The place is gorgeous, I had a room very clean and tidy, and the services for housekeeping are great. The place is amazing also for couples , breakfast was good, they need to do something with the Flys 🪰, but not a big deal. I been by myself. It's about 14km to the Kwai Bridge (Center), from there you can take the train or have a tour from the resort. If you wanna to have a taxi from the resort to the center in the evening, it's a bit hard to take, I recomend to ask for a motorcycle.

Located about 7km north west of the town, the staff are all friendly and helpful. I have rented a small motorbike to get me around, a necessity which means I can go where and when I desire, small money so no problem! Have been to the cemeteries and museums to pay my respect to ALL who suffered during those darkest of days. I have also been to the original wooden bridge constructed by the POW’s and others, it is located in the JEATH museum adjacent to the bridge that is in use these days. Entry cost 50 Baht, and there is so much to see that I took two hours inside, would recommend a morning visit so you can view the many items and read the facts behind them at your leisure. The museum has been set up by a local man and is most definitely worth visiting. 100% value for money! I mentioned to a Thai man inside that we were so grateful that people around the area did try to ease the suffering of the POWs, risking their own necks by doing so. My mother was an innocent child at 7 years old, alongside her mother and little sister she waved goodbye to her father, John Francis Egan, he said he was going to work for a while!! After working in Turkey, his ANZAC unit were moved on to Italy, to partake in one of the harder campaigns of the war. His life was taken by a German bullet at Mount Casino, alongside many many others! Please understand how one can feel. I try my hardest to be non judgmental and tolerant these days. I have not walked in your shoes and do not know your story. “Footsteps in the sand” comes to mind at this moment. I have PTSD myself, and I knew coming to Kanchanaburi may get emotional, and it has. Now my mother is 88 years young, and became a great grandma for the second time two weeks ago. Apologies if it got too personal, started as a review of the Phoo Tawan hotel. Words are insufficient, our gratitude to all who risked their own lives and those that paid the ultimate price. Life is precious, please enjoy the moment. Peace, love and joy to all who inhabit this world. ONE LOVE

Hotel grande, buenas habitaciones, pero muy lejos del punto de check-in y del restaurante (Edificio M1). El personal de check-in brindó un buen servicio y asesoramiento. En cuanto a carritos de golf para llevar a los clientes a los alojamientos Aún no es suficiente Esto hace que algunos clientes tengan que entrar ellos mismos a su alojamiento, lo cual está muy lejos. Por favor, ayuden a mejorar y solucionar este problema. y personal en la sala de desayunos No brindar un servicio al cliente completo (en vacaciones largas No se puede acomodar un número insuficiente de clientes) Larga espera por una mesa Y no hay empleados esperando para servir mesas. Tienes que buscar y esperar.

El área es atractiva y cuenta con algunas actividades como el fuego de camping (marshmallows y yacult gratuitos), piscina, parque/ jardín, swings, bicicletas y cayaques. El personal es amable y útil, pero muchos no hablan inglés. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestra estancia y me gustaría que cualquier día sobre el quedarse en un hotel regular.

The U Inchantree exceeded my expectations. The hotel grounds are spacious and well looked after. The deluxe room is very large and has all the modern amenities. Aircon worked well. Rain shower has good pressure. Breakfast spread is good for the price. Many hot dishes as well as a made to order egg station. Location is also just a stone's throw from the River Kwai bridge. Great stay overall.

Estar en la habitación de Hillside, la habitación está bien, hay algunos equipos antiguos como TV, aire acondicionado, pero puede utilizarse normalmente. La cama es bastante dura. No hay toalla de rostro. Sólo toallas cena lo suficiente para comer. El desayuno no es diferente. En general, no impresionado con la comida Si el resort mejora el sabor de la comida Aquí será agradable venir.

Worth a visit and stay overnight here, the cat is cute, the view of the lake also is fantastic. Also there are some tips that you'd better check in before the night time, otherwise the dog of the owner may scared you at night 🤣 But the owner will come out if the dog barking. And just like most of the other hotel, you need to bring your own toothbrush, shampoo and hairdryer. In front of the guesthouse is a ww2 factory, they say will be a museum in the future, and some historical old wall hundred years ago which was used to agonist Mymmar invader

Es un hotel simple. Tiene mucho espacio de estacionamiento al lado del edificio. La habitación cuenta con un montón de plátanos, pocos pasteles de esponjas, café y té y 2 vasos de bebidas de soda Singha. Tiene una rack de ropa en el balcón. Un sillón reclinador. La cama confortable, con aire tranquilo. La presión del agua es buena. WLAN fuerte. No hay nada más que pedir. Todo lo que necesitamos está allí. No hay recepción por la noche, pero la tarjeta clave le permitirá abrir la puerta principal del lobby, otra puerta que conduce al ascensor. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a unos 2 km del Museo Jeath, a unos 1 km del mercado JJ Noche, a 650 m del mercado de lavandería y lavandería.

I had booked for one night, intending to leave for Bangkok early the next morning. At checkin, when informed by reception that there was a bus going to Erawan National Park, I decided to stay one more night. The reception staff came out several times to ensure i caught the bus which i waved down right in front of the hostel. Really appreciate the care given by this staff member. The point i wish to bring across in this post is, you can encourage the free and easy travellers to stay a day or two longer if there are places of interest within eady reach. I had a wonderful day at the park and a most restful night at thd hostel. Highly recommended!
