Estaba un poco decepcionado. Estaba esperando que esto fuera un lugar de 5 estrellas, pero había muchas cosas que no eran definitivamente 5 estrellas. Las ropas eran grises y no cubriban a las personas mayores. Uno de ellos estaba rociando todo, ni siquiera quería llevarlo. La puerta de la habitación se ahogó fuertemente, así que si una persona llegó al baño en medio de la noche, despertó a la otra persona. Había instrucciones sobre cómo usar el baño, pero no sobre cómo poner el plug-in. No sólo plug-in normalmente. No podíamos usarlo en nuestra primera noche, que fue muy frustrante, ya que fue una de nuestras principales atracciones. Alguien vino a ver y dijo que tenías que girar un cono en el lado del spa, ¿cómo lo sabría? El bloqueo en la puerta exterior se rompió y se puso un pequeño bloqueo de deslizamiento. ¿Por qué no arreglar el bloqueo principal? La casa de baño es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. La peor cosa fue en nuestra última mañana, nos dio el desayuno a las 8:45, el restaurante se cierra a las 9:30. Había huevos continentales y bacon con escombros. A las 9:00 se detuvieron trayendo más pan para tost. No se sacaron más croissants, huevos ni bacon. Había alrededor de 6 mesas con los huéspedes y todos seguían subiendo y comprobando, pero no se rellenaban. Pero por alguna razón el cuidador siguió levantando las cucharas al huevo y al bacon para ver lo que estaba allí, pero por supuesto no había nada como no lo había relleno y era el único cuidador!! Estaba muy decepcionado y no lo recomendaría, a menos que usted reciba un descuento muy bueno.

We are couple with a 5 year old girl. We paid SGD697.85 (Singapore dollar) for staying 2 nights in this “2 bedroom apartment” as stated. 3 points here to explain the terrible experience. 1. tv remote is not working. I don’t mind the owner making excuse like “ replied customer’s message within 20mins…..” but they actually took 29mins to reply (19:10 till 19:39). In fact, they didn’t manage to change the tv remote in the end. So I stayed 2 nights without using the TV! 2.there is no clear and obvious description that this “2 bedroom apartment” is actually an adjoining unit which means when u walked into the front door then there are 2 doors link to split parts of the apartment. The problem of adjoining units are thin walls are used to split the apartment into 2 small units. When u stay in this kind of apartment, u have to endure all kind of noises from whoever staying in neighboring rooms. We had 2 days enduring guesting from the other room shouting, slamming the door, kids screaming like crazy both early in the morning and afternoon! 3. When I reflect this bad experience with trip.com customer service, this hotel responded like they have no fault at all and played with words. This attitude makes us feel like being fooled. We paid money to expect to stay in an apartment with privacy and quiet environment but indeed we had such a bad experience! In this market, if it’s an adjoining unit, they should not charge at the rate as if it’s an entire apartment. I’m alright that they rejected to refund the extra amount they charged. Just have to reflect the facts in the review. Thanks.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights just recently, first arrived at the hotel, the reception was polite enough but not as helpful as any front desk staff coud be. The room was clean and comfy, location was fantastic, environment was superb (quite, few hote guests). But somehow my wife lost her wedding ring from our room. We only noticed by the end of the day, and should have picked up earier. Mr. Sui Beng Teh, the hotel manager, made it even worse from a travellers point of view. He has the worse attitude to the whole incident, instead of offering his empathy, he pushed responsibility back to the hotel guests who lost the wedding ring in his room at his hotel. His passive aggression is throughout all the poor google review! He reacted bluntly when questioned about CCTV other than the door access record he could provide immediately, being agreesive at his answer and attitude towards to someone who turned over the room to just look for the missing ring. He was not friendly, empathatic nor welcoming despit he is in hospitality industry. Im not blaming at anyone here or making any accusation on anyone but he as the hotel manager was the only one we could seek help for in a foreign country, and he expected us undedstanding how police and system worked here. To us, he made us sound like ****** and being forgetful on our own properties.

The owner was very friendly. The room, while a little dated, was great for the price - especially with the spa bath included. The room was also spotless. Town is a little bit of a walk away, but the spa made it all worthwhile. Handy to Edgeware village if you need to do any grocery shopping.

I have given 5 stars to this motel for the service, cleanliness and amenities because each aspect of these beat my expectations! I am usually very conservative in giving reviews. Initially I was expecting very basic service given it is a motel. But when I opened the door of the room I was quite surprised. You could feel the room is very clean and bright. The amenities are sufficient to make a simple meal for yourself. There is also daily housekeeping services as well (given it is a motel). The staff at the reception are also very helpful. When I first arrived, the reception lady asked me where I planned to go and showed me the ways. The motel is also close (5-10 minutes walk) to the Main Street at Riccarton and there are a lot of restaurants there. You can also take bus to the city centre which takes about 30 minutes including waiting. The motel is also very close to the Christchurch railway station which is only 10 minutes walk, great if you are taking the scenic trains. There are also a number of shops near the Railway station and you can do some shopping for clothes, vitamins and fresh food too!

DATO DE TRABAJO: Julio 2023 Estaba aquí durante 10 días en un viaje de negocios. El cuarto y el baño fueron grandes pero las camas son terribles. No están atadas a una cabeza de cama y son una base de conjuntos sólo para que se mueven alrededor. Me sentí mejor dormido en un motel en Timaru, lo que es una vergüenza porque trabajar 10 horas de día, permanecer en un hotel 5*, uno pensaría que dormirías como un bebé. La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable, pero no se podía aprovechar la habitación. Solicité una microonda para comer preparados debido a mi diabetes y esto estaba allí antes de comprobar en qué era grande. El hotel está situado en la esquina de un montón de restaurantes y Westfield Ricccarton y justo al lado del Parque Hagley, que fue muy bueno para una caminata de la mañana. En el restaurante, el sábado, probé el desayuno buffet y fue un poco de lactancia. No acababa de volver. Muchas cafeterías alrededor de todos modos. Todo arriba, aprecio mi estancia allí 4*. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. ¡Yo me quedaría con mi esposa de nuevo, quizás traer algunos *** para amarrar a las piernas de la cama para detenerlos de moverse!

Muy agradable habitación. Spacious ensuite. Love the body length mirrors. Just wish I had a window I could open rather than a slide door looking out to the street! and the Cleaners should come a little later in the day for those who like a sleep in.

La habitación era muy cómoda y limpia. buenas instalaciones. TV era increíble. Muchas opciones. Microondas para cocina. Frigorífico también. Lavadoras si es necesario y todos gratis! El personal estaba increíble. Así muy acomodable. Escucha todas sus necesidades y corre con todas sus necesidades. Equipo muy amigable. Las camas son muy cómodas. Situado a una distancia de paseo del hospital y muchos lugares para comer alrededor también. Un centro comercial no está lejos. Los precios para permanecer fueron excelentes.

The manager Sourab was very welcoming helpful and generous. He had helpful information about the town and eateries, was very kind to allow us access to a clothes drier as the motel one was having issues and generously went over and above his role to help us.. the motel was comfortable and clean close to town and the local pools and golf course, we have been here twice now and would highly recommend it. The restaurant next door also provides breakfast until 10am and midday and evening meals, the quality is good and fairly priced.
