During our stay, we witnessed the beautiful view of the city from our window. They serve sumptuous foods. The location is great because it is accessible to nearby malls and other tourist spots in the city. Transportation is not a problem because just outside the hotel you can ride on trikes, traditional and modernized jeeps, taxis and tncs to roam around to witness the beautiful places the city has to offer.
Everything was perfect except for the late check-in, and Incomplete guest amenities.

En el hotel, llegamos a 12nn esperando tener que esperar más horas antes de poder iniciar el check-in, pero ya nos dio nuestras tarjetas clave para iniciar el check-in. La habitación que reservamos era muy cómoda, no tengo nada que quejarme. El hotel está situado a una distancia de paseo a la Mall de Paseo Festivo y a todos los lugares de Megaworld.
En general, tuvimos una gran estancia, y sin duda me reservaré de nuevo si vuelvo a visitar Ililo.

Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. A ₱2,000 deposit was required for three deluxe rooms.
Check-in instructions focused more on penalties than on amenities. The Wi-Fi password was not provided upon check-in and we had to ask for it. Wi-Fi connection was poor, and Globe mobile signal was also weak inside the room. We had to step out to the small balcony to get a signal.
Bathroom amenities were very basic. There were 3 soaps and 3 small containers of shampoo with conditioner. Toothbrush, toothpaste, room slippers, and cotton buds were not provided, so we had to buy these outside. I asked an extra bathroom tissue roll from the housekeeping which they instantly provided.
Drinking water is obtained from a dispenser along the hallway near the elevator. The plastic water container provided in the room was old and had cracks. Cups were made of plastic. Hope they switch to glasses instead.
I initially thought we booked a room in the main beachfront building, but we were assigned to the East Wing. This was acceptable since it is only a few minutes’ walk and conveniently located near the police station and 7-Eleven. But I really thought room were located in MAIN building since title of the room indicated MAIN.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. However, it was difficult to reach the front desk. The first call was dropped, and succeeding calls took some time before being answered. Nonetheless, staff were helpful and cheerful. You'll get to meet them along the hallway, the lobby, and will be greeted always.
Assisted breakfast was typical and simple. Nothing fancy, but portions can be adjusted upon request and the staff were accommodating.
There is a BBQ stand located outside the lobby. The BBQ and kansi were good. You can order for dine-in at their garden area, and the crew were friendly and served well. Prices range from ₱50–₱60 for skewers, and ₱80 for kansi (try this). There are restoa and stores located nearby.
I experienced itchiness on the lower part of the bed near my feet and legs. I am not sure if this was due to bed bugs, but it was uncomfortable. Had to open the duvet and external sheets to manually clean it.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but improvements in amenities, connectivity, and room comfort would make a big difference.

La ubicación es buena con el mercado y Mall cerca. El cuarto se ha cambiado debido a la intermitente WiFi, así como la televisión inteligente. La piscina está desaparecida me evitó la piscina. Toallas húmedas y olor.

Hotel room doesn't have its own bathroom. Location wise it is very near the center of kalibo. Staffs are friendly. Room was clean enough. A bit of letdown was the absence of a private bathroom had to use a common one outside down the hallway.

