I stayed here for 1 night in February 2026. The hotel is just amazing.
Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to Basmane metro station, 10 min walk to the sea.
Staff is great, they're friendly and sweet. The only thing I missed was that they didn't greet guests at breakfast and were not very smiling, except for one person, unfortunately I don't remember his name, he shows guests their room on their arrival. He is VERY friendly, gives all the information about the room amenities, breakfast time, etc.
My room was very clean and smelt good. Bed is comfortable, bed linen is perfectly white. The hotel even has pillow menu.
Breakfast is also great. There is a great variety of cereal, muesli, dried fruit and nuts, cheese, 2 kinds of honey (liquid and comb honey), several kinds of coffee.
I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again for sure.

El personal del hotel es amable y está cerca de Folkart. Vine por negocios y estaba cerca. Esperaba que el interior de la habitación fuera más lujoso por el precio que pagué. Pagué casi 200 euros por una habitación, así que esperaba una habitación bonita, pero no la conseguí, y el olor a comida de gato que venía del exterior era horrible. Me asignaron una planta baja, por desgracia no una alta. Así que la relación calidad-precio es mala. No pagaría más de 90 € por esta habitación, pero pagué casi 200 €. Lamentablemente, no tomé fotos de la habitación porque estaba ocupado con el trabajo; de lo contrario, habría añadido fotos de la habitación por la que pagué demasiado; definitivamente no vale 200 €.

El hotel sale con metro, estación de tren, salida del metro y atm bancario, muy conveniente. La habitación es grande, el único problema es que el aire acondicionado es viejo y no puede ajustar la temperatura. El cuarto piso tiene que subir del tercer piso, pero hay balcón abierto, la vista nocturna realmente tiene fotos, no hay escopop. Hay un estacionamiento, pero es mejor no parar en dos filas porque no es fácil salir. Otra fila es conveniente.

Отель с виду выглядел неплохо, но, живя в номере, видно было, что отель старый , не хватает ремонта . В самой комнате не горел свет , крышка чайника была сломана. Мы были в Измире проездом только на одну ночь , поэтому переночевать сойдет. Персонал отзывчивый, мы вылетали рано утром и для нас завтраки открыли раньше , хоть и 10 минут, но уже плюс 👍.

Hotel location is very good. Hotel staffs are very friendly and polite. Meanwhile hotel facility is quite old. I’m living just next to Renaissance hotel in Shanghai, Putuo. I was expecting such a similar experience but disappointed with facilities. I’d recommend you to pay a bit more and stay at Marriott hotel which is at walking distance for a better experience. They’re the same group company.

El lugar está cerca de la calle de paseo, pero está tranquilo en el jardín! La nueva decoración, limpia, el tamaño de la habitación es general, pero el equipo está completo (se puede ver la foto). La recepción es muy bonita y sonríe bien. El calor del invierno es suficiente, ¡regresar al hotel es el más cómodo en la calle!

This small and cute hotel is something like a jewel! The one staff we met was adorable and so kind and caring that we felt right at home and even felt sorry that after only one night we had to leave for our next spot to visit! The hotel is gorgeous, the service impeccable, the breakfast!!! OMG!!! Just look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean! The breakfast was a piece of art made with love 💕
But, originally, the hotel is called Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery, because all the sculptures you can see on the pictures were made by the owner - it vibes so well with the whole Ephesus area and it's beautiful ancient buildings, ruins, ...
We got a nice upgrade to a bigger room that we could directly leave through a door to the inner courtyard where breakfast was served - super convenient! The courtyard was so peaceful that we felt like hearing ancient whispers coming from all around us... So much history!!! So much to see and having this wonderful hotel as the base to discover from was the best choice we could make! No need to mention that the room was simple but very nice and clean, comfy and big bed, nice lighting, spacey bathroom with very modern standard. Aircon as well, but we preferred to use the big fan on the ceiling instead ... There was a little fridge in the room and the beverages inside were free to take, so we were happy about the water after a hot and sunny day ... ☀️ Also, whenever we were on the way in or out, we were offered coffee, tea, water, juice, fruits ... you can see the fruit plate that we happily enjoyed as a mid-day snack ...
If you ever visit Selçuk and Ephesus Ancient Town - and you should because it's ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - you should definitely book one, or even better two or three days at Ephesus Hotel and Art Gallery!!!
Btw, it's also in easily walkable distance to the Ephesus Archeological Museum, the İsa Bey Mosque, St. Jean Church, the Ayasuluk Citadel, ...
Another great plus was the fact that we could park the car right in front of the hotel.
Last but not least, we received a beautiful little gift from the hotel employee who was taking care of us so kindly - she had sculptured the little elephant that you can see on the last picture by herself! A very special gift for us! 🎁 ❤️

