Reservé la habitación el último minuto porque estaba atrapado en el tráfico y me inspeccioné en alrededor de las 10:00. Yo había pedido una habitación lejos del ascensor, pero a pesar de ello, todavía había un poco de ruido desde fuera y de las habitaciones vecinas, lo que dificultó descansar.

Parking kereta dalam kawasan dia. Jagaan sendiri tapi ada CCTV. Kolam renang dia kecil jadi kena cari masa sesuai nak mandi kalau tak nak bertembung dengan kanak2 / keluarga lain. Bilik besar jadi selesa untuk solat. Seterika tak okay sebab w/pun pasang paling slow tapi boleh hangus. Tuala berbau sedikit, bantal nipis. Aircond sejuk. Persekitaran selamat. Boleh jalan kaki lintas jalan untuk ke pantai. W/pun hari kerja book tapi full bilik. Tahniah & terima kasih.

Lot of facilities are not working or not available. Request to repair the jacuzzi, they came once, problem was not solved and that’s it. unuseable jacuzzi for the whole stay. Ok for a calm no activities stay, but not for families looking for varieties of activities such as ATV, jet ski etc.
Fairway of the golf course was patchy, and most bunkers are not playable. Greens are ok.

The room and overall environment were beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable. However, during my stay, I experienced several issues with the water supply in the bathroom. The problem happened multiple times, and I had to contact the maintenance staff more than five times. There were even some misunderstandings and discussions regarding fixing the issue and changing rooms.
Thankfully, the staff managed the situation professionally in the end and provided complimentary breakfast as compensation, which I truly appreciated. Despite the inconvenience, I still enjoyed my stay because the hotel itself is truly beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come back again in the future, hoping for an even better experience next time!

One night sleeping at Hotel grand Continental Terengganu hotel in the morning I’m walking to the lift bridge take a few photos and then having breakfast everyone can walk from the hotel even though it's a little sweaty back to the hotel on foot you can also use Grab or taxi but this time we choose to walk it's a fun experience

Excellent stay at Ming Star the staff were, incredibly kind and helpful, following a booking error. The Hotel is currently undergoing refurbishment and the updated/renewed rooms are excellent!
The Bedding was super clean and the bed was huge and comfortable! A very happy stay, with a great location with lots of places to visit within 5-10 mins!

A clean, comfortable, and well-kept homestay. The host was friendly and very responsive, making the check-in process smooth. The place felt cozy, fully equipped, and conveniently located near shops and eateries. A great stay overall — highly recommended!

Uuneyy_6924 horas en el paraíso: ¿Por qué una noche en el Sutra Beach Resort se siente como un sueño?
Las habitaciones son muy buenas, pero no son muy buenas.
El momento en que entra en el resort, se siente como si hubiera entrado en un mundo más lento, más tranquilo. No hay caos. No hay prisa. Sólo el ritmo tranquilizador del océano que guía toda su experiencia. Es el tipo de lugar donde el tiempo no se desacelera casi se detiene.
En el centro de la ciudad, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los lugares de interés de la ciudad.
Las instalaciones son suficientes para mantenerte cómodo sin distraerte del real acento: la naturaleza. Si se encuentra en la piscina, disfruta de la brisa del mar, o si se sienta bajo la sombra haciendo absolutamente nada cada segundo se siente intencional.
Y luego llegó el sol. Sin duda, las fotos no lo hacen justicia. El cielo explotó en colores, y por un momento, sentía como el mundo entero se quedó para admirarlo. La gente se reunió tranquilamente, observando, sonriendo extraños compartiendo un momento hermoso juntos.
La noche trajo una vibración completamente diferente. Calma, fría y increíblemente tranquila. No hay ruido de la ciudad alto, no hay estrés sólo el sonido de las ondas y el brisas ocasionales. Me durmió mejor que en semanas.
La mañana llegó demasiado rápido. Despertar hasta la vista del océano sentía surreal, como yo todavía soñaba. Y eso es lo que incluso después de comprobar, todavía se siente como un sueño.
Una noche en Sutra Beach Resort no es sólo una estancia. Es una experiencia. Un reset. Un recuerdo de lo hermosa vida puede ser cuando se desacelera.