AAnne KathrinLa ubicación es bastante remota, algo que ya sabíamos de antemano. Como punto positivo, el servicio de transporte gratuito fue fiable y puntual. Sin embargo, había que registrarse con antelación cada vez, y el último autobús de vuelta desde el centro de la isla salía a las 22:30. Como alternativa, tomar un taxi fue fácil, lo cual no nos supuso ningún problema.
El personal fue en general amable, servicial y muy atento. El wifi también funcionó a la perfección durante nuestra estancia.
Desafortunadamente, los aspectos negativos superan con creces a los positivos. El hotel está situado en la llamada Costa Nueva, pero no tiene absolutamente nada de ”nuevo”. Todo parece viejo, desgastado y descuidado, como si el hotel tuviera 30 años o más. Gran parte está oxidado y sucio. Había pelos en los pasillos a todas horas, lo cual era muy desagradable.
Nuestra habitación olía a humedad y siempre había ceniza en el balcón que, al parecer, no se limpiaba.
El vestíbulo casi siempre estaba abarrotado. Incluso si solo querías reservar el transporte, a menudo tenías que esperar mucho tiempo antes de que te tocara el turno.
Lo peor para nosotros fue el desayuno. Era realmente escaso y nada atractivo. Nada tenía buena pinta; gran parte parecía poco apetitoso. La única fruta disponible era melón, que siempre se agotaba, así que siempre había que esperar. En hora punta, las colas eran larguísimas y apenas había mesas libres. Si las había, a menudo no las retiraban o estaban sucias. Podrías haber desayunado en el restaurante de arriba como alternativa, pero no ofrecía el buffet completo, y habrías tenido que preguntar específicamente por lo que había abajo, pero ni siquiera sabías qué ofrecían. En general, el desayuno estaba muy mal organizado y era simplemente molesto. Una vez más, el personal hizo todo lo posible, pero no pudo solucionar la situación.
Había muy pocas tumbonas junto a la piscina. Las llamadas cabañas o toldos estaban muy oxidados. En algunos lugares, las paredes del hotel estaban descascaradas, como papel pintado, lo que acentuaba aún más su aspecto descuidado.
La playa en sí es preciosa, pero está muy concurrida y llena de tumbonas de plástico. Los pufs estaban simplemente abandonados bajo la lluvia y no se guardaron a tiempo, lo que también contribuyó al mal mantenimiento del hotel.
Lo que fue especialmente decepcionante fue que el hotel no se parecía en nada a las fotos que se usaban en su publicidad. Reservamos precisamente por estas fotos, ya que todo parecía muy bonito y de alta calidad; por desgracia, no había rastro de ello en la realidad.
Para una isla como Boracay, considerada un destino premium, este hotel es completamente inaceptable. La relación calidad-precio no es para nada razonable, ni remotamente. No recomendaríamos este hotel y definitivamente no lo volveríamos a reservar. Preferiríamos alojarnos directamente en el pueblo, quizás en la Estación 1 o 2, donde estás justo en el centro de la acción; los hoteles allí no son para nada inferiores, todo lo contrario.

JJespl08Tuvimos nuestras vacaciones para celebrar nuestro aniversario y cumpleaños de mi pareja y definitivamente la pasamos muy bien.
La ubicación del hotel en Boracay Newcoast brinda un ambiente muy tranquilo y sereno a diferencia de otros lugares de la isla. El personal fue fantástico y servicial con nuestra petición.
El único inconveniente para mí es que hay falta de transporte, especialmente en el área de Boracay Newcoast, para trasladar a los huéspedes. Dado que la ubicación es enorme, lo mejor sería que tuviera un carrito de golf o un minibús. El desayuno también se puede mejorar.
En general, fue una estancia estupenda y volveremos pronto.

Todos sabéis que el desayuno es delicioso y es genial que ofrezcan café para llevar. Cebú, Bohol y Boracay fueron geniales, pero

Creo que toda tu familia y amigos estarán satisfechos.
Fui durante unas vacaciones así que no había ningún gerente coreano, pero fue incómodo.
No hay insectos y la bañera es lo mejor.
La presión del agua era tan fuerte que me sorprendió. Tanto en Bohol como en Cebú, el agua fluía lentamente y era molesto, pero aquí, ¡la presión del agua es la mejor!
Sólo asegúrate de traer un filtro. Será más conveniente si das propina al limpiar.
De todos modos estuvo bien y utilicé bien el shuttle. No está tan lejos como pensaba de Dimol.
Este es un gran lugar para tomar fotografías. ¡Toma muchas fotos bonitas!
No olvides ver la puesta de sol. Recomiendo la piscina infinita.

