Yo tuve una cena en el hotel y no me di cuenta de que la ama de la casa cometió un error y me cargaba mi tarjeta de crédito en dólares estadounidenses en lugar de los chelines 33.990 TZ. La camarera me dijo que el hotel sería un hotel de 2 días para que se lo ordenara con su banco (NMB Bank). He pasado alrededor de US$500 en llamadas internacionales con mi banco en SA para que comprendan el problema y me ayuden a resolverlo. Escribo esto para alertar a los turistas que visitan Tz. Mira la máquina de tarjeta de crédito para asegurarse de que la moneda correcta se carga antes de pulsar los botones. Independientemente de la experiencia de racismo que tuve, quiero dar las gracias a la administración del Hotel Kibo Palace y al personal por su honestidad (admitiendo el error) y por los grandes esfuerzos que han realizado para garantizar la reversibilidad del dinero que han venido a pagar. No había experiencia en este tema antes. Todos en el hotel eran simpatizantes y muy apoyables. Cada vez que me contactaron para ver si tenía o no el dinero. Mi consejo al hotel es entrenar a su personal, especialmente a las camareras/guardianes, en el uso de máquinas de pago, e incluso mejorar su inglés para evitar tales errores y molestias. Deseo que el contable me lleve con ella al banco para que sepa exactamente lo que está pasando, para que yo dé soluciones o pidiera a mi banco soluciones. Si vuelvo a Moshi, me quedaría en el Hotel Kibo Palce y disfrutaría de las vistas de Mt Kilimanjaro.

Best Value Guesthouse! First of all, the room was clean and comfortable. It had a fresh and tidy feel, and I slept very well. Since it was the off-season when I stayed, I was able to use the room all to myself. Friendly and helpful staff They kindly assisted me with SIM card setup and gave useful advice. I actually lost my key during my stay, but they quickly replaced the lock, which was a big help. Delicious food at the rooftop restaurant There’s a restaurant on the rooftop, and the food was great! It was also a nice place to meet and talk with other travelers, which made me feel at ease. If you’re looking for a clean and affordable place to stay in Moshi, you can’t go wrong here. Thank you very much!

Goed hotel met behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Gewoon goed, in een mooi rustige omgeving met, vanaf het dak, zicht op de Kilimanjaro. Ontbijt is goed en het eten is lekker. Kortom, gewoon een goed en vriendelijk hotel. Helaas is internet niet heel stabiel, waardoor deze regelmatig wegvalt.

Esta estadía en el hotel de los pájaros fue una experiencia muy agradable! Hemos vuelto de la isla de Samba, ya es tarde, pero el hotel todavía nos da una recepción muy encantadora. Bienvenido a beber, ayudar a la maleta y el servidor a la habitación para presentar las instalaciones en detalle. ¡Lo que hemos reservado es un cuarto de tres personas, la habitación es realmente muy grande, completamente más allá de lo que esperamos! ¡Lo más sorprendente es que la puerta de la habitación tiene una piscina independiente, que pertenece a nuestra propia! Pero el hotel no tiene una lista de los subcontratistas, al fin y al cabo, trajimos un saco de dormir a Mezzaro, y descubrí que el hotel es para una lista de San Island y... Esa noche, comimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel, el sabor de los platos era muy bueno, especialmente sus verduras mezcladas, el sabor era muy bueno y muy fresco. El día siguiente, el desayuno de buffet, aunque no hay muchas variedades, también tiene un buen sabor. Este es un hotel muy especial y delicado.Desde la configuración general hasta cada detalle de decoración, se puede ver el propósito del hotel, muy bien decorado y el entorno es especialmente limpio. La experiencia es muy buena, incluso pensamos que si vuelve a venir o baja de Zilimacaro, debemos vivir aquí otra vez!

Era un lugar agradable que se sentía como un hogar, bonito y grande e incluso tenía un salón agradable para relajarse y ver la televisión. Hicieron comida deliciosa y era justo lo que necesitamos después de nuestro safari. A solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto de Kilimanjaro

酒店的位置還不錯，樓頂可以看到乞力馬扎羅山，雖然沒有電梯，工作人員幫拿行李，非常熱情，早餐也不錯，就是設施老舊，地漏很慢，洗澡下水困難，不過能夠理解，酒店斑馬可是真皮標本哦，還有中國元素的花瓶

My stay here was amazing! The room was comfortable and the service was super friendly. They helped arrange a quick tour of the Chagga caves and helped me go to the ATM while there. The chalets were a lot bigger than I had anticipated which was a nice surprise. Breakfasr was delicious!

Everything was fantastic. The staff was amazing and very accomodating. Having delicious local food in the rooftop terrace with Kilimanjaro view is magical. The room is spacious, with a balcony, a shower and a good bed.
