Отель очень хороший! Тут можно уединиться с девушкой, готовить еду, много магазинов, близко от метро, персонал очень вежливый, даже сумки можно на хранение отдать как при заселении, так и при выселении. Абсолютно все есть для комфортной жизни. Я жил тут 3 недели, мне понравилось очень! Рекомендую этот отель

El hotel de San Petersburgo nos quedaba y encontramos el lugar adecuado para visitar la ciudad. Desafortunadamente, no todas nuestras experiencias con el personal fueron positivas: algunas personas – en particular uno en la recepción y uno en el restaurante en la noche – fueron bastante desagradables con nosotros, tal vez también porque somos italianos, y ni siquiera nos han podido informar de que las tarjetas europeas de visado y Mastercard estaban bloqueadas debido a las sanciones. Un aspecto que necesita cierta mejora es la limpieza, tanto en las habitaciones como en el restaurante, especialmente considerando que esto se supone que es un hotel 4-star. En el lado positivo, el desayuno era muy rico y variado, y queremos agradecer sinceramente a los empleados que nos han hecho más agradable estadía: el joven que prepara omeletas por la mañana, La recepción de la habitación es muy buena, muy buena y muy profesional. En general, la ubicación, el desayuno y algunos de los empleados merecen una mención positiva, aunque lamentamos que no todos los servicios y empleados vivieron a las expectativas de un hotel 4-star.

We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

Clean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available . The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers. The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants. Definitely worth it!

這家店是我本次俄羅斯之旅住過最舒服的酒店了，交通便利，乾淨舒適。冬宮步行10分鐘左右即可到達，因為到達聖彼得堡時間比較早，擔心不能辦理入住，結果工作人員非常熱情，幫忙提前辦理入住，並貼心告知WI-FI密碼。房間非常乾淨，裝飾的很有氛圍，還貼心的提供了微波爐，熱水壺等用品。希望有更多的朋友發現聖彼得堡的這家寶藏小店。

Overall, the stay was satisfactory, although the room ventilation was quite poor and the room felt too warm. The major letdown was the check-in experience with Ms. Sophia, who appeared to be new and seemed quite confused about our booking. Unfortunately, she did not appear to understand how to handle the situation, which resulted in considerable delay and confusion. Rather than apologizing, she raised her voice in front of other guests standing at the check-in counter, which was highly unprofessional. Thankfully, Mr. Ildor stepped in to assist, and the matter was eventually resolved after about 30 minutes. His help was appreciated and made a difficult situation manageable.

El hotel es muy limpio y muy buena ubicación, el personal amigable. Llegué temprano al hotel, pero ya que tenían una habitación libre, me dejaron entrar a las 12:00. Estaba agradecido por ello. La habitación es lo suficientemente limpia. El hotel está situado cerca de la recepción (con agua caliente y fría), y tiene un restaurante con desayuno, almuerzo y cena (muchas personas estaban allí). Lamentablemente, no tuve tiempo para intentar, pero ... Creo que la gente fue allí por una razón, y más probable que ofrezcan comida digna, que se cocinan. Quiero señalar que el aislamiento acústico entre las habitaciones no es muy bueno.

公寓很棒 攜程酒店照片與實務相符，比較了攜程和俄羅斯的訂房軟件，攜程價格更優惠。 位置有點偏，離市中心有點遠，我們自駕去的，所以不覺得不方便。走路5分鐘就是一個大超市，買東西方便。進門取停車票，停車位有限，不過車不太多，問題不大。 酒店非常大，樓下院子裏擺有沙發，有小朋友玩的地方，前台會説英語，服務態度很好，可以免費領取定量的洗衣液和洗碗機用的清潔劑。退房直接給鑰匙，前台確認一下就可以，免費辦理入住登記，退房的時候領取。 房間寬敞，門廳很大，隔音好，設施齊全，有小冰箱，微波爐，窗户能完全打開，屋內很乾凈，衞生打掃得很好，電磁爐使用方便，鍋具和餐具都是宜家的，淋浴水量充足，超棒。 屋內有一本介紹冊子，酒店，屋內洗衣機電磁爐怎麼用都有中文説明。 🅿️停車費太貴了，我們17號14:09停進去的，19號10:30駛出，掃碼繳費，停車費竟然要11250盧布，和工作人員確認金額，人家説就是這麼多，攜程之前説停車費每天182元，差得太多了，酒店外面的路上也可以停車，實在不行可以停去後麪的超市。

Отель очень понравился: комфортные и чистые номера в азиатском стиле, сауна и спортзал (особенно беговая дорожка с возможностью настроек в гору). Отдельно выделить возможно ресторан: завтраки безупречные, десерты впечатляют. Расположение удобное (5 мин пешком до площади Восстания, Московского вокзала, ТЦ). После работы и прогулок по Невскому проспекту Санкт-Петербурга всегда приятно возвращаться в отель. На предстоящей командировке снова возвращаемся в любимый отель!

We rented this hotel just for one  night, but then decided to keep our stay. I didn’t expect that there were such nice rooms with a beautiful view of the historical part of St. Petersburg. We stayed in a room with a balcony. The view opened up along the entire Nevsky Prospekt and this is the best viewpoint to take nice pics. The hotel is clean, breakfast was delicious. You should consider that it is located on the 4th floor and has no elevator. But this is normal thing for European places with its old hisorical buildings in the centre. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it👍
