El hotel está situado en la calle Jaldon en Zamboanga, donde se puede ir fácilmente a lugares como el aeropuerto, las tiendas comerciales (KCC Mall, SM Mindpro), el barter en Canelar y la City Hall. El hotel es un lugar muy popular para muchos eventos, entre ellos fiestas y seminarios. La ropa y las toallas son viejas, así que espero que el hotel adquiera nuevas ropa y toallas incluso para las habitaciones más baratas. Nuestras habitaciones no tenían ventanas, por lo que es difícil decir si el tiempo fuera está bien. La TV funciona pero tiene canales limitados. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad.

We chose this hotel based on the reviews. However, The hotel is very good looking and the room was ok but OMG...The water pressure was barely a dribble, and oh DO NOT DRINK THE WATER is posted on the wall. Be ready to take 10 min to wash and rinse your hands and a shower, hahaha, wait about 5 min for WARM water. And the wifi...again hahaha constantly in and out. Always have to change from hotel Primera to Primera g or TP link or nothing at all. We didn't know that if we wanted our room cleaned, well forget about it. If you don't tell them, sorry the 2 bath towels you get to use over and it's the hotel policy not to provide wash cloths or hand towels and when we asked them to bring us clean towels, they said ok but we need to charge you 100php. You also might want to bring your own trash can as well because the can is equal to a gallon size jug. I guess the ants in the room are something to snack on because there's no vending, no ice machine.

We visited twice with my family of 17 persons. We stayed overnight. It was full of exciting, fun, and good memories. Thank you so much for all the Zipline team, who recovered our shots and managed to sent our photos via email. Definitely visit again in the future.

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. No tengo problemas aquí y tienen un buen precio para una habitación, pero la habitación tiene que ser elegida.

The room 208 where we stayed is spacious. With window but we can't open. The air conditioning was good. We had television, a cabinet, a table, and a monoblock chair. We also had two towel. The cabinet had one hanger that was fixed there. We didn't have other means to hang our clothes. The shower has heater. Just takes time to work. Though it leaks for a while after you close it. The CR also had a sink and a mirror. But we didn't have soap in the CR. We didn't have breakfast there. I don't think it's included. If you need room service, you need to tell them. The location is near the convention center and the boulevard, and just walking distance to the church, and the lakwatsa souvenir shop. It's not far from the airport either. All places in the city can be reached via trike. Just 15 pesos fare. Except from and to the airport. It's 300 pesos.

NEVER AGAIN!! I was initially assigned a room accessible only through stairs, the paint on the wall was peeling , toilet flush not working, molds in the toilet , safe box not working. I was transferred to another room, no elevator too,only stairs to access it, the toilet was also full of molds , the same problem with the safe deposit box, the fridge smelled disgusting, stain on the bedsheet , the previous guests’ wifi voucher still by the bedside. I’m too tired and needed to be somewhere so i settled in this room . But then at night when I arrived , I found crawling baby COCKROACHES in my chocolate box, in my toothpaste, in my bedside table . LOTS OF THEM!! The water in the pool too is blurry ! I left the very next morning and found a much cheaper room in a nearby hotel. Smaller room but very clean!!! I am truly disgusted with my experience in this hotel !!! This place needs a serious need of updating. They are expensive too compared to other hotels in this city.
