El hostel está ubicado en edificio, en la calle principal de la ciudad, que se llama Madre Teresa. Tiene un cartel en el 4to piso con el nombre. Después están todas las indicaciones para llegar hasta la puerta. El calzado se deja en un guardador. Todo el hostel es muy moderno y limpio. No aceptan tarjetas de crédito. El personal es por demás excelente. Los chicos que atienden te dan toda la información que necesites. Hay un español que n recuerdo el nombre muy atento y simpático. Tuve la suerte también de conocer al dueño del hostel y era también muy bueno. Posee tres baños, muy limpios y cómodos. Wifi excelente en todos los lugares que estuve. La cocina amplia y completa. La sala de estar con sillones cómodos. La ubicación es muy buena. A dos km de la estación de buses y 1 km de la estación de tren. Cerca de supermercados y negocios, y de los lugares de interés y turísticos de esta extraña ciudad.

While public transport can be challenging to navigate, the local ride-share app, Etaxi, proved incredibly efficient and affordable, costing just €12 for the trip to the hotel. Though the hotel is situated outside the city center, it’s only a 35-minute walk to Mother Theresa Square. However, the walk is not particularly scenic, as it runs alongside busy carriageways. Thankfully, Etaxi offers a quick 12-minute ride to the square for just €2.50. The hotel is nestled in a primarily residential area with several supermarkets and a handful of restaurants nearby. Despite the somewhat subdued surroundings, the hotel itself is a showstopper. From the moment you step into the lobby, you’re greeted by plush, comfortable furnishings that exude charm, elegance, and warmth. The check-in process was seamless, with friendly and efficient staff making you feel right at home. The ground floor boasts a lovely lounge area, an outdoor terrace, a stylish restaurant, and a delightful breakfast space. The hotel’s newness is evident in its immaculate design and thoughtful details. An adjoining spa area adds an extra layer of indulgence to the experience. The Suite Experience I was fortunate to stay in one of the hotel’s suites, and it was nothing short of spectacular. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides of the room flooded the space with natural light and offered breathtaking views. The suite featured a large, plush bed with an array of pillows and a large-screen TV perfectly positioned for comfort. A spacious seating area with an L-shaped couch, armchair, and an additional TV made the room feel more like a luxurious apartment. Other highlights included a well-equipped work desk, an open wardrobe, and a coffee station complete with a mini-fridge. A thoughtful touch was the fresh fruit plate delivered shortly after check-in. The split bathroom was equally impressive, with a sleek sink at its center, a deep soaking tub, and a separate wet-room shower. Every detail of the room radiated luxury, from the modern décor to the comfortable furnishings. Breakfast Excellence The included breakfast was a standout feature. A generous selection of hot and cold options catered to all tastes, including fresh pastries, breads, fruits, cheeses, and meats, alongside hot dishes such as eggs, sausages, chorizo, and potatoes. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the attentive service made the experience even better. Final Thoughts While Prishtina itself has limited attractions, the Mercure Prishtina City makes the trip worthwhile. I’ve already booked a return visit, purely to enjoy this exceptional hotel again. Overall, it was a pleasant stay; the room was well-equipped, lacking nothing important, and the bathroom was also well-appointed. The breakfast was varied, and the hotel’s location is excellent for reaching key points of interest. What I found odd was that I bought drinks from shops and put them in the minibar to cool, but these were wrongfully counted as used minibar items even though I had purchased them elsewhere. The amount of money involved is negligible, but I still don’t appreciate this assumption. On one night, the lights in the room wouldn’t turn off, which is apparently a common issue. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel.

The front desk guy was incredibly warm and welcoming, and I enjoyed talking to him when we checked in. The room was large and clean and everything worked well, including the lights and the bathroom facilities. Honestly the only downside was the location, which is a bit outside the center of the city, in a rather shady area filled with massage parlors. But truly, I can recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good value in Pristina, since it is only a 15 minute walk or so from everything near the downtown area! Special shoutout to the manager at the front desk! Great guy.

The owner of the Apartmennt is very friendly and helpful.location is convenient near to supermarket and green market.The room is very clean with fully equipped kitchen,refrigerator ,washing machine and heater.Tv also provided.good stay here.

Seraphine Hotel Plaza in Peje is the best hotel in the center. It is exceptionally clean,modern the staff is top, and always been very kind. The Food is very tasty. every weekend super evenings organized at the bar on the 5th floor with a beautiful atmosphere every time. my favorite hotel super recommended !!!