UUsuario invitadoLocation: The location of the hotel is really good. It is in the center of Alacati, easy access to the attractions around. The hotel has the only Michelin guide restaurant in the town, they have live music in the evening, It can be heard in the room. But do not be afraid, the music is really chill. Alacati is really lively at night, you can find a lot of bars and restaurants with live music. But you do not need to be afraid to be bothered in the hotel, the loud music did not reach to our room at least. We really enjoyed to take a walk in the city center after diner, doing so every night during our stay. Enjoying the lively city, walking around then back to hotel to chill afterwards.
Cleanliness: The room is really clean and the staff is really friendly.
Services: We have breakfast included, the buffet option is relatively limited comparing to other hotels we had. BUT it has freshly cooked turkish beef bacon with Turkish Fried Bread (Pisi) served to your table with a list of other things, vegetable, cheese, butter, jams, olives etc. Start a lovely day with fresh made traditional Turkish breakfast, it was great.
Facilities: The pool is not really big, but good for relaxing. Next to the pool there are benches and a lime tree. You can chose to stay under the sun or under the shadow. We really love the hotel building itself, it looks great, really beautiful building and the decoration in the hotel also looks lovely.

1. The hotel is located in the best central area of Alaçatı.
2. There are plenty of parking spots just a few steps away from the hotel.
3. Free breakfast is provided.
4. The hotel is clean.
5. The view and interior design of the hotel are very beautiful and appealing.
Negative Points:
1. Consider increasing the variety of the breakfast buffet and offering coffee as well. The breakfast selection, especially the hot menu, is limited.
2. Since the airport is quite far from the hotel (1.5 hours), there is no transfer service, or the cost is quite high. I suggest subsidizing part of the transfer cost for your guests.
3. There is no heated pool. It would be great to have warm water in the pool during the colder seasons.
4. The outdoor seating area by the pool is unusable during the colder months. I suggest adding heating equipment near the tables and chairs by the pool.
5. No special slippers are provided in the bathroom and toilet. The available foam slippers are not suitable for wet areas and get soaked.
6. There is no welcome drink or anything similar. I suggest offering a welcome drink to guests.
all in all I will choose it again.

La gente que trabaja aquí es muy agradable y amigable, el desayuno era fresco y delicioso, nos lo pasamos bien en el hotel al lado de la carretera, pero adentro no hay ruido, viajamos desde Texas y nos gustó.

UUsuario invitadoWe had the deluxe room, the room was luxurious, except for the smart tv which was not a deal breaker because we were there to enjoy the nearby historical attractions and the city itself. It’s walking distance to the downtown Selçuk where you can find various restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast buffet was great. The staff were nice and easygoing. There were two problems: the room’s entrance was not lit properly and the toilet flush was faulty. But they came when we reported the problem and fixed it. Its a family owned business, and although it is very difficult to find a hotel in this price range with an off street parking space, they still guide you to the street next to the hotel that the staff watches 24/7 and you park your car there.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend you to stay here.

LLiNos alojamos en el hotel Ayasoluk durante tres noches. Nos alegramos mucho de haber elegido este hotel como base para explorar Selçuk. La ubicación es perfecta. Está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, la parada de autobús y la parada de taxis. Se puede ir andando a la Basílica de San Juan y al Museo de Éfeso. También se puede ir andando a la estación de autobuses y coger un minibús al yacimiento arqueológico de Éfeso en menos de 10 minutos por 30 TL. Recomendamos encarecidamente una excursión de medio día al precioso pueblo de Sirince. Se puede coger el autobús de la mañana desde la estación de autobuses en menos de 20 minutos. El billete de ida cuesta solo 40 TL. El hotel está muy bien decorado, limpio y es cómodo. El personal es muy amable y atento. Hay un restaurante en el hotel y las vistas desde la terraza son preciosas. El desayuno es de cocina turca típica y muy saludable. Volvería sin duda en mi próxima visita a la región.
