«El hotel es bastante regular. No coincide con la puntuación de revisión muy alta. Positivo: tumb**** en la cama viendo la televisión era cómodo. Negativo: La habitación no se limpió ni hizo adecuadamente: basura debajo de la cama, ropa de cama gastada, hervidor sin filtro y manchas de agua por todas partes, etc. Las cortinas de nuestra habitación no se pueden cerrar completamente por un lado, lo que no es adecuado para las personas que quieren dormir durante el día. La ventana no se puede abrir y el aire acondicionado se siente polvoriento y es difícil equilibrar la temperatura ambiente. Un miembro del personal de la recepción fue grosero.»

«Mi familia y yo pasamos dos noches en este hotel durante nuestras vacaciones de verano. Era un hotel agradable con un diseño intrigante. El bar y el restaurante tenían un camarero muy amable. Sin embargo, hay aspectos en los que el hotel podría mejorar. Entre ellos, la necesidad de un ascensor (las escaleras son muy pequeñas y empinadas, especialmente si se lleva una maleta grande) y las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas. Llegamos a Róterdam el mismo día en que comenzaba el Carnaval de verano. Lamentablemente, no fue una experiencia agradable, ya que las calles estaban abarrotadas de gente y se bebía demasiado. Como familia, nos sentimos inseguros. Al día siguiente, las calles estaban llenas de basura.»

«Our initial impressions were mixed. On one hand, we were impressed by the hotel’s atmosphere and the check-in staff were efficient and friendly. On the other hand, there were some “interesting” house rules displayed at front desk which made us question what type of people they have staying in the hotel and how they view/treat their customers. The location is 10/10. 1 minute walk to Maashaven metro station, very centrally located and saved us lots of travelling time. More time for exploring! The service was extremely mixed and inconsistent. The desk staff were lovely and kind. I needed late checkout at 5am and someone was there to deal with the matter quickly. However, the lady who appears to be the manager is cold and quite frankly rude. My partner became unwell on our last night and by 2pm he was better but still not 100%. I explained the situation and requested 1 extra hour as he got himself together. The member of staff I spoke with was very sympathetic and had to double check with the manager if we could stay the extra hour. Totally within their rights to say no, I understand that. The manager agreed. It’s the way she handled the matter - with absolutely no grace and no manners. She was evidently reluctant and did not directly address me at any point, she completely ignored me. Really bad customer service, especially in an already stressful situation. Please learn how to communicate with people or don’t work or sit at the front desk with your terrible attitude, bringing down the rest of the hard working, friendly front staff desk.»

«We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is great, close to all the major tourist attractions. Initially, we booked a room with our breakfast. The receptionist offered to upgrade us to executive room with breakfast and the room was immediately ready for our early check-in. The breakfast experience was very good. We were greeted by the head chef who did our dishes well. The only thing that did not go so well is the elevator maintenance. Of the two elevators one was under maintenance so the waiting time was quite long. But we were warned about this when we checked in.»

«Bueno, bueno. En general el hotel está bien. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y las camas cómodas. Hay un secador de pelo y la presión del agua en la ducha es buena. Desafortunadamente, solo hay tres enchufes en la habitación, uno de los cuales tuvo que ser utilizado por el calentador eléctrico porque el aire acondicionado no funcionaba en absoluto. Los dos puertos USB al lado de la cama no funcionaban. La habitación también era muy pequeña en general y el calefactor naturalmente ocupaba espacio adicional. El resto del hotel es bastante anticuado. El pasillo estaba lleno de viejas manchas de vómito. Para ocultar probablemente muchas cosas, las paredes de los pasillos fueron pintadas de un color extremadamente oscuro. El aspecto del hotel probablemente debería ser “urbano”, pero eso es más una cuestión de gustos. El desayuno estaba bien y el café también era muy bueno. El aparcamiento cuesta 20€ por noche y no está cubierto. Además, la entrada es extremadamente estrecha, por lo que es mejor llegar con un coche pequeño. Pensamos que el hotel no valía el precio y no volveríamos.»

«The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.»

«Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient. The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay. It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location.»
