I recently stayed at Pullman Zamzam Madinah and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellentjust a short walking distance to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers, especially during peak times.The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with some offering beautiful views of the Haram. Housekeeping was generally good, and the atmosphere in the hotel felt calm and suitable for a spiritual trip. Many guests also highlight cleanliness and comfort as strong points. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast had a good variety, and the service in the dining area was efficient.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Elaf Taiba Hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque, which made my time in Madinah especially meaningful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere throughout my visit.

Cleanliness of room is acceptable however furniture is dated and carpet looks old, dusty and worn out. Definitely the standard does not stand up to an accor hotel standard. Was really disappointed when we entered the room. Will not book this hotel again if we visit madinah as there are other newer hotels nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my friend and family for four nights, and our experience was exceptional. The hotel is modern, featuring spacious rooms, well-maintained bathrooms, and stunning views of the mountains, including the iconic Uhud Mountain, a highly visited site in Madinah.
The breakfast offered a wide selection of options, including choices for vegetarians, and was consistently fresh and enjoyable. The staff at the reception were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming stay.
The hotel is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from the Masjid. For added convenience, they provide a shuttle service every 20 minutes, making access effortless.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Madinah and would gladly stay here again on future visits.

No sé por qué está clasificado como 3*, pero personalmente no le daría menos de 4*.
La ubicación era perfecta. Nada más salir del hotel, cruzas la calle y te encuentras literalmente en las instalaciones de la Masjid al Nabawi. Obviamente, la mezquita es un complejo grande, así que desde allí se tarda unos minutos en llegar al edificio, pero eso ocurre independientemente de dónde te alojes. En cuanto a la distancia del hotel a la mezquita, es imposible estar más cerca.
La habitación estaba limpia, la cama era cómoda y el baño estaba bien. Podía oír el adhan desde mi habitación, lo que me ayuda a despertarme para el fajr, y tuve la suerte de tener una hermosa vista de la mezquita desde mi ventana. Las fotos adjuntas las tomé desde mi habitación.
El restaurante era muy bueno, con una amplia variedad de comida deliciosa para todos los gustos.
El personal fue servicial y amable.
La verdad es que no se me ocurre ningún punto negativo y sin duda volvería a reservar con ellos. Merece la pena solo por la ubicación.

La distancia desde el hotel a la mezquita es bastante grande para la gente de Brusia, no es adecuada para alojarse en este hotel. Tienes que caminar un largo camino para las personas jóvenes y con energía, puedes quedarte en este hotel. .😁

AAllam ashOverall, my stay was good. The staff were generally friendly, though the check-in experience was a bit unpleasant at first. Thankfully, things improved afterward thanks to Ms. Bayan’s excellent assistance. However, the hotel feels overpriced compared to other options located very close to Al Haram in Medina. One major downside was the corridors — they were often full of leftover food left outside rooms, which was unpleasant and gave a poor impression. Security personnel needed further training to be more customer friendly

Mi experiencia personal es más cómoda que la de los hábitats y la relación entre el hardware y el área del piso es mejor.
La Sala de Conciertos de Malaya se puede ver directamente desde la ventana de la habitación (puede reservar este tipo de habitación enviando un correo electrónico al hotel. La privacidad es muy buena y el lujo salvaje es total).
Puedes encender un fuego al aire libre para mirar las estrellas por la noche, ¡lo cual es ideal para parejas o parejas!
El único inconveniente es que el autobús lanzadera es un poco lento durante las horas pico.

