El cuarto es hermoso y la puerta del balcón puede abrirse, pero no puede salir porque no puede detenerse, es una lástima! La única desventaja de la habitación es que cuando no cierres a tiempo después de abrir el frigorífico o cuando cierres la puerta lentamente, un tornillo en el techo de la habitación se hace un sonido repentinamente, diciendo un extremo de inglés, porque yo no soy bueno, no entiendo nada, es demasiado atractivo, Siento que me robaron, no sé qué cambiarte de ropa. ¿Tienes vigilancia en la habitación?Insulto, no oso continuar ～

Me alojé aquí preparándome para mi vuelo desde el aeropuerto de Auckland a la mañana siguiente. El autobús amarillo, un autobús lanzadera desde el aeropuerto, sale una vez cada 20 a 30 minutos y el autobús tarda unos 20 minutos. Después de registrarme en la recepción del THE GATEWAY HOTEL de al lado, entré al edificio y descubrí que, aunque las instalaciones parecían bastante antiguas, la habitación era lo suficientemente espaciosa y las sábanas estaban limpias. No hay aire acondicionado, sólo un simple calentador, por lo que puede resultar un poco duro en los fríos días de invierno. Se puede escuchar bastante ruido en la habitación de al lado y en el pasillo, por lo que puede que no sea recomendable para personas sensibles al ruido, pero estaba tranquilo en medio de la noche y era un hotel lo suficientemente bueno para solo pasar la noche.

這家酒店位於奧克蘭市區偏北位置，屬於公寓式酒店，設施比較齊全。房間內配有洗衣機、微波爐、烤箱和電熱爐，適合多日入住或希望省錢可以自己做飯，整體硬件很新，條件不錯。 但辦理入住時需要特別注意以下幾點，我自己踩的坑分享出來，避免後續客人遇到同樣問題： 1️⃣ 買能打國際電話＋上網的電話卡 2️⃣ 提前完成Check in 3️⃣ 所有人姓名都填完整 4️⃣ 保存好酒店備用郵箱 具體我同步下： 1️⃣ 前台並非24小時服務 酒店在非工作時間（如晚上）是無人值守。我當天下午6:30到達時，前台已關閉，衹能通過門上留下的聯繫電話（國際長途）聯繫工作人員。因此建議提前確認到達時間，儘量在工作時間內抵達。 2️⃣ 必須提前完成網上 Check-in 酒店會提前發送郵件要求填寫入住訊息。請務必填寫所有入住人員的完整姓名，即使攜程預留的名字，如果不錄入也是查不到的，衹能查到網上登記的姓名一致。我當時衹填寫了一位入住人的名字，導致工作人員電話查詢訂單時無法匹配，影響辦理入住。就一定要我發郵件自己確認。 3️⃣ 建議準備可打國際電話的電話卡 如在非工作時間抵達，需撥打門口提供的電話聯繫工作人員。我自己撥打之後，還請攜程幫我，可是攜程衹能嘗試幫忙，但是最後聯繫到公寓和發郵件的還是自己，不過攜程態度好，有積極幫忙處理。建議提前準備可以撥打國際電話並可上網的電話卡，以便及時溝通和收發郵件。 4️⃣ 留意酒店備用郵箱 如郵件溝通出現問題，可嘗試聯繫酒店的預訂郵箱（通常為 reserve@ 開頭的郵箱，攜程裏面有），響應會更快。工作人員電話裏面給我念了一個郵箱，有錯。 總體來説，酒店硬件設施不錯，但入住流程需要提前準備和確認。建議大家出發前完成所有網上手續，並保存好酒店聯繫方式，以免晚間到達時影響入住。

The hotel is in good location, the room was spacious and comfortable. But the room door was so thin that we could hear someone outside talking on the corridors. One day we came back at 9pm exhaustedly from many adventure activities all day, and found out that our room hadn’t been made up, the towels hadn’t been changed and also the bedding, although we had put the “please make up my room” sign on. So disappointed

Very nice hotel with good location and convenient free parking. However two requests to fix malfunctioning fridge failed to materialise in anything. Every morning just around 8am a cart would also roll around outside my room making a lot of noise and waking me up.

One of the best place in Auckland central. The location is prime, you can find many food choices around. The front guy is so nice. He help us on many things.

We arrived at around 10:30am and requested an early check in, as we had a 5:00am flight the following morning. We fully understood that the standard 1500pm check in time applied and that any early check-in was subject to room availability. We therefore appreciated the hotel accommodating us with a room at 1230pm. Unfortunately, the room was not ready to the standard we expected. We found an empty bottle on the floor, and the glass door/window could not be locked properly. Although, we requested a room change, we were informed that none were available at the time and maintenance advised that the lock would require drilling and screwing to repair. What disappointed us most was not the need for the repair itself, but how the situation was handled. The communication from the maintenance staff came across as abrupt when we were asked whether we wanted the repair carried out or not. We also felt greater consideration could have been given to guests, as drilling may not be suitable for those with allergies, asthma or sensitivities to dust or noise. Holiday inn has always been a brand I associate with consistent international standards, particularly from my experiences in South-East Asia. While we appreciated the hotel's flexibility in offering an early check-in, we do not believe this should come at the expense of basic expectations such as cleanliness, security, and a room that is ready for occupancy. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the hotel's usual standards. Many guests arrive after long journeys simply looking forward to a clean, secure and comfortable place to rest. A little more thoughtfulness in both room readiness and communication would make a meaningful difference to the overall guest experience.
