Buena: • El cuarto fue espacioso y pensado, con todo lo que necesitamos. • The location is very convenient, right next to a mall with a connecting bridge. • El aire acondicionado en la habitación se desactivó con antelación, por lo que entró en una agradable y fría habitación mucho apreciado. Áreas para mejorar: • La puerta de baño podría ser sustituida. Un baño auto-cerrado es inconveniente, especialmente si sus manos están llenas. • Las instrucciones de entrada para los huéspedes del hotel podrían ser más claras. Total: ¡Me quedaría aquí de nuevo!

Dining Experience Dining at The Oceanview Resort was an absolute highlight. The resort offers several dining options, each with its own unique atmosphere and menu. I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the beachfront restaurant, where I was treated to a delectable array of local seafood and international dishes. The fresh catch of the day was prepared to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail of my dining experience was flawless. For breakfast, the resort’s buffet offered a wide range of options, from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to hot dishes made to order. The morning view of the sun rising over the ocean while sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee was the perfect start to each day. Customer Service One of the standout features of The Oceanview Resort is its exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.

Voy a descansar cómodamente. Este hotel está cerca del aeropuerto de Kuala Lumpur y tiene buenas instalaciones en general. Creo que sería un buen hotel si pudieran quitar el moho del lavabo del baño. Se lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

The air conditioner was not working, causing the auto-stop function to activate. The mechanic attempted to clear the pipe blockage using a vacuum three times over two overnight stays. It is believed that the hotel is aware of the issue but continues to rent the room to customers.

I enjoy staying at Double Tree bit far from Kul city tend to be less busy. I have stayed here several times with park view room and enjoy the I city theme park and Central I City malll 100m away from the hotel. Blue mosque was visible from my room and most of thel pic is right next to the hotel within walking distance. I drove to Setia Mall 15min away from the hotel was a nice visit. I city Mall has plenty eating options and shopping experience and I find sports direct here slightly cheaper than other outlets. I recommend this hotel.

All in all, we don’t mind the Cons (listed below Overview, Pros & Cons) as we only stayed 1 night. So for those looking to stay longer nights, if you don’t mind the cons, you can consider as it is affordable for spacious rooms like this in Sunway City. Overview: 1. this is not managed by Sunway Property, its concept is like booking airbnb as each unit are owned by different owner, managed by a property management (not by Sunway). Residences of this property are also staying there. 2. The name of this place “Resorts Suites @ Bandar Sunway” was tagged as “hotel” in Trip.com, so this can be a bit misleading thinking that this is one of Sunway Properties’ hotel chain. 3. Its reception is at B1 of Sunway Pyramid Hotel, all levels are only accessible by card. 4. Good for stay if you are just looking for lower budget accommodation in Sunway City (for singles, solo travelers, etc), but wouldn’t recommend if are looking at cosy and clean rooms (for family with kids / elderly). 5. As it is a “house” unit itself, it comes with kitchen and some with balcony. Those with kids, need to take note of the balcony. Pro: 1. Attentive staff, very helpful and attend to our needs quite immediately. 2. Room is spacious, good enough for 3 (2+1) to sleep in (Deluxe) and if you opt for the bigger units, can zzz up to 6 pax. 3. Affordable room rates comparable to any of the Sunway hotels around this area. 4. For the unit we stayed in, water pressure is very strong, good bathing time, good flush and running tap is strong. 5. Our unit came with a bathtub but we didn’t use it. 6. 2 beds in our unit, both are king size. 7. Provided clean towels, disposal toothbrushes and shampoos/bath gels. 8. Provided mineral waters, and packet coffee/tea with cups and stirrer, and there’s water boiler too, if you need to use. 9. Aircon is working fine in both living hall and room. 10. Very spacious bathroom. 11. Quiet at night, so can sleep well. Cons: 1. Room furnitures are old and some are not well kept. Probably it’s the way how it’s being managed, so proper care is not given priority by the owner itself. 2. Room is dusty, has a lot of cob webs and also little bugs/ants. So take note especially around the bed area. 3. Bed sheets were just ok. Can be better as looks dusty and with light stains. 4. Curtains are old and dirty. 5. Tv channels only 2 channels. 6. Remote controls (tv and aircon) are dusty. 7. Has balcony but I don’t see that as a plus point as it can be hazardous for family with kids. 8. Door lock was loose, hence we got to change to another room as we have kid with us, so safety is priority to us. 9. Parking flat rate - I didn’t ask if they have flat rate, but may not be since it’s not under Sunway management directly. For us with child, our priority is always safety and cleanliness. So we will look for other options under Sunway Hotels if next time we intend to spend our nights in Sunway City.

Es realmente conveniente alojarse en este hotel al lado del aeropuerto ya poca distancia a pie. Primero, sal de la Terminal 2 y pasa por un montón de tiendas en el lado derecho, puedes ver klia express , simplemente sáltatelo y sigue adelante. Baja hasta el ascensor del primer piso y gira a la derecha para verlo.