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded expectations in every possible way. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, just a short and convenient walk from the blessed Masjid Al Nabawi. This proximity makes it incredibly easy to attend prayers, especially Fajr and late-night prayers, without the stress of transportation or long walking distances.
The staff at Makarem Burj Al Madinah deserve special recognition. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, respectful, and genuinely eager to help. The front desk staff handled check-in smoothly and professionally, always ready to assist with questions or requests. Equally impressive was the cleaning team, who maintained the rooms and public areas to an exceptionally high standard. Their attention to detail was evident daily, and their polite and friendly manner made the stay even more comfortable.
As the hotel is only around six months old, everything feels fresh, modern, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms, corridors, and common areas are spotless, well maintained, and beautifully finished. There is a noticeable sense of cleanliness throughout the property, complemented by a pleasant and refreshing fragrance that greets you as soon as you enter. This consistent cleanliness and inviting atmosphere contribute greatly to a sense of peace and relaxation after long hours spent at the Haram.
Another excellent feature of the hotel is the 24-hour gym, which is thoughtfully segregated for men and women. This allows guests to exercise comfortably and privately at any time of day or night. The gym is modern, clean, and well equipped, making it easy to maintain a fitness routine even while traveling. Having round-the-clock access is especially convenient for guests with busy schedules centered around prayer times.
Breakfast at Makarem Burj Al Madinah was another highlight of the stay. The breakfast spread is generous, varied, and well organized, offering a wide selection of dishes to suit different tastes. From fresh and hot options to lighter choices, everything was prepared to a high standard. The dining area is clean and pleasant, and the breakfast staff are attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to the day.
Overall, Makarem Burj Al Madinah delivers an outstanding hospitality experience. Its close proximity to Masjid Al Nabawi, combined with its new and pristine condition, friendly staff, excellent housekeeping, well-designed gym facilities, and high-quality breakfast, make it an ideal choice for visitors to Madinah. UUsuario invitadoWe had originally booked another hotel but upon arrival there we immediately canceled our reservation and were looking for another hotel in the area ASAP, something clean, close to Masjid Nabawi and fairly priced. We knew the name and brand; however, we saw two Intercontinental hotels and went with the one we felt had a slight edge or advantage.
The hotel was built many years ago and we were informed that it is in the planning process of a renovation so we knew ahead of time what to expect. It has signature blue carpet and a 1950’s/1960’s vibe that I personally adored (almost out of a James Bond movie with Sean Connery). Everyday we stayed at the hotel, it grew on us. The view outside was heavenly mashAla. Remember you can open the window haha some people I imagine think they can’t. It such an experience and you have to do it. Most importantly, however, the sweatheart staff and how accommodating they were, you forget you’re staying at the Intercontinental and imagine you’re at your friends house. Again, We had an amazing window view and could see in the direction of Uhud. All The cafe’s are right outside of the hotel, the mosque is literally right outside the hotel and down the walking path, maybe a 5 minute walk. Plenty of pigeons to feed, affordable Ubers/ Taxi right outside, you can walk to Uhud you can walk to Quba, you can do it all. And the best part, the check-in/help desk are right in front of you when you walk in to the lobby.
Side note: if you enjoy peoppe watching , you get a great view from your hotel room to the outside.
They have a coffee bar in the Lobby with free dates and Arabic coffee (world class) and this hotel served the best Breakfast and room service food I’ve ever had and I’ve been to 51 countries, aged 44. It was even at par or better maybe than the Jabal Omar in Mecca we stayed at. You absolutely cannot lose out by staying at this hotel. If you have any issues pick up your room phone and dial any one of the prompts and someone will alleviate any issues you have.
The hotel executive management were world class and again treated me like a friend/family. Based off our repertoire I’d come back to this hotel because Sister Khadijah and staff were so amazing mashAla.

MMichaelLocation is perfect. Short walk to the Mosque and easy to organise walking to all the shops.
Staff are exceptional, always looking to enhance your experience.
Breakfast was good with a good selection but did lack variety day in day out. Staff here are very good and are always willing to help. Downside would be the coffee machines that never seemed to be working correctly.
We had a couple of maintenance issues, but staff were sent promptly and most were rectified in a good time.
A tip would ask for your room to face the mall, the otherside had a lot of traffic noise which was constant.

La ubicación es inviable, a pocos pasos de Al-Masjid An-Nabawi, con acceso directo a las puertas de oración de las damas y los hombres, lo que lo hace increíblemente conveniente, especialmente durante los tiempos de oración.

En general, el InterContinental Dar Al Iman se encuentra en una situación de primera calidad, hospitalidad de clase mundial y atmósfera tranquila, donde se puede visitar a Madinah, ya sea para Umrah, Hajj o para la reflexión personal. Nos quedamos con corazón lleno de gratitud y paz, y definitivamente nos quedaremos aquí otra vez en nuestra próxima visita.
