Stay here for one night is a great experiences especially for family with kids. Me with family got a good time stayed here and definitely will repeat again. Kids having fun played at the swimming pool Level 6. Only at night time, not much lamp at the swimming pool side. Family with more than one car, need to pay extra, or you can pay 20myr for one day at the basement parking. Overall, all is good.

El hotel está reservado en el último minuto y el acceso fue posible por lo tanto muy apreciado. La habitación principal era la habitación doble, mientras que la 2ª habitación con cama doble se acoplaba en un rincón con acceso a un lado. Todas las camas eran limpias y frescas. Sin embargo, hay sólo 1 baño que vale la pena señalar si esto se pierde. La unidad es libre de humo tan grande para aquellos como nosotros que odia el olor al humo.

La habitación es espaciosa, acogedora y ordenada. Los muebles son viejos y necesitan una renovación. Me decepcionó el control de plagas... había muchas hormigas en mi habitación... Además, en el nivel 11, cerca de la sala de espera del ascensor, hay un nido de palomas y se oye el sonido de las palomas cuidándolo... ¡qué desagradable! El desayuno debería mejorar... el mee goreng y el nasi kerabu son demasiado salados... el bihun goreng está demasiado seco...

I had a wonderful stay at Perdana Kota Bharu. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of the things I liked most about this hotel is its excellent location. There is a Starbucks and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf right in front of the hotel, which makes it very convenient to grab a coffee or relax with friends. The hotel is also close to many attractions and amenities around Kota Bharu. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Kota Bharu. Highly recommended for both in business and leisure travelers!

La habitación está muy bien equipada, pero no hay luz de emergencia en la habitación.

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Riverview Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is also very convenient for getting around Kota Bharu. However, the amenities could be improved slightly, as basic items like a toothbrush were not provided. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would definitely consider staying here again.”

Location wise very strategic, within ~15mins drive time to nearby attractions. You can stay conviniently here because you got Nasken, McD at the ground floor… Pak Leh Milo Tunggeng just walkable distance.

An amazing experience when I was in Kelantan I stayed at Renai Hotel comfortable and clean there is nothing missing starting from the spacious bed the bathroom is spacious and clean what I noticed there is also an additional fan all this time I didn't think of the details as it's how clean I rarely have time in the hotel but in this hotel I'm really comfortable my husband had time to watch funny movies full pokonya I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kelantan confused looking for a hotel here I think the place is good the breakfast is delicious welcomed with a friendly smile of the staff there are also traditional cakes of Kelantan there even I really want to say thank you to those who takes care of the food that is different from SYABIL he provided Laksam for me and my husband once again thank you if you go to Kelantan again 😊 Terima Kasih sekali lagi untuk Adik Syabil kamu Baik bangetttttttttt

We are family of 6 with kids and senior. The apartment seems new and room is clean and nice! We enjoyed the stay here. There is a playground at level 4 and at least still ok , not alot of things spoilt that kind. For us the location is near to aeon mall which is great for our shopping, dinner and EV charging of car. There is 2 locations to charge EV, very convenient and lots of availability. Host maybe forgot to drop us a message earlier but upon calling, picked up very fast and let us know about how to check in Just that maybe will be great if there is a pool available!. Will be perfect for amenities! However, a small issue for owner! There is a needle on the bed frame near the head side, so is really dangerous, but i managed to saw it and remove it straight away, but would have been really scary if we didnt notice and kids are playing there. So please do be more careful when doing house keeping. The needle is left in the kitchen table already. Thank you for the stay! Will still come back if need!

Habitación: Limpia y ordenada, pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. No enfriaba lo suficiente. Baño: La tubería tenía una fuga y la presión del agua del lavabo era muy baja. Solo se proporcionaron champú y gel de ducha. No había cepillo de dientes. Piscina cubierta: El agua estaba muy turbia. Ambiente: La habitación no estaba insonorizada. Dado que el hotel está cerca de la carretera principal, el ruido exterior era bastante fuerte y podía perturbar el sueño. En general: El edificio del hotel es bastante antiguo y necesita mantenimiento. Aunque la habitación estaba limpia y ordenada, varias instalaciones no funcionaban correctamente, incluyendo el aire acondicionado y algunos accesorios del baño. La piscina cubierta tampoco estaba bien mantenida. Además, el ruido de la carretera principal cercana puede molestar a las personas con sueño ligero, ya que las habitaciones no están completamente insonorizadas. En general, la estancia fue regular, pero se necesitan mejoras para aumentar la comodidad y la experiencia de los huéspedes.
