Ubicación perfecta para descansar, no se oye nada y está al lado de la calle principal. La cama era muy cómoda y tiene agua caliente. El desayuno es un poco simple y no nos hicieron la habitación ningún día (no sé si tiene este servicio), pedíamos nosotros que nos cambiaran las toallas. Te alquilan motos, transfer y puedes coger las excursiones. Personal muy amable. Volvería sin duda.

My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. I am happy to recommend Fat Lips Surf Lodge as a great place to stay in Siargao. The location is excellent—situated along Tourism Road in General Luna and conveniently close to popular spots such as AFAM Bridge (Catangnan Bridge), Catangnan BBQ, Shaka Café, and Cloud 9. It is also within easy reach of many of Siargao’s well-known restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. The place itself is cozy, aesthetic, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The rooms are air-conditioned, and I was especially impressed by how clean and fresh the sheets and linens were. Having a private balcony overlooking the greenery was a wonderful bonus. Everything about the stay was smooth, hassle-free, and well-organized. Guests also have access to a shared kitchen, which is very convenient if you prefer to prepare or cook your own meals. One thoughtful touch that stood out was that they provide a coffee press along with freshly ground coffee beans for guests to enjoy—perfect for starting the day in a peaceful setting. Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive throughout my stay, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. The room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of dust. The complimentary toiletries were not provided upon check-in, and the shower drain was clogged, causing water to accumulate in the bathroom. The water supply appeared to come from a deep well and had an unpleasant smell. I also found it unusual that the pillows were covered with bed sheets instead of proper pillowcases. The most disappointing experience happened at 1:30 AM, when the receptionist called our room and woke us up to ask if they could borrow our air conditioner remote. We were told that three other guests had complained because they didn’t have air conditioner remotes, and the staff said they only had one remote available. Waking sleeping guests in the middle of the night to solve an internal hotel issue is highly unprofessional and significantly disrupted our rest. Overall, while the room size, affordability, and free breakfast were positives, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service need major improvement. I hope the management addresses these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.

El hotel está en el centro. El cuarto es simple con comodidad (douche en el cuarto). Todo es simple y limpio. Si quieres silencio, no será. En el primer piso, donde cantan hasta las 12:00, pero no me hacía estreñir. Muy fresco hostesa Phili, alegre, me trataba caliente. Fed, regaló pequeños regalos. A veces me llevó a las playas.

Elija este albergue basándose en la recomendación de YouTube. La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de la nube 9 y la tienda de surf de caballos Jacking (donde tomé clases de surf). No es muy ruidosa, muy aislada de las tiendas y hoteles cercanos. Carlos en la recepción fue muy útil y amigable. He tomado todas las recomendaciones en restaurantes, tiendas, lavanderías. También puede alquilar una bicicleta del hotel. Además de una buena comunidad, organizan noches de pizza, excursiones juntos, lo que es muy divertido si viajamos solos y quieren hacer amigos. No tenía problemas con dormir en una habitación, todos estaban respetuosos y limpios. La cama tiene un cortina para la privacidad, luz, aire acondicionado y bastante espacio. Las duchas son limpias y yo tuve suerte con duchas calientes. En general, muy buena experiencia y def volvería.
