Centara Ubon is a new hotel located at Ubon Ratchathani. The location is next to Central Plaza which is convenient for food, shopping and even catching a movie. The hotel has new promotion for now. They provide breakfast for 2 and complimentary drinks. The mini bar is free for the 1st day. There is a small pool and fitness room These are the pros The service needs to improve as I didn't feel very welcome on the 1st day of check in. The staff were speaking in Thai which I am unable to understand. When I provided my reservation, they still didn't address me in English but when they realised I am paying, they started talking to me. Perhaps they are new and inexperience, I had to wait 20mins for my receipt during checkout. There were flies at the restaurant during breakfast, an unwelcoming sight. The hotel should do something about it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, only providing water for 1st and last day. We were given voucher 555baht per day to spend at the restaurant, however we were not allowed to have our food in our room. The was quickly changed when I fill in the survey and Mr Santichon, the Front Desk Manager got to know about it. Mr Santichon's hospitality and service-oriented attention to our needs win me and family over. We decided that we will return again when we are in the vicinity. The hotel truely has a gem in Mr Santichon and I hoped his peers and staff can learn from him. I hoped the management compliment Mr Santichon on his dedication to his work.

Alojamiento con buena atmósfera, tranquilo, adecuado para personas que quieren relajarse, gran habitación, cama suave, muchos cojines. No tienes que pedir más en absoluto. Me gusta mucho. Agua potable también está disponible. Desayuno y bebidas también están disponibles. Aquí está el hotel.

This hotel is inexpensive so this rating is based on expectations and reality. It is conveniently located near the bus station and a good sized shopping center across the main street. The main attractions and airport are about 15 minutes away by motorbike or taxi. The room has all the necessities like A/C, refrigerator, bathroom, and natural light. There are washing machines and a clothes dryer here, but I would recommend going to the shopping center to the self laundromat with modern machines, coin machine, detergent for 5 baht, and many places to sit and eventually fold your clothes. Worth the cost. Full disclosure: I came in by bus, will go east for a few days by bus/van, will come back by bus/van before leaving by airplane.

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. What makes it so fabulous are the staff! Every single staff member made us feel so special as their guest. The Thai people in general are very warm and friendly, but the staff here are exceptional. We stayed for 5 nights. We were remembered every morning at breakfast, and were treated to some special Thai accompaniments that they wanted us to try and gave us as extras. The reception staff went out of their way to help us with whatever we needed, from ordering us taxis, recommending places to eat, helping us set up Apps on our phone to be able to order our own transport or food deliveries, and giving us safety tips for when we were out and about. We felt so comfortable during our stay because of the staff. In addition, the rooms were very comfortable, impeccably clean, air conditioned, and serviced daily. It is a lovely tranquil place to come back to each afternoon/evening, set amongst a small garden. While the website says there is an American restaurant, please note it is only open for breakfast. There are delicious eating options nearby, ranging from street food to restaurants. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again if back in the area.

Es un hermoso pequeño resort, lugar limpio, habitaciones limpias, instalaciones completas, muy bueno servicio, muy barato, viene de Rayong a viajar al lado de Laos, reservar a través de la aplicación de viaje y desea cualquier información, pidiendo al resort que le ofrezca un buen consejo. Hay una oportunidad de volver a utilizar el servicio para asegurarse.

En el Di Lit, en febrero, me quedé en el barrio para jugar un poco de golf y me alegro de encontrar un hotel tan pequeño con una vibración tan agradable. ทำเลที่ตั้งเข้าถึงง่าย มีทางเข้าหลายทางไม่ห่างจากถนนสายหลัก ที่จอดรถมีพอเพียง จนท.บริการดีพูดจาไพเราะ ห้องพักสะอาด เตียงนอนเครื่องนอนหมอนผ้าห่มสะอาดดี ห้องน้ำสะอาด มีไดร์เป่าผมให้ด้วย มีระเบียง ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียงเท่าไหร่ โซนอาบน้ำแคบติดกับอ่างล้างหน้าเลย ในวันที่ไปพักน้ำไม่ไหลทั้งคืน ไม่ได้อาบน้ำ พนักงานไม่ได้แจ้งว่าน้ำไม่ไหล ต้องเดินลงไปถามเพราะไม่มีโทรศัพท์ภายใน โทรเข้าเบอร์มือถือไม่มีคนรับสาย(ทราบมาว่าในวันดังกล่าวมีคนเข้าพักรร.ในตัวเมืองจำนวนมากทำให้การประปาจ่ายน้ำไม่ทัน)ได้อาบน้ำอีกทีตอนสายก่อนcheck out ห้องพักมีต้นไม้(พลาสติก)มากเกินไปทำให้ดูรกตาและเป็นที่กักเก็บฝุ่นได้ง่าย มีมดอยู่บนอ่างล้างหน้าด้วย

almost beand new hotel in Ubon. affordable and clean. staffs are nice and good at speaking English. just a 20 minutes wlak from the airport. no motoecycle rental shop around this hotel.
