El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas. La habitación era muy confortable y tenía una gran vista a la ciudad. Downside: Uno: El restaurante no sirve almuerzo, por lo que tuvimos que pedir desde Cafe Javas y el conductor entregó dos: Para el uso del día me pagó la cantidad completa y me dio una receta impresora que mostró la cantidad de media noche. El intento de recuperar mis dólares se ha revelado inútil como el receptor (nombre Isaac por su etiqueta y la recepción) que había sido muy útil y amigable había pasado a ser un super-cruz. La primera vez que me encontré en el hotel, me encontré con la primera vez que me encontré en el hotel.

酒店不大，但是各方面都很到位。乾淨、安全、舒適。尤其是早餐特別好。坎帕拉的治安不是特別讓人放心（其實應該是見不得那麼多荷槍實彈的保安）所以衹是在朋友陪伴的情況下才出去逛了逛家樂福。平時的晚餐也在酒店餐廳吃的，總的來説不算貴。口味還算可以。大家可以猜一下那盤比臉大的中式烤羅非魚配米飯摺合多少人民幣？

There were many other hotels we could have chosen to stay in Kampala but having had such a great experience 4 months ago, we decided to return to the Protea Hotel by Marriott in Kampala. Joan and Charlotte were very good at checking us in quickly. Thank you so much as we were very tired having travelled nearly 20 hours by plane! Maurice, Noah and Rehema were excellent with their customer service by ensuring my mother and I had everything needed for a nice evening. Our room did not have a mini fridge so Maurice suggested he will go and check for a spare one. Maurice brought us one, given the fact that the hotel was almost full. Noah, thank you for all your help in making the tasks I needed completing easier and quick. Maurice, Noah and Rehema thank you for your great hospitality. You were all so kind. Jasper, Sampson and Issac looked after us when we were having diner in our room and made sure we had what we needed by being so quick with their service. They had to run to the kitchen back and forth and were very efficient although they were all very busy that night. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was great with a big variety of food choices. The chef on the night duty made some Poha upon our request, thank you for doing that for us. The Poha was delicious and so were the Indian pakoras. Chef Godfrey made beautiful omelettes as we wanted and went beyond his time to fulfil my mother's need with the chillies. Derrick made us teas the way we liked and the teas were perfect. Cissy and Aisha thank you for your kindness and service. Sharon it was lovely to see you and wish you all the best. The buffet was a mixture of continental and cooked breakfast with a couple of ”chef's speciality of the day” which were delicious! Well worth the money. Samuel, thank you for your speedy checkout and your advice. Thank you all again for your kindness and making another stay wonderful. We will miss you all but promise to return again in the near future. Each one of you have contributed to another great stay and made it even more special, you were all very friendly, courteous and very accommodating. The quality of each of you was very impressive. With regards to the hotel, it was great to see some improvements to the room. The bed was very comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud :) The room was very clean, spacious and the new decor was superb. However the shower gel needs to be changed back to the old style one as the new gel is so runny like water and not soapy at all! Also, the WiFi was a bit slow this time and got cut a few times. Still giving 5 out of 5 stars as each member of the staff were amazing and professional with their duties. Can not wait to see the refurbished version of the hotel in months to come :)

Me quedé aquí con mi marido por dos noches a recomendación de un amigo y encontramos una oasis muy encantadora en medio de la bosta de Kabalagala. Tenemos una sala de negocios en el segundo piso - era muy espacioso, con un escritorio, una cama grande, una silla de salón muy cómoda, equipo, cafetera, armario. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no era muy agradable. El baño era agradable, excepto que no había agua caliente en nuestra segunda mañana - aparentemente porque están alimentados con energía solar. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy agradable con cosméticos kenianos de Cinnebar (shampoo, condicionador, gel de ducha, lavado de manos) excepto la loción de cuerpo. Nos encantaba mucho. ¡Nos encantaba el spa - la ubicación es grande en la parte superior de un dormitorio - Barbara, Sarah y Isaac nos arruinaron y fue tan relajado. Recomendaría un tratamiento de spa! La piscina parece hermosa, pero no lo usamos. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero el hotel está muy bien situado. El hotel tiene un buffet de calidad, con muchas opciones y el porrillo y la dava son los mejores. El complejo es muy conveniente, con tres restaurantes y un supermercado de gourmet, un vestidor de pelo y un regalo.

Aber Achtung: Bei Buchung „Gemütliches Studio Apartement“ erhält man die unterste Zimmerkategorie (Nr. 20) in Nähe der lauten Wirtschaftsräume, in denen Betrieb bis in die späte Nacht herrscht. Besser sind die „Standard Suite“, die vor Ort 50$ kostet und großzügigen Platz anbietet. Wichtig: Reisestecker mitnehmen.

Es la quinta vez que estoy en ese hotel Hoy no es posible una habitación más pequeña. Si me encuentro primero, nunca volveré!!! Muy mal!!! ¡Tengo que llamar a la recepción cada vez, porque el cerradura no funciona!

來烏幹達這麼多次，住過不少酒店，這是我目前住過最讚的一家，沒有之一！酒店位置特別好，開車去最近的商場Lugogo Mall也就幾分鐘，買東西超級方便~ 酒店的餐廳就在五樓，本地廚師做的中國菜味道特別好，吃着很有家的感覺，贊贊贊！！！。房間乾淨整潔，陽台上能直接看到對面的高爾夫球場。床很舒服，晚上週圍很安靜，睡得特別香。 工作人員服務態度超級棒，不管是辦理入住還是解決問題都很快，讓人感覺特別貼心。 下次還是會選它，推薦！！推薦！！！

La habitación es cómoda, el desayuno es rica y la piscina es muy cómoda

La comida china es buena en Kampala, un poco costosa, aunque en el centro de la ciudad, pero en el entorno hay algo incómodo que comprar, y debe ir a coger (una persona puede tomar un paseo)

Second time staying at this quaint little hotel and I still loved it! Customer service was excellent. Our room was nice and overlooked the pool. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Absolutely wonderful all around. I wish we could have stayed here longer. The hotel shuttle is a BIG PLUS. Even though it was midnight, we were picked up immediately after grabbing our bags and then driven to the hotel where we were checked in quickly so that we could get some much-needed rest.

En octubre de 2024, estuve en el K- Hotel Entebbe durante dos días. Las habitaciones son homenajeadas y me disfruté de mi noche. Las habitaciones agradables, tranquilas y espaciosas me hacen sentir en casa. El servicio de internet era muy rápido. Aquí está el hotel, donde se encuentra el hotel. No puedo olvidar mencionar lo útil que fue un personal llamado Alice desde el momento en que me inspeccioné hasta la salida. Gracias. Inocente Ampeire

Was cool environment, nice hotel team....nice reception team...good location around active city

They are very welcoming and happy to see you. I stayed here 3 times over a months time and enjoyed it very much. The service is very good and the employees are kind. I had a few problems with the rooms but Collin took care of it immediately. I will be coming back to Uganda next year and I will be sure to stay at this hotel.

They are very welcoming and happy to see you. I stayed here 3 times over a months time and enjoyed it very much. The service is very good and the employees are kind. I had a few problems with the rooms but Collin took care of it immediately. I will be coming back to Uganda next year and I will be sure to stay at this hotel.
