Este lugar superó todas nuestras expectativas y somos viajeros ávidos. Todo comenzó con el más cálido saludo cuando entramos por las puertas y la oferta de galletas recién calientes en el check-in, la velocidad fue excelente, las tripulaciones fueron amables y siempre listas para ayudar. La habitación es básica pero tiene todo lo que necesitas, canales de televisión en abundancia, botellas de agua listas, excelente ducha y comodidades, etc. Si pudiera elegir algo, serían los pequeños ruidos de las tuberías por la noche, el aire acondicionado que podría haber estado bloqueado. mejor, pero en serio no tan malo. La cama es cómoda, la habitación está limpia y el espacio es suficiente. Muy cerca de lugares, fácil de conseguir coches. ¡Definitivamente regresaré!

Overall, this was an above average apartment stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine, cooker and full size fridge. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and getting around without having to travel far. The stay itself was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth highlighting. Firstly, we received an unauthorised SMS that appeared to be related to our booking, and we nearly fell victim to a scam. Guests should be especially cautious about responding to suspicious messages or making payments outside the official booking platform. Secondly, although the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, we were provided with only one access key card. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group where people may have different schedules and need to come and go independently. Overall, the stay was satisfactory and the excellent mall location was a major plus, but better security awareness and providing sufficient key cards for the number of guests would significantly improve the experience.

Elegimos este lugar por su cercanía a Legoland y el tobogán/piscina de bolas para los niños. Desafortunadamente, al registrarnos, encontramos una toalla usada en el tobogán y restos de galleta en la piscina de bolas. También había hormigas en la cocina y el baño, e incluso las vimos en la cama. El inodoro también tenía un olor desagradable a desagüe después de usarlo. El servicio de atención al cliente respondió rápidamente y se ofreció a limpiar la piscina de bolas, pero nos resultó inconveniente con niños pequeños. La limpieza es importante para nosotros cuando viajamos con niños, así que decidimos irnos una noche antes a pesar de tener una reserva de dos noches no reembolsable. En general, una estancia regular; la limpieza y el mantenimiento podrían mejorarse.

This used to be my favourite hotel in Bukit Indah. However, the price of the hotel has increased but not the service, nor the amenities. The hotel no longer provides a hand towel or the slipper. All these little touches were removed, might be due to cost savings measures.

⭐ **Great Stay at Mid Valley St. Giles Hotel!** Had a wonderful stay at Mid Valley St. Giles Hotel for 2 days and 1 night! The room was comfortable, clean, and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax. The location is excellent, with easy access to Mid Valley Megamall and plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Definitely a great choice for a short getaway, and I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended! 😊✨

We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

Excellent location just behind KSL Mall. Quality apartment with all amenities. Clean room, 2 beds with attach bathroom. Living room and pantry and kitchen. Game console provided, smart tv with fast internet. Worth the money and will be back when i am in JB.

Fui allí para celebrar el cumpleaños Y hacen una torta de cumpleaños simple con toallas n balones , simple y agradable Todo es nuevo y la presión del agua es buena, el tubo de baño es profundo y bien adaptado al cuerpo. Ropas de baño material suave y como mosquitos de oso de tedio 🤣🤣 Las máquinas de café y lavadoras funcionan bien, incluso proporcionan detergentes. Algunas mejoras lo hacen más perfecto: 1) toalla de cocina puede necesitar estar listo para cocinar ligera 2) El ascensor amigable de mascotas es ligeramente oloroso, el ascensor corre en ruido

From the pov of other guests it's a very vary bad hotel. Intercom wasn't working, internet wasn't working and DRILLING INTENTIONALLY DONE with plans of disturbing me. All this was infact not done by hotel management but they were helplessly cooperating in all the mess. Shows hotel is not actually under the control of management but somebody else. BUT I ENJOYED THE STAY. ALL I WANT IS EVIDENCE FOR JOINT CONSPIRACY AND I GOT WHAT I WANTED. in every place I visit drilling happens which proves every single human being is leading life for name sake following somebody else's instruction and not leading their own life. Only by posting these videos in youtube I can make the world understand this.