El hotel es antiguo y necesita una reforma a fondo. Para una estancia de 2 o 3 noches y una escapada corta, es una buena opción, pero no volvería. En general, es un 3 estrellas decente, pero definitivamente no es un 5 estrellas.

AAndrea CheskaWe stayed at Hue Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was such a lovely experience for our whole family. We really loved the ambiance relaxing, stylish, and very comfortable. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the food was consistently good.
What stood out the most was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. Everyone made us feel at home, from the pool attendant to the bar staff. Special mention to the guy at the bar counter (I’m sorry I forgot your name!) and to the intern Amarah both were very kind, attentive, and always smiling.
My family truly enjoyed our stay, and Hue Hotel is a place we would happily return to. We’ll definitely be coming back and staying with Hue again. Highly recommended!

UUsuario invitadoEl hotel está situado lejos de las estaciones 1, 2 y 3. Pero te llevan a la 2ª estación 3 veces al día. Puedes caminar hasta la playa en 10 minutos, pero es imposible nadar allí. En triciclo o a pie puedes caminar unos 30 minutos hasta la playa de Puka Beach. Es muy bonito y bueno allí. Las habitaciones son enormes y tienen balcones. Se puede fumar en el balcón, pero la puerta del balcón debe estar cerrada para evitar que entre humo en la habitación. El desayuno es bueno, 6 tipos. Panqueques, huevos revueltos, avena con mango y canela y otros. El personal es muy amable. El masaje es gratuito. Pero por la noche es aburrido, no hay tiendas cerca. Sentarse en un hotel es aburrido. Oscurece temprano, a las 6 en punto ya está oscuro. Por 2 noches no más. Nos alojamos por 2 noches.

RRogelio Aguilario JrVery disappointing experience at Solina. This was supposed to be a special family dinner and stay because I have recommended this place many times before. Unfortunately, this visit was the worst we’ve had.
First, the food during our family dinner package was extremely disappointing. When the dishes were served, everything was already cold. The portions were also shockingly small considering the price. The Daing na Bangus, which costs ₱550 per serving, was about the size of a small saucer. The stuffed squid (₱530) was literally spoon-sized. The calamares was mostly thick flour coating with very little squid inside. For the price we paid, the quality and portion sizes were unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the service from the front desk. I called to request another laundry bag because only one plastic laundry bag was placed in the room even though there were two guests checked in. Considering Solina is a beach resort, it’s very normal for guests to have wet clothes and extra laundry. I was told that they only provide one plastic bag and that an additional one would cost ₱20.
This was surprising because this is already my fourth time staying at Solina, and in previous visits we were never charged when asking for an extra laundry bag. Our clothes were very wet and simply asked if they could provide any plastic bag, but the front desk staff refused.
After I ended the call, I picked up the phone again about 10 seconds later to talk to them, but it seemed they had not hung up their phone properly. I clearly heard them mocking me and saying, “Si Attorney na naman?” That was extremely rude and very unprofessional.
From the reservation process, to check-in, to the food, and especially the attitude of the front desk staff , this experience was very disappointing. I used to recommend Solina to my workplace and family, which is why we even chose to hold our family gathering here. Sadly, this visit made us regret that decision.
The food was bad and overpriced, and the front desk staff were rude and disrespectful behind guests’ backs. Definitely not the experience we expected.

La única preocupación que he notado también en su forma de feedback fue el agua. El agua de ducha parecía saliente y ligeramente adhesiva, casi como agua del mar. Además, todo lo demás sobre la estancia fue agradable.

This time we celebrated my partner’s birthday and his daughter’s as well and both of them were absolutely amazed by the place. I booked The Cave room for our stay and wow it was beyond impressive! So creative, cozy, and fun truly one of-a-kind.
A special thanks to the incredible staff who helped me pull off a birthday surprise for my partner. They were so easy to talk to and very accommodating, especially with the cake design I requested. Everything turned out perfectly!
Also, the food was excellent delicious and satisfying every single time. We enjoyed every meal. Takatuka has once again given us a memorable and happy experience. We’ll definitely be back again!
