimball Nebraska, while driving my son and his fiance across country, to move him to Alabama . This was the most convenient and accessible hotel for us to stop and spend the night at. The parking lot literally had 7 vehicles including ours in the parking lot, yet we could not get two rooms next to each other. My husband and I both suffer from terminal cancer and I am on oxygen, so it would have been wonderful to have one of the rooms that had a door to the outside and on the ground floor. The parking lot and all sidewalks were covered in ice and about 4 inches of snow making walking with luggage and an oxygen machine very cumbersome. Besides being unaccommodating , the staff was rude and uncaring. They had signs stating that they offer a breakfast, well, that consisted of a gallon of milk ,cold cereal, and bananas and that was the extent of breakfast. I was highly disappointed in this Super 8, and I have traveled across country numorouse times and stayed at Super 8's in several states and locations. However, I do have to say that the room was clean enough to sleep in which was a plus considering the service and accessibility for the handicapped was well below standard.

Nos dieron más que un conjunto de toallas. (No hay ropa de lavar o toallas de mano adicionales,) y no fueron muy amables sobre ella.. han sido reconstruidos por un tiempo, pero no lleva mucho $ para limpiar y incluso menos para los intentos adecuados de control de calidad. - ¿Qué?

Rooms were fantastic and clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. Only thing about the pool is that the water wasn’t as warm as I feel heated pool should be. Hot tub didn’t seem to get very hot. The first receptionist that checked us in was very friendly and helpful (Friday February 16th 6pm). The receptionist that came on later that night and worked the next evening was rude, didn’t smile or greet at all. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but here. Waited over 30 minutes at the counter for her to get dollar bills. Have no idea where she was as she wasn’t at the counter.

Stayed here recently with my wife during a business trip to Omaha. Got a nice sized, King Suite room with Jacuzzi and shower. Nice large, spacious room, though a bit out dated. That doesn't really bother me much at all, except the Jacuzzi simply DID NOT WORK. Couldn't even turn the water on! In addition to this, the hot water in the bathroom was virtually non-existent. I'm not exaggerating in the least when I say that you had to turn the water on in the shower, sink, etc., and simply walk away for several minutes and come back for it to even be warm. It seems the hospitality industry everywhere we go has completely abandoned even the most basic and standard elements of ensuring people have a pleasant stay while traveling. We were loyal to another hotel chain (IHG hotels) for over 25 years when we started getting frustrated with their increasing poor management and quality and starting staying in Choice hotels hoping to see something better. Well, they've been a major disappointment as well. We don't expect 5-star resort treatment at these places, but when trying to book the better rooms and still stay budget-friendly you don't expect to take for granted things like hot running water. The hotel wasn't at all busy so it wasn't a matter of the plumbing system being taxed with maximum occupancy. We also stayed in another Choice Hotels location this same weekend and it was an even worse experience. The only redeeming quality about this place was that the lady running the breakfast area in the morning was staying on top of things. Apart from that, we're pretty much through with Choice Hotels at this point. May just have to start traveling in an RV and avoid hotel stays altogether!

Nuestra habitación doble reina estaba grande y totalmente equipada: TV grande con muchos canales; WiFi suficientemente rápido sin contraseña; escritorio con silla de oficina; microondas; un par de grandes tiradores; sofá; silla de alambre; armario con puerta y pendientes de madera; caja de equipaje; sillas de pie/tablas de café; unidad controlable de HVAC bajo la ventana; posición nocturna entre las camas reinas; cortinas de colores bastante eficaces, mucha luz; placa de hierro y de hierro; espacio suficiente para el baño; secador de pelo; cafetera; La habitación no respondió a mi definición de suite, pero hay una sala parcial entre las camas y el área de estar. Hemos sufrido problemas repetitivos con tarjetas magnéticas ***** en unas pocas habitaciones, podrían tomar diez intentos de escanear adecuadamente, a veces tendríamos la luz verde, pero la maniobra de la puerta no “captura”. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

Monument Inn is very close to Scotts Bluff National Monument. The Inn was clean, and the room was large (two queen beds) with microwave oven, mini refrigerator etc. The hotel is situated on a quiet street with pleasant grounds. The hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful. There are a few restaurants nearby, and food supplies and gasoline within a couple miles.
