Its a nice place there next to the sea. The staff and owners are super super super nice and helpful in almost everything you want to do or place to go. It is a quiet area of the Khanom Beach Area but this area is very close to the city of Khanom, within minutes, close.... But I still suggest u either rent a car (either there or from your airport arrival point) or rent a motorbike there in Khanom for better sightseeing and safety as I don't suggest walking on the main driving road. Like I rated before, the rooms are nice but they are very big, most have a soaking bath on the balconies. Nothing is perfect but the room is so big that I think they need a sofa or a lounge chair in the room and on the balcony as it is way big enough to add it all and be so very relaxing at the same time while looking the Island of Samui in the background. I will say that security is strong in the hotel, even the maids do not have access keys to your room, so if you want it cleaned, you must provide your key to the cleaning staff or to the front desk to clean (Note: I did suggest to the cleaning crew that the hotel should give them a (master) key .... they responded by saying, maybe one day. This hotel has/owns several restaurants, bars and quick-marts, all walking distance. so technically you dont have to go far way but you must explore the beauty of the area so I suggest to travel around, even traveling to the various (public) locations of the Khanom Beach.

El bungalow que nos asignaron (5) era el más alejado de la recepción y la playa, pero eso fue una bendición porque los bungalows ”frente a la playa” ya no tienen vista a la playa debido a que el café y bar Rim Lay (un hermoso edificio de bambú) está construido justo frente a ellos. Nuestra habitación tenía muchos excrementos de gecko que el personal de limpieza vino a limpiar. Los geckos entran a la habitación a través de la canalización de cables para la TV satelital, creo. La habitación en sí era súper linda y recientemente renovada. La cama era suave y cómoda. ¡La TV era una televisión inteligente y ENORME! El personal de limpieza reemplazaba todos los artículos del minibar a diario. El desayuno se tenía que pedir con anticipación el día anterior (no estoy seguro de si es algo de temporada baja). Para mí, el jok o las gachas de arroz con cerdo estaban bien, pero no me gustaría comerlas más de 2 veces seguidas. Las opciones de biryani y pollo frito con arroz glutinoso no eran apetitosas, lamentablemente. Tenga en cuenta que hay tres bares alrededor del complejo. El Rim Lay es el más nuevo y aún no está abierto. Cuando lo esté, creo que en temporada alta este lugar se llenará de bebedores (espero que de los tranquilos, pero quién sabe). Ahora mismo, en temporada baja (julio), casi no había nadie, los bares estaban en su mayoría tranquilos y desiertos.

Depends on your need ... I have stayed @Ta Wang and Phatanawang Khukwan Area... Town... This is Just behind Railway station, 700 meter walk.. and 1.5-2 km. Max to Van,bus terminal...This is best location for me to visit ”Tai Teck Foundation” and than off again.. Hotel is located Saphan Yau in Pho Sang.. It's ñot a new hotel but we'll maintained... It's mean more for outstation guests overnight stay, as I can see.. just 30 meter off main Road.. Outside fascade not impressive but inside is nice and Big Clean room with balcony.... I was given a room balcony facing lush tree,plants a and forested view.. with Birds Tweeting and squirrel running around.Perfect and cooling..Plus they are Using Daikin Quality Aircon. The wrong thing in the room is to put in a useless bar fridge... Sadly and understandly there are Mossi in the Room.. 1 call to reception. They immediately came with spray . and later 2nd spray to wipe Mossi off.... If you have own transport this is a good hotel to sleep in.. Quite and Privacy...

El personal era nuevo y no hablaba inglés, pero estaba tan feliz de ayudar con un sonrisa y una aume traducción de google. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. La habitación que teníamos fue un poco abajo, pero la vista vaa increíble y nos disfrutamos cada segundo que estuvimos allí. El hotel está muy cerca de la ciudad, pero tiene un parking y puede ayudar con el alquiler de bicicletas si es necesario. Sólo ten en cuenta que no hay mucho cerca, tienes que caminar a 30 minutos para llegar a cualquier tienda, etc.

We arrived quite late, but the team was ready and waiting for our arrival, which we appreciated. This is a small resort conveniently located by the roadside and not far from a convenience store. For those who are particular about quality, I suggest bringing your own bathroom amenities, as the resort provides basic soap and shampoo. The water pressure was quite low, so showers could take up to an hour. While this might not be ideal, it’s manageable if you’re not in a rush. The resort offers a sufficient menu for all-day dining, including breakfast and a variety of Thai options. The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning morning view from dam, making the property worth the price for a comfortable night’s sleep.

El Luxtalay Khanom Hotel es un hotel nuevo, construido en 2024, y ofrece dos tipos principales de habitaciones, que son villas y habitaciones en el edificio principal. Reservé la habitación en el edificio principal, la vista al océano. El mar puede verse desde la habitación. La habitación es nueva limpia y conveniente. El hotel tiene la gimnasia y piscina que puede utilizar gratis - una lástima que no los utilicé. La playa está disponible desde el hotel y puedes ir a la playa de Kho Kao. El hotel dispone de un parking (hasta 20 coches). ¡Qué bien quedarse aquí por la noche! ¡Definitivamente tienes que venir si visitas el distrito de Khanom!

The room is very clean, spacious & suitable for families completed with refrigerator, air-conditioner, a fan and toiletries. The surrounding area is quite calm. Just 10-13 minutes drive to the town. The owner set up some space outside with table and chairs for you to sit, relax and have a coffee talk with your partner/friends/family. This home is situated inside the local village. So you can strolling around and blend in with locals cause they are very friendly and helpful. If u are Muslims, this place is definitely for you cause the owner also Muslims and very easy to find Halal food nearby. Most importantly, the owner is very kind and helpful.

Exceptional. Room is very clean. Bed is comfortable for families. Restuarant is reasonable and breakfast is very good, various food of thai foods, abf, especially local food such as Kanom Jeen and Kao Yum. Come back again for sure.
