All is good overall. They may just need to review the feedback on Google and use it as an evaluation to improve quality. During my stay, no towels were provided initially, so I had to ask. Also, my key card was only set for one night even though I stayed for two. They should pay more attention to the bed sheets, as I found some hair and stains on them. It’s actually a nice hotel, just needs some improvements. I don’t expect the same level of hospitality as in Asia, but if they could improve in that area, it would be even better. Thank you so much!

¡Guau! ¡Qué hotel! Superó mis expectativas con creces y realmente disfruté cada momento. El servicio es increíble, especialmente el Sr. Muhammad, qué hombre tan amable y gentil. Él nos registró y nos registró. Tan pronto como entras al hotel te golpea el maravilloso olor. La decoración está fuera de este mundo. Los tranquilos colores terrosos y el sutil brillo entre todo están bien pensados. Los elementos complementarios en el hotel también los disfruté. Café de buena calidad, muchas toallas, de diferentes tipos y tamaños, ¡una hermosa vista! Los autobuses lanzadera eran muy frecuentes, la mayoría de las veces que esperé probablemente fueron 2 minutos, pero casi en todos los casos no tuve que esperar. Todas las puertas se abren para ti y te hacen sentir como un rey. El desayuno también era una variedad de buena comida. Definitivamente lo visitaré nuevamente. Era más barato que los hoteles cercanos. ¡Lo último que diré es Allaahuma baarik!

Quédate aquí para la Umrah. Los servicios son buenos, hay un autobús lanzadera gratuito cada 30 minutos. Y la distancia desde el hotel hasta Masjidil Haram es de solo 10-15 minutos. Las comodidades del hotel son excelentes. Hay plancha y secador de pelo. Y también hay muchos ascensores en el vestíbulo, por lo que no podemos esperar a otros huéspedes.

Hotel with the most beautiful views in the world. I once stayed in a water villa at Maldives. But I have to be honest, the view from this hotel is more beautiful than the water villa in the Maldives. + most beautiful view from my room + very close to Masjidil Haram (just a short walk) + comfortable room and well maintained + daily room cleaning and amenities refill + suitable for resting without losing connection to the Haram + many food options around the hotel + helpful if you want a more relaxed pace during your stay + plenty of lifts to avoid queues during rush hour + there is a special lift on the upper floors which helps reduce rush hour queues. + very helpfull staff + high speed wifi + you can hear the call to prayer and the imam from the mosque directly from your room + early check-in can be served when rooms are available. + you have 2 choice to go to Haram. You can use ajyad street or zamzam tower. - price is quite high, especially for Kaaba view rooms - the elevator does not require an access card, allowing outsiders to enter. In my case, there was someone from the Swissotel Al Maqam hotel who got the wrong room. If I ever visit the Grand Mosque again, I will choose this hotel again and again. I really enjoyed my stay here.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The biggest advantage is the staff at the front desk – they are genuine sweethearts, always ready to help with anything you need. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I was especially pleased to find a separate, well-equipped fitness room for women – a thoughtful and much-appreciated feature. The breakfast offered a good variety, and while the selection was similar each day, it was more than sufficient to start the morning. The hotel’s location is convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay

El hotel no estaba muy lejos del Haram, a unos 10 minutos a pie. El lugar era agradable y limpio, y el edificio parecía bastante nuevo. El personal fue atento y amable. El wifi y los ascensores funcionan bien. El desayuno buffet del restaurante es bueno, con una buena selección de comida y bebidas. El buffet de la cena también fue muy bueno, con una sabrosa selección de platos. Si desea visitar el Haram, salga del hotel 10 minutos antes del Azan.
