El hotel está situado en Chinatown, con una pequeña tienda de café en la parte delantera y detrás de ella, pero personalmente me sentí un poco alta, lo que podría ser incómodo para las personas mayores o para los que llevan equipaje. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento privado para los huéspedes, sólo informar al escritorio delantero. Aunque había cuatro pilas, todas eran del mismo tipo de pilas altas, a diferencia de algunos hoteles que ofrecen diferentes opciones de altura, lo que podría afectar significativamente la calidad del sueño.

El hotel es un hotel muy acogedor y con excelentes instalaciones y un personal amigable. El cuarto estaba limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La ubicación era conveniente, y todo superó mis expectativas. Altamente recomendado!

I couldn't sleep on the first night because it's too noisy on the street, I could hear every single vehicle passed by, the window and door are not sound proof. They were aware of it but they don't provide earplugs for the customers. They provide body shampoo and bath towels only..You gotta your own shampoo and toothbrush etc. Parking is rm2.20 per day. Front desk staffs are friendly.

I stayed at this modest 2.5-star hotel for a short solo trip, booking a single queen bedroom with fairly grounded expectations—and overall, it delivered exactly what that rating implies: functional, slightly worn, but serviceable if you’re not chasing luxury. The queen bed was the highlight—surprisingly comfortable with decent mattress support, though the linens felt a bit overused and lacked that crisp, fresh-hotel feel. Pillows were average at best; not terrible, but not something you’d sink into after a long day. Cleanliness was acceptable on the surface—floors swept, bathroom usable—but closer inspection revealed minor lapses like faint stains on the curtains and dust gathering in less obvious corners. The bathroom was small and purely utilitarian. Water pressure was inconsistent, fluctuating between decent and frustrating, and the hot water took its time to stabilize. Basic toiletries were provided, but clearly low-tier. Towels were clean but slightly rough, suggesting they’ve been through too many wash cycles. Amenities were minimal: a small TV with limited channels, a kettle, and a couple of power outlets (not ideally placed). Wi-Fi was available but unreliable during peak hours, which could be an issue if you rely on it for work or streaming. Service was polite but not particularly proactive. Check-in was smooth, staff were courteous when approached, but there was little initiative in anticipating guest needs. Housekeeping did the bare minimum—bed made, trash cleared—but didn’t go beyond that. Noise insulation was mediocre. Depending on your room location, you might hear hallway movement or distant traffic, which can interrupt sleep if you’re a light sleeper. In summary, this is a no-frills, budget-friendly stay that meets basic needs without exceeding expectations. It’s suitable for short stays, solo travelers, or anyone prioritizing cost over comfort. Just don’t walk in expecting refinement—you’re paying for practicality, not polish.

Todo está bien. Pero el aire acondicionado hace ruido. Cuando pedí cambiar de habitación, dijo que estaba completamente reservada, que solo quedaba 1 habitación, pero verifiqué en línea que había 5 habitaciones más. Ni siquiera el aire acondicionado puede oscilar. 😓 Pagué caro por ti. El desayuno está bien, no hay muchas opciones. no puedo repetir. Gracias

This was our second staycation here, and we had another enjoyable experience. During this visit, we were lucky enough to witness a turtle release, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was comfortable, there was plenty of parking available, and having a Chinese restaurant nearby was very convenient. Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxing family getaway, and we’d be happy to stay here again.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Checked-in around 3.30pm and took about 15mins. Need to wait for a while before got the room but it’s ok since they served welcome drinks and mini tower and got sofa as well. Stayed at Bumbung room but our room didnt have the beach bag, might be forgot to put? And telephone also not working. Informed the receptionist about this and they wanted to send someone to fix but since took some time so we told no need (my brother’s room was beside us so just used his haha). food 4/5 for me. For dinner we ordered room service. Restaurant sent the menu via whatsapp and can order from there. chicken roselle so good but fried squid with mango salad was a bit meh. Since we went there during low season, bfast was ala carte but of course with unlimited order. Their teh tarik and coffee really good. Love all the food except for laksam which quite bland. They got lots of activities that can try but since we just wanted to chill so didnt try any. Just stroll around the resort. swimming pool area sooo beautiful. The view there really amazing. We also got to see the infamous peacock of Tanjong Jara. Anyway, we had good time there. Would recommend the to people who want to relax and escape from city life.
