The property, often referred to locally as “Ravana Rabge,” perfectly captures the charm and serenity that make this region one of Sri Lanka’s most beloved travel destinations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning architecture and its seamless blend with nature. Built across multiple levels on a hillside, the structure offers panoramic views of rolling green mountains, dense forests, and the distant valley below. The design is both modern and rustic, with warm wooden finishes, open balconies, and large glass windows that allow natural light to flood in throughout the day. Early mornings here feel magical—the soft golden sunlight gently touches the hills, while birdsong creates a peaceful wake-up call. One of the highlights of the property is its beautifully maintained outdoor space. The pool area is particularly inviting, offering a refreshing escape after a day of exploring nearby attractions. Sitting by the pool, surrounded by greenery and fresh mountain air, creates a sense of calm that is hard to find elsewhere. It’s the kind of place where time slows down, encouraging you to relax and fully enjoy the moment. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Each space provides a cozy yet elegant atmosphere, with attention given to both aesthetics and functionality. Waking up to a balcony view of the hills is an experience in itself—perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee while soaking in the scenery. The overall ambiance makes it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or even small groups looking for a peaceful retreat. Another major advantage of staying here is its proximity to key attractions. Ravana Falls is just a short distance away, offering a spectacular natural sight and a refreshing stop for visitors. Additionally, the vibrant town of Ella is easily accessible, where you can explore cafes, local markets, and famous viewpoints like Ella Rock or the Nine Arches Bridge. Хорошие впечатления от отеля. Номер красивый, горячая вода, вкусный ужин и завтрак.Но, из-за того,что рядом стройка, вид из окна не соответствует фотографиям. Но,это к отелю не относится.

Ventajas: el entorno está tranquilo y privado, el paisaje es muy bonito, la calidad de la comida en el desayuno y la habitación es buena, el servicio es bueno. Desventaja: llegó a las tres de la tarde, se hospedió y esperaba que se derrumbara una hora entera. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, las instalaciones son sencillas. La baño abierta, no se lava por la noche, se quedará frío.

La ubicación es en una colina muy fuerte, la mayoría de los coches no lo hacen, pero caminando y subiendo tarda unos 5 minutos o un tubo tuk puede llegar ahí. La habitación está muy cerca de la carretera principal y cerca de las principales atracciones (aproximadamente 20 minutos a pie) y está cómoda, caliente y limpia. El desayuno era un poco de fruta, con huevos hechos según su elección, un poco de tostadas y incluso nos dejaron probar los panqueques de coco que eran tan asombrosos. Todo fue sorprendente. Estabamos tan felizes allí y definitivamente quedaremos allí otra vez.

Although the location is a little inaccessible, that’s how the beautiful view of train coming out from tunnel can be seen. And the inaccessible location is overly compensated by the service, there is TukTuk to fetch you from Ella Town or Ella station when you arrive. During your stay, they fetched us back from Ella town after dinner around 9pm to the accommodation for the convenience. Also upon check out, they sent us back to Ella station. So, you can to enjoy the view in absolute nature without compromising the convenience. Absolutely love the place. Just walking distance to 9 Arch.

Hemos tenido una buena estancia en este hotel, la ubicación es excelente, el desayuno es bueno y el personal es muy amable. Una desventaja es que es muy atento en el hotel, lo que le permite oír la ducha a los vecinos y despertarse temprano por la mañana.

スタッフの方全員とても優しく素晴らしい滞在ができました。 ビュッフェの朝食、夕食をいただきましたが、どれも美味しくスリランカ料理を楽しむことができました。 朝食時にマネージャーの方に声をかけていただきホテルのホスピタリティーよ素晴らしさが伝わってきました。 また利用したいと思います。

Esta casa de huéspedes fue muy recomendada por algunos amigos, ¡y tenían razón! Llegamos en tren desde Kandy por la tarde, y aunque no habíamos informado al dueño de esto, estaba esperando en la estación de tren para recogernos. Fue un viaje corto hasta la casa de huéspedes, donde conocimos a su esposa e hija, nos dieron té e hicimos arreglos para un viaje a la mañana siguiente a Lipton's Peak (para ver el amanecer, ¡comienzo temprano pero increíble!) Le explicamos que somos veganos , pero esto no fue un problema, y la dueña de la casa nos preparó la cena más increíble, con varios curry, arroces, bebida y postre. Hubo un pequeño cargo adicional por la cena, y me refiero a pequeño, especialmente dada la cantidad y calidad de la comida. ¡Delicioso! Nuestra habitación era muy bonita y limpia, con una cama cómoda y un bonito balcón, donde nos sentamos afuera y escuchamos los sonidos de la naturaleza nocturna de Haputale. También teníamos un baño privado con ducha preciosa (trae tus propios artículos de aseo). Solo íbamos a pasar la noche para visitar Lipton's Seat, después de lo cual tomamos el desayuno más INCREÍBLE (¡la primera vez que probé el sambal de coco, tan bueno!) El propietario había organizado que el mismo conductor nos llevara a Udawalawa, que es de 3 horas de distancia, por un precio razonable. Si visita Haputale, le recomiendo encarecidamente esta casa de huéspedes: una familia encantadora, un alojamiento confortable y una comida fantástica. Gracias
