What a beautiful place to stay.  A pity it was only one night.  Nice people providing nice service.  Room was fit for royalty!

The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

Nice clean room. Quite large. Only downfall was the lift was under maintenance, but that was the only inconvenience. Oh, and a 4pm check in. That was rough as I had a baby and was forced to sit in the mall for 4 hours . Don't understand that check in time. Otherwise I actually liked the room and would use the hotel again if the need arises.

El lugar es bueno y agradable, se nota que es un hotel nuevo. Sin embargo, no estoy del todo satisfecho con el baño. Los azulejos son resbaladizos y peligrosos. No hay separación entre la ducha y el inodoro/lavabo, así que todo el baño se moja al ducharse. La perilla del grifo está suelta, lo cual no es culpa nuestra. El soporte para artículos de tocador sobre el lavabo tiene el cristal a punto de caerse; me temo que podría caernos encima, lo cual tampoco es culpa nuestra. La tapa del interruptor de la luz está al revés, ¿la colocaron rápidamente? El armario dentro de la habitación también está roto, lo cual no es culpa nuestra. • Cepillo y pasta de dientes no incluidos. • Toalla incluida. • El personal de recepción es amable, especialmente el guardia. • Champú, gel de ducha, etc., mezclados en un recipiente. • También se puede pedir comida; hay un menú en la habitación. • El dispensador de agua está ubicado fuera de la habitación, en lo que parece ser un vestíbulo en el segundo piso; hay agua caliente y fría. • Con Netflix • Cerca del aeropuerto En general, le doy una puntuación de 4/5. I love these hotel near to everything, near to Tacloban airport. If you doesn't want to go out there is restaurant at the rooftop and main floor, gym and afordable spa, my family enjoyed it. Linen are good quality except not proper way of laundry the colored become grayish instead of getting white but everything is perfect.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t even able to stay at this place. I couldn’t get hold of anyone from the resort and ended up stuck in town at night without transport. I even tried their facebook page. Leyte is not the easiest place to get around, especially as a foreigner, and communication is really important. I strongly feel there should be a message from the resort before arrival to check in with guests and help arrange transport if needed. That small step would make a huge difference and prevent stressful situations. I traveled specifically to Leyte for whale shark watching. While I was on the tour, the guide mentioned that Kuting Reef actually offers whale shark excursions themselves. Knowing that beforehand would have saved me a lot of stress trying to organize separate transport to the activity. Better communication and clearer information about available excursions would really improve the guest experience. I am so bumped I missed out on the opportunity to experience this stay.

It’s nice to stay in this hotel because it’s clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating to the guests I recommend this hotel to my friends and family

# Go Hotels Tacloban Review We really enjoyed our stay at Go Hotels Tacloban, especially since I was traveling with my baby. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall, which made it easy for us to get anything we needed. The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciated how attentive they were to our needs. Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable experience and would definitely consider staying here again!

Our family had a wonderful time here. Everything we needed—from laundry to shopping and great food—was just a short distance away. It’s rare to find a place that is so family-friendly and truly accessible; my grandfather felt completely at ease in his wheelchair, and my brother was equally happy as this was a gift for his graduation.
